I was told by a chat associate that I could file an official complaint here. Customers should be able to see their own call logs from their account. I need them to prove something to the state and was told I need to hire a lawyer, who will need to get a court subpoena for me to get the records. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is a very minor issue that does not require judges or lawyers.
I ordered my new phone and line yesterday and i got a email today saying that i need to update information to confirm the number transfer, but when i click on the button to update my info, it just sends me to a page saying "Transfer Delayed" and says that they are woking to transfer my number, and then gives me a option to track my order, which also says processing. If anyone knows how to help me itd be much appreciated, i dont have a phone right now and need one fast i dont want any delays
So I bought a Nokia Phone and a couple of months later it will not charge. I contacted the Warranty dept. and followed their instructions and was told 24 to 48 hrs for replacement. 48 hrs later no phone and I have called 5 times to be left on hold for over an hour, ... still on hold tier 1 call center will not escalate me to the supervisor. They have hung up on me and just been plain rude. We have been with cricket for yrs. I cannot believe they won't do what they promised. The warranty agent keeps telling me it will be tomorrow in the meantime I am losing $$ due to their lies. How can we get through to supervisor? How can I contact Corporate to resolve this issue. I used to trust this company, not anymore
I placed and order online earlier. It would take my address so I changed it and it said my card was declined. I checked my card and the money was taken out for the order but I have recieved no confirmation. Tried to call support and was told to call back tomorrow????? Help!
I have been having sexual harassment calls for months also people calling hanging up. I talked to the same employee 4 times in 3 months begging for a phone number change she promised I would get it straightened out with cricket and I would get texts with my new phone number. I have been with cricket from the 1st month you opened up. Do to your lack of responsibilities of throwing such a serious issue guess yall don't realize that some of us don't have $15 to change my number but that's just shows you have no care in the world for your customers but it can lead to the lock of honesty, caring, loyalty which you have from me why do I get treated differently cuz I m on the other side of the desk. How would cricket ever possibly know if whom is continueing with the scary nasty calls hadn't killed me due to your lack of good customer care. I don't have the $15 dollars I'm totally disabled. My other complaint is i have sent my sister in for a refer a friend 2 x s your careless staff couldn't

Phone service on HTC Desire 510 (Android 4.4.2) was fine as of Wed 27 Feb 19 432pm. Phone rang, went to voicemail, I checked voicemail, and sucessfully dialed out, left voicemail.754pm recvd vmail notification, tried to retrieve, dialer immediately terminated the attempt. This is still happening as of 310pm Thurs 28 Feb.All other functions work perfectly! I can send/recv SMS, access the web, stream video WITH NO SLOWDOWN OR STUTTERING!BUT the PHONE WON'T DIAL OR RECEIVE CALLS OR VOICEMAIL!Calling in only rarely gets to my vmail greeting, mostly getting 'customer not available' vmsg.Since visiting 2 Cricket shops, my phone still doesn't work, and I am typing this to this forum on that very phone.
Assaulted and Falsely Imprisoned then threatened and slandered about my clothing and mental disability for trying to refund my samsung within the 7 day grace period. That was after I specifically identified that FDN and call diverting were both pre installed and activated using his password. The Punjab or Fijian man in his 20s scamming out of Pittsburg California on Century Blvd drives a Porche truck and I ride the public bus and he started exactly with those two comparisons as he threatened to "beat the crap out of me" and then called 911 ON ME. Craziest thing is that he literally ran to block the door so I couldn't exit and did so forcefully and assaulted me on my pushing passed him to exit the store. I am certain this is a normal type of act he has done prior because now less than a month later the local police told me to not go there to use another cricket but crickets lil policy doesnt allow this. I am completely fed up with the service from this company. I have a family plan and my brother's phone has been locked out as reported stolen. No one in our family reported the phone stolen and we've been calling multiple times, again and again, to tell them the phone isn't stolen and every time we call we got told the same generic response we will look into it and fix the account. It has been 2 weeks and the phone line has not been fixed. We are about to get charged and the phone has had no service for 2 weeks I'm upright exhausted with calling and being told the same bullcrap. I don't know what to do anymore or where to talk to and go to get help for this problem.
Someone Mistakenly Tried to Port My Number Into Cricket, How Can I Get Them to Cancel The Pending Port Request?
I am a Ting Mobile customer on the Sprint Network. According to Sprint customer support, someone on May 2nd tried to port my number into Cricket Wireless. I did not authorize this, and I was completely unaware of this. I suspect that a person tried to port some other number into Cricket Wireless, but made a typo while entering the phone number. Now, I am unable to change from a Sprint SIM card to a T-Mobile SIM card, because there is a “pending port already in progress.” According to Ting customer support, they are unable to cancel the port request. They say that it must be cancelled by Cricket. However, when I call into Cricket, they tell me that I am unable to cancel the port request because I cannot provide the authorization of the account that requested it. I don’t have an account with Cricket, and I have no idea who tried to port my number into Cricket, so I can’t give any authorization info. I have had cricket since December '09 and I bought an S9 along with the sim card. I wanted to have it unlocked so I could use it while traveling but,1)There's no intl roaming in London2)The phone is locked to cricketSo I spoke to the customer services and I was told that I need to be paying for an active service for 6 months (which is fair), but I just found out that despite having paid since Dec '18, I still have 177 days (half a year) left to unlock it. I occasionally put my sim onto my older phone and that seems to be the issue (according to cricket).Is there any sensible rep from the company who can sort out my issue?
I used the Cricket Chat help this evening to find the confirmation number to check the status of my order because the website did not send me an email after my order when I ordered Friday. While waiting for a CSR epUPS delivered my phone shortly after 6pm. I told the CSR rep the phone had just arrived so she ended up helping me activate the phone.
