So im currently on a friends plan because it was a little cheaper when i switched from boost. But id like to start my own solo plan, that way i know the bill will be paid when due. My dilemma here is, will i have to buy a new cricket sim card and pay an activation fee plus the initial monthly payment? Or can i keep my sim and number and just switch to a new plan?
Hello
When you are ready to transfer your line, you can visit your local Cricket store, contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-Cricket, or contact our Customer Support team via Facebook or Twitter. We will be sure to let you know how much is due at the time of transferring the line.
