Because of Cricket not wanting to provide me with my phone records, I am about to loose my job.Cricket wants a subpoena in order to release my phone records and to get a subpoena is a long and expensive process for which I don’t have the money nor the time, I need these records now within 15 days.A life long career with a good company down the drain just because I can’t provide my phone records.Thank you Cricket. Be warned, watch out, if you ever find yourself in legal issues where you need your phone records quick, you will be screwed with Cricket.
Why wont Cricket Wireless, fix their website issue on their data plan web site page. I have contacted them before about it. They refuse to fix their website. It will not display their data plans. I uploaded a screen shot for you to see. I was interested in signing up for a plan, but I am not going to sign up if I don’t know the plan details.
I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.
I recently purchased a moxee hotspot device from walmart and went to set it up, I was told to add it to my existing account, I would be charged the $55 for the month of data and that I would NOT receive a credit for the 20 days I wouldnt have it on the current billing cycle I have, so I asked if I could set it up on its own account which the rep did. I want to be able to monitor the data usage so I can get a gauge of what I am using, figured doing a mycricket account would be the best bet, I would also like to be able to just log on and check the billing info ie. what card and all that as well When I go to set up the new account, it wants to send a text message to the number they gave me for the hot spot, which I did, however having tried 3 different times, I do not receive a text message in the settings where I can see on the hotspot device, I have even tried to text it from my own phone and still nothing, I have tried to power down and reboot, even as far as a factory reset and stil
Hi in December I upgraded my phone to icon2 what a big mistake that was. About a month or two I had to send my phone back because I was having many problems with it. Now my problem has turned in to a disaster to the point I can't even open and play a game.Please help when I try to open an app it closes right away. When I try to open my cricket app it also closes. A box keeps popping up saying cricket is trying to stop and close app. This started happening when my phone installed new software update. I can't even play a game. It's obvious this phone ICON2 ISNT working and no matter what in settings a cricket representative tells me to do it isn't working. I have had many problems with cricket and I say to the Representatives that I'm going to change providers. Cricket doesn't try to keep there customers they say right away ok want us to cut your service off now? I was referred by my friend and got the following email.Following the instructions on the email, I signed up for the cricket service. After receiving the SIM card, I activated my service online. However, when I tried to enter the referral code received bu email, it says I am not eligible. I contacted Cricket customer service, but they said that I need to purchase my plan via a special link, which is not mentioned on the email or online. I had the worst customer service ever. I was sent in circles and my problem was not resolved. I paid approximately $800 outright no payments for a brand new phone it was still in great shape but it got wet called insurance had to pay a $150 deductible got the new phone and the battery won't hold charge. I call the insurance company back tell the whats going on was then told its a remanufactured phone, I said now wait a minute you are telling me that my phone that was practically brand new was replaced with a used phone after I not only bought it outright but have carried insurance on that you charged me $150 deductible for and you are going to send me a used phone. OH HECK NO!! Well now my used phone won't hold charge insurance tells me it's not on them that it is now a warranty issue and I need to call you all so I did, had a long wait and was told to leave a call back number, won't loose my place in line and warranty will call me back. I have 3 lines. My uncle, who is poor, lives in SF, Calif and let his cell service lapse. I want to add his phone to my plan but want him to have a 415 or other local area code.When I chatted w/Cricket their CSR said they could only give me a number local to my current (billing) address.Does anyone know how true this is? Is there anyway to add a non-remote area code, and can they do it for an existing SIM? Or is this something Best Buy can help with? Or (I suspect not) a Cricket store local to him or me?
Cricket has, yet again, decided to close their customer service to their customers hours before their listed hours. This has been going on for months and every rep I’ve brought this up to just says I’m lying and must not know what time it really is. Well, right now I tried it again at 9:44pm ET and was told to come back when they’re open, even though they are open till 11:00pm ET every night. Cricket needs to update their hours to let people know when they are actually willing to help their customers instead of just helping whenever they feel like it at random times of the day.
We have SMS messaging setup in Active directory and it works fine when sending to one individual. When we use a distibution group it does not go through to anyone with cricket. we get an auto reply from cricket saying “email failed to send” is there somethign on crickets side that is blocking distribution groups?
I woke up last week somebody had ported out both my number and my daughter's. I had 5 lines with Cricket and I can them right away and open a case with their team after being on the phone for over an hour and a half. Now all week I have got nothing but the run around that it will be solved in 24 hours. I am extremely frustrated considering I have been a Cricket customer for over 3 years just wake up my number is stolen and basically I get little to no help if getting it back.
I just bought a new device directly from Apple and transferred my service from my other Cricket device. I’ve been with Cricket since February 2015. I brought my own device to Cricket each time I upgraded. After this last transfer, I found out that Cricket has locked my device to Cricket, because I do not meet their criteria for unlocking. The criteria are that you must have had service with Cricket for at least 6 months, you must not be committing fraud with the device and you needed to purchase the device from Cricket. But, Cricket allows customers to bring their own device, it doesn’t say, but if you do, it will be locked to Crickets service forever. I brought in an unlocked device that could be used on any network, I’ve had service with Cricket for almost 7 years (which I believe makes me a pretty loyal customer). The first phone I brought to Cricket was not locked, now this second device is locked to Cricket and before I knew all of this I just activated a brand new unlocked
Had a problem with my wife’s phone, voice mail was not working correctly and we needed additional storage space. Took phone to local store, there were 3 other customers in the store and 1 clerk, who was trying to service everyone at the same time. I explained my issues and without even looking at the phone, she said the phone was old and could not be fixed and I had to buy a new one, and this one is the one I needed to buy. I asked for a model that was simple to use, but that request went right over her head. Asked if ALL of the photos and messages would be transferred over and was told yes. She transferred data, but not all as I was to find out later, she gave me the phone and a bag and said thanks. No intro to phone, I spent 2 hours sitting in the store trying to understand the phone. Had to figure out how to turn it on and off, answer the phone. When I tried to place a call I found the number for the phone was not correct, she had entered my number and not the number of my wife’s l

Have been trying to port my number to a new carrier for about a week now. Cricket says the port is ready to go, US Mobile says there is multiple port requests out on the number and there isn’t, they’re also saying there is invalid account info to complete the port, but the account and PIN are all correct. A possible solution has been brought to my attention that USM might have input an incorrect Service Profile ID number. Cricket support chat is telling me my account # and pin are my SPiD, but it should only be a 4 digit number, cricket/att specific. I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone trying to get this number ported over, I just want to be done with this
I have a cricket number now on an existing account with someone else. I want to keep my number and start my own new account. I have an unlocked iPhone se now with a cricket SIM card that was working on the cricket network. How do I go about setting up my new account and keep my current phone number?
my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store .When i question the same to Cricket customer care over the call, They say that the number was ported in the store yesterday but they have no no way of tracking what store it happened and which agent authorized it . This is UTTER BULL . Im guessing its Inside Job and some one working at the cricket store did it . Customer care Kept asking me if I am sure that I ( or my mother or wife on the same plan) didn't port the number or maybe it was someone else we knew. What the heck is that supposed to solve? No one at Cricket seems to know or care how to protect our accounts! i've asked before but i got different answers from everyone. anyway, my parents have my phone under their cricket acc since they pay for my phone and stuff and yeah. i know they can see the numbers i've called and texted but 1.can they see the contents of the texts2.can they see my search history and websites i'm on even if it's a private browser3.can they like see anything else? thanks
I am unable to login on MyCricket app, unable to login at cricketwireless.com . Says account is unavailable.Had bo problem for many years, all of it started recently.Calling on telephone has been zero help.
