How do I sing up for this

I have that assistant program I had the EBB and then also Cricket decided to take me off of it, by not putting it as a credit to my account whenever the new program hit I should have been rolled right into it and I was not so now I am having to be on bridge pay and go through all this mess just because Cricket decided not to do their job
