Lack of Information about Blacklisting a lost device from CSR Cost me my time, money, and turned my device into a paper weight
So I had temporarily lost my phone and at the time thought it was stolen since it seemed to have disappeared into thin air. I end up calling cricket to let them know the phone is lost and possibly stolen they shut off the line for me and the customer service rep then suggested blacklisting my device. You would think that he would of mentioned that if I chose to blacklist my lost device that it would be impossible to remove and restore my service! You think they would warn you of the negative repercussions of blacklisting a device through cricket but the rep made it sound all peachy and even told me that there would be no freaking problem restoring service if my device was found. Fast forward to the next day and I get a call from my friend saying I forgot the phone at their house. I go and grab my phone call cricket pay remaining bill and the rep pretty much blew smoke up my ass telling me that my service was restored and my phone was taken off the blacklist. My bill was paid two days before it was due. Service is suspended only on my phone but my other four lines still work. It shows there’s no payment due. I have a confirmation for my payment. Why is my line suspended and how do I fix this because they’re not open until morning.
I haven't been able to log in in 2 years. This is my semi annual attempt to get support. When I try to reset my password, I'm told there are new security procedures and I should call in. When I call in, the person has no idea what I'm talking about. They talk me through the password reset just so I can read them the error message. Then they open a ticket, and I never hear about it again. Again, would love to actual log in into my account.
I bought my 1st cricket phone December 28 2021, with an offer for 1 yr Sam's club membership. Never received any txt or email with that info or codes. I went to my local cricket store this week and the KID working there said "oh yeah, they stopped that". I said I don't care if they stopped that, it was part of the pack I PAID for when buying into cricket phone service, period. He stated " yeah, lots of people are mad about it but sorry lady". WRONG, I want what I was offered. This is obviously a scam. I'm VERY dissatisfied with Cricket thus far for various reasons and I am telling everyone I know in our small town to steer clear of Cricket. They make promises to get you in but no follow thru. So here I sit on a hotspot writing this.. I have The EBB and it's active it even shows that I'm enrolled in it on my account but yet I'm told I have to pay 65$. Bc there's. 5$ activation fee. Like am idiot I payed for bridge pay on day 1 that I lost my service bc I figured they would have figured it out by now. But I've been on the phone with with there phone reps about a dozen times and I went to the store had them call and there even asshats to there own team members so F them and I hope there kittin dies in there arms while watching yet another video of long dong Johnson and his Texas tunnel and I also hope the crack dealer is out of dope when they need there fix. Only ppl I know that rip others off are druggies. So I hope the drip the soap when that day comes. And ya I feel ripped off bc I held up my end the BBE program held up there end but this lame asshat company witch is owned by AT&T dropped the ball every time. We have SMS messaging setup in Active directory and it works fine when sending to one individual. When we use a distibution group it does not go through to anyone with cricket. we get an auto reply from cricket saying “email failed to send” is there somethign on crickets side that is blocking distribution groups?
We have five members of the family, five lines with cricket. They only let 3 of us have upgraded phones. The other two family members are stuck with their old old phones ! We get this message at checkout: We cannot ship to the address you entered. Looks like you've reached the maximum number of orders allowed for one address.
about to weigh my options to see if there's better service provider that's not associated with criket or any of thier associated partners. I've been doing criket since 2007 the service is getting worse and automated seem like they lost interest in keeping customers happy, and the only way to show is to vote by putting my money in someone else's account. Someone Mistakenly Tried to Port My Number Into Cricket, How Can I Get Them to Cancel The Pending Port Request?
I am a Ting Mobile customer on the Sprint Network. According to Sprint customer support, someone on May 2nd tried to port my number into Cricket Wireless. I did not authorize this, and I was completely unaware of this. I suspect that a person tried to port some other number into Cricket Wireless, but made a typo while entering the phone number. Now, I am unable to change from a Sprint SIM card to a T-Mobile SIM card, because there is a “pending port already in progress.” According to Ting customer support, they are unable to cancel the port request. They say that it must be cancelled by Cricket. However, when I call into Cricket, they tell me that I am unable to cancel the port request because I cannot provide the authorization of the account that requested it. I don’t have an account with Cricket, and I have no idea who tried to port my number into Cricket, so I can’t give any authorization info. But, I’m the one who owns the number, and I am able to call in to customer support using
I seem to be having problem with shipping. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 GB then and I didn’t received an email notification of tracking shipping. So I know something is wrong, then I’m glad I received my money back the next day . I ordered it again today and still the same problem. I need an new IPhone 11 Pro Max but it’s out of stock now and it was 20 in stock last time I checked. Anyway, I just want to ordered it but I went to 6 different cricket store and they don’t have any. They don’t know when iPhone coming in store yet. It’s really frustrating and I can be impatient. I hope you guys HMU of any information if it’s in stock in stores.
Recently our towers were down, Cricket told us to call when they were up for a credit. I called this morning to ask. They told me the tower wasn’t ready yet, so I asked the lady on the phone should I just make my payment and wait for credit later and she said yes. I told her I have automatic payment set up should I just let it process or go ahead and make it. She said go ahead and make it, I asked her if it would still automatically come out and she said NO. So I made the payment. A few mins later the automatic payment came out as well. I called Cricket because both payments are still pending and I was at my bank when I called. The bank said all Cricket has to do is drop one of the payments and it won’t process. Cricket told me they can’t and won’t refund the payment that it will just be a credit on my next months bill. I explained to them that it was their fault because of the information I was given by their agent, and that I lived from paycheck to paycheck and have other b

Yesterday me and my son leave the house around 12-1pm and we’re both listening to music on our phones simultaneously, about 15-20 minutes go by and both our phones stop playing music and both say SOS only. This is never ending. I am on autopay yet I woke to no service because I am told I have a balance of 15.00. No explanation and since I am on autopay it makes no sense. I did upgrade to a plan with more data but was never asked to make a payment. Then to top it off, I was charged 4.00 fee to apply a payment. Why would this happen?
first question does cricket charge tax and fees on monthly charge ( such as $40 a month ) ? second question i like the low end (as they call them ) andriods i am looking for one similar to axia ( vision cricket ) or zte maven 3 ?third on byod does any phone from at&t work ? and last question is cricket owned by at&t ?
