I read online that there is a program that allows some people to get up to $30 a month off their phone bill. What is this and how do I sign up?

Hello @Christatum! Cricket is excited to bring you the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a federal program that helps lower the cost of service for qualifying households. ACP provides a benefit of up to $30/mo., or up to $75/mo. on Tribal lands, on your Cricket service. Follow the link below for additional information and instructions on how to enroll.

I have that assistant program I had the EBB and then also Cricket decided to take me off of it, by not putting it as a credit to my account whenever the new program hit I should have been rolled right into it and I was not so now I am having to be on bridge pay and go through all this mess just because Cricket decided not to do their job
