I want to change my username

I have a user name for my Cricket Username that I no longer use.  I want to change it something more current.  I looked through all the options under "Account Settings" and couldn't find any way to do so.  Help please!

Hello @linkmendall! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. Unfortunately, there is no option to change the myCricket app username. Our Cricket Wireless Support team would have to completely delete your profile and from there, you can set up a new myCricket app profile and username.
