Horrible 4G LTE speeds from Noon to Midnight

I recently moved to Cricket and for the 1st 2 weeks was wonderful, speeds were far more amazing then my old carrier and I could use my phone for my job again.

After the 2 weeks things went downhill quickly, upload and download speeds became unstable and unusable. Ive network reset, checked my APN, made sure everything was updated and so on. I am on the new $60 plan.

The issue is on Band 2, the brief times I can get Band 12 the issue isn't there which suggests a tower issue. Will this issue be fixed soon or at least an option for a Moto Cruise to choose to use Band 12 and disable Band 2 for the moment? I need working stable data and no I do not have wi fi to connect to before anyone asks.

Is there an ETA on the towers being fixed? Still having unstable issues that are now "leaking" past Midnight and I need my phone's upload speed to not be unusable.

4G LTE has degraded further to being unstable no matter the time of day or night. I've even factory reset my phone to no avail. If this isn't going to be fixed by the 15th of this month Im going to be force to choose a more reliable service.
