We suggest trying a different card. You can then change your delivery location to your local The UPS Store®️ or UPS Access Point™️ by signing up for a free UPS My Choice®️ membership. An Access Point is a nearby small business or neighborhood location where you can pick up or drop off UPS packages. Some locations are open in the evenings and on weekends, so you can stop by when it's convenient for you. I signed up for UPS My Choice, and tried changing the address for my potential purchase to the UPS Store, but the purchase is still declined for the address not matching my VISA card provider’s records.  Can someone be more specific as to how the UPS shipping option is supposed to work?

You can also use your PO physical address and your P.O. Box # would be like an apartment number. My PO offers this for Amazon and instances like this.
