A few days ago my service stopped working and when I managed to get logged into the MyCricket app, it was listed as 'temporarily available". Yesterday I used the chat feature and it worked for about 14 hours. Then in the middle of the night it turned back off and is now listed as "suspended". I've never had this issue before, what can I do to resolve and stop it from happening again?
