Call with a problem was transferred to Warranty… Asked to speak to a supervisor, supervisor came on line asked for my account pin number. I asked why he would need that. He hung up. Called back, finally got another cust serv person. Asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a supervisor. After taking with her she was talking to me and just hung up.
And it was a problem with a new phone I purchased. It crapped out. I got it running again and then it would run a app, it was just Uber, the only app I use on my PHONE. I use my phone as a phone not a multi-media device, I have a computer for that and a tablet. My phone is my PHONE.
So, now I guess I write a letter to corporate but I doubt that won’t do any good. I would change carriers but I don’t have a problem with the service, just customer service.
And the store I purchased the phone wouldn’t do a thing either as the screen had about a millimeter scratch on the screen in the upper right hand corner and would exchange it.
