See commercials on tv for free phone's for switching...Why the hell dont y'all have free phone's for loyal customers who have been with you for year's even though sometimes customer services sucks..Some store personal sucks and rude...About ready to switch to another carrier..

Cricket does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to show appreciation for loyal, longtime customers. They stick it to us any time we need to upgrade our phones, while giving new customers the same new phone for free. They may gain a new unproven customer on one end and lose a longtime proven customer on the other (which is about to happen in my case). How does this benefit Cricket? What a bunch of idiots are running this company.

As a loyal customer, I am disappointed that there are no free rewards or incentives for customers who have been loyal to your company for a long period of time. It would be a great way to show appreciation and motivate customers to continue to do business with your company. I believe offering free rewards or incentives to loyal customers of motegi-mr154-battle-midnight-blue would be beneficial to both parties and would help to build a stronger customer base.
