Thanks for posting. Are you having issues when trying to log in with the myCricket app, or via our online portal? If you are having issues creating an account on the app, we would suggest using the link before to sign up / log in.
If issues on the app continue, we would recommend making sure you have the latest update installed, clearing the app cache and data for the app in settings and using cellular data to access the app (Wi-Fi off).
