Your phone can be used if you have given access to the co-op feature.

People often request call history statements for a personal report. I know that this manipulation must be coordinated with the police and your operator. I recently wrote my autobiography and I needed to find old contacts. I used this resource https://paperell.com/annotated-bibliography-writing-service to structure my autobiography and my profiler provided some forgotten contacts that helped restore forgotten stories. I received permission 2 days after the official request to the police.

Hi There,  Since I can’t see my phone records is there any way to see if my phone is spoofed?  My credit monitoring service with McAfee tells me someone else is using my line and I am getting text spam sent to that person’s name.  I’m nervous they are also using my phone to send out other texts/calls and would like to check.  In other words, my phone call history probably will not help.

Any suggestions?

Hello @Gytannavayn1! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post.

In order to get the phone records for your service, you will need to send us a subpoena asking for the call records. You can fax it over to  (888) 938-4715 or call our center for records at 1-800-635-6840. Please keep in mind that there is a fee for the records.

I don’t understand why a paying customer that has an online account can’t access their own phone records without a subpoena.  Other phone companies have a list of calls and texts made accessable on their phone bill.  If I am a paying customer and I need phone records for important purposes, I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get my call logs.  Is Cricket the only company that makes it so difficult to see the calls I’ve made?
