If you're experiencing little to no upload speed or a unstable connection, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your internet speed: Run a speed test to check your internet speed and ensure that it's within the expected range for your internet plan. You can use online tools like Speedtest.net or Google's speed test tool to check your internet speed.

  2. Restart your modem and router: Sometimes, a simple reset of your modem aqs and router can help to resolve connectivity issues. Unplug them both from the power source for a few minutes, then plug them back in and see if that resolves the issue.

  3. Check your network cables: Ensure that all network cables are securely plugged in and not damaged. Loose or damaged cables can cause connectivity issues.

It could be that your ISP is throttling your WiFi upload speeds or you have reached your data limit. Perhaps you have subscribed to a plan that does not meet your upload speed requirements. Asymmetric connections only allocate around 10% of the total bandwidth to upload speeds.
