I am not able to get phone service out in Deer Trail. Is there a way to check and see what area is without service? Who do I notify about this problem?

If you are still experiencing degraded service, I recommend reaching out to our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or Twitter (@cricketsupport) with the details of your issue, full address where using services, and wireless number. Our team would review the towers in your area to see if there is any degraded towers.
