Hacking stalker

Yes I have been Cricket customer for a few years and it has been a nightmare. It has taken over my life to many times. I have been being hacked through my audio. Porting my number and calling other people I don't know. They have taken over my fb account no matter how many times I  change everything I can't escape them.  They listen in on my video chats. That have made a duplicate of my account also. It was so good I really thought it was my account. Found out I lost my account and was visiting an empty account all to torment me. My whole feed was eat up with nothing but memory post of my friends n family. I can't even feel safe to talk on the phone. My personal business has during all of this has been aired through audio hacking and camera hacking to the public. I can't shake them. I got a new phone because I've spent a few years constantly turning Cricket about my issues. I complied with every direction I was give to no avail. And yes I was hung up on by quite a few of you. Been snapped at. Cut off. One even sent me a virus to download to my phone and told me it was a few gb of hotspot on my phone to make up for his ignorance in the situation I thought but clicked on it after he hung up on me because he was to I'll equiped to deal with issue. So about 2 months ago it was starting again so this time I spoke with a kind agent but still not able to help me. So I followed his idea. I bought an upgrade. Changed my email. New number and did not link anything I had on previous phones or accounts. He told me to take my phone to an agent at the store so they could physically help me. Hilarious..I was told to buy my upgrade or take it to an IT tech. He said he doesn't make phones and he can't fix it. So I did. And here we go again. Please I am consume with fear. Anger. Sadness. Helplessness and most of all I feel brutally violated and every action I take and every conversation I have in my own home even  with my family for fear that they are listening again. They broadcast some intimate moments. I'm humiliated and destroyed over it all  I need it to end but no one has yet to give me any help at all. These issues for three years didn't start till I became a cricket customer. I have stayed with yall the whole time. Yeah I'm loyal but Cricket ain't. They couldn't wait to talk me into another 300 dollar phone tho. And my situation seems hopeless and never ending.

Sheesh the subject line of your post was pretty interesting so figured I’d check it out to be nosey 😂 na seriously this dont sound like cricket thats doing this like what reason would they need to hack your account idk but hit them up on twitter they helped me with my device problems so might be worth looking into best of luck to you

No. No. Maybe I want lear. Cricket is not my Hacker Stalker. I have had  many thoughts over the last few years on who these people are but as I said I was treated with disrespect . I was hung up on. Just the lack of give crap through that whole experience. To top it off before I bought the upgrade they changed my number on my old and charged me 15 dollars which was fine then they let know that I would not have to pay my bill for another week or so my due date. They decided to cut my phone off the very next morning. I called and and they claimed I didn't pay the 15 dollars. Well it took an hour of going around with them finally I said at the beginning of the call it says all calls are recorded. I finally convinced him to get with his supervisor and check it out. I had bank statement in hand and they had a recording of the whole call. Then because my phone was disconnect I was told I would have to my monthly bill. My bill was a week and a half away but I payed it. I have no reason to make any of this up. In fact all it was extremely upsetting. Just to be clear. I don't think and never thought that a few bad apple do not kill tree . I have also had some good interactions with some of them. So thank you for your response. Yes I agreed with him and and went about my day. The ones that I communicated with over the phone are the ones I was discussing. Goodnight now.

Yes I agreed with him. And left it alone. But  the lack of empathy and respect are gone now. Hell it's gonna get worse before it get better. Hackers have free reign...there are billions of victims out there to choose from. Good luck Y'all. Goodnight.
