How do i recover data from phone as well as the my significant others phone which is on my plan under my name only problem is hes working out if town so how can I recover his remotely

Thank you so much for using our Community Forum! Information from your device can be recovered by entering the unique ID or email and password combination you used to save the information. For a Apple device you would need to sync this information from iCloud. For android devices you will need to sync this information from your google log in.
