I have been trying to Activate My Simply Data Account and link the number. The issue I have is that the temporary password is sent via text. Since the device I'm using is not a phone how would I go about completing activation? Yes, the device (Netgear 1120) was approved as compatible when I entered the imei #
1. This is the worst site , I have ever seen. Programming is absolutely terrible. Fire the person who is programming this site. He/She is costing cricket millions of dollars. 2. Menus for payment; I have a credit, yet the site can only request for me to use my credit card ???? No work around.3. There is no way to restart my plan by paying early (if data runs out).??? Payment is a very simple process folks. 4. So say I want to pay cricket to add say 15GB hotspot, $10 mid plan. There is a check box one time or monthly , with a upload and review plan button . I check one time, review (AND LANDING PAGE IS PROGRAMMED ON THE MAIN ACCOUNT PAGE) , apparently cricket can not handle this simple fee. It requests I must pay my next months bill , even if I suggest a one time payment? 5. Does the programmer actually go through the queries to CHECK WHAT CUSTOMERS GO THROUGH?6. . Customer service can see all the errors, but apparently they dont know how to contact THE PROGRAMMER!&
I placed an order for a new service with Cricket. The add says next business free delivery. I have spent over 3 hours with their uneducated customer service and I still have not received my phone nor have I received any tracking number. This is not a good way to start a new business relationship. I am about ready to cancel my order. At this point I cannot say that I have had a good experience nor can I say that I would recommend their service. What I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered a phone upgrade on 08/14/2020, on 08/17/2020 it was delivered. I went online to activate it and was unable to, received a message to call support. I called in, they could not activate the phone & told me it'd be fixed within 24 hours. It is now 08/24/2020, almost a full week of no phone (8 pm tonight marks 1 full week). My line shows as suspended & when I call in to Customer Service the only response I receive is that it will be corrected within 24 hours.This is not helpful. I NEED a working phone. Please reinstate my line. I cannot count how many times I have called in, chatted in, always the same runaround, it'll be handled within 24 hours. IT'S BEEN A WEEK! I am missing important communication and if anything happens when I am without a phone I guarantee I am holding Cricket liable.This is ridiculous. Please help!
Today Cricket suspended my account for being 1 day late on a $10 charge. My autopay did not update to reflect the change, nor was I notified that I had a $10 balance. I run a business and my husband needs to be able to call his work. I need reliable service. I will be switching carriers as soon as I find one.
First off, bad UX on the website. Went to order a phone and the check out cart. I was just told to try again later with no explanation. Ordered my phone later. I was excited about the quick shipping because I had a few days left in town. Now, it is 2 days late and I am leaving this afternoon. UPS says that it will be delivered by 9 but I will be long gone by then. I called cricket and all they did was tell me what I already know. UPS said that there was a problem so that caused the delay and cricket says it is out of their hands. Sounds fishy because I am not the first customer to complain about this on the forums, this should not be a reoccurring problem. Even if it is not your shipping problem you are responsible, as someone who has sold things online before this is common knowledge. I have not been given any help and have asked for some sort of compensation but have received none. I have to ride a train home with a poor functioning phone now and receive my new phone who knows when.
My bill is $110 with hot spot I made a payment of $120 to get $10 on extra hotspot plus the $25 for referral so I call a day before to have them add on the hotspot the costumer service never one Sayed to me to wait until my bill cycle to star to do the add-on he said I will do it and it will star next bill cycle on the 12th restar ur phone to get ur hot spot well guess what woke up to no service call them and all they did was activated again but refuse to give me my hotspot if they didn't want to give me the 25 for referral that's fine but on top of that they took my extra 10 bucks I work so hard for and keep it saying they had nothing that can be done I hate cricket it was a bad investment and since I hardly work bcs of the covid19 am stuck with them if I had the extra cash I would move back to boost don't recommend this company at all
Hi customer cares , I am not your Cricket user, I am currently with Lycamobile, and I went a Cricket store trying to top up a Lycamobile bills , the agent give a new simcard with Simple mobile, I don't know why ( why it's not Cricket? it's Cricket store) And asked me for $60 for 3 month using with 15GB. Right now my phone number gets stuck from lycamobile and simplemobile, and the Cricket store agent saying " to wait" like forever. I know this is not right place to report, but I just wondering is that legal to activate other carriers service plan in a Cricket store？ I think I got a fraud from your agent in Flushing . I wont tell the agent's name but I have address 4403 kissena blvd Flushing NY 11354 . I just wanna report it and please check the store
Hello!I was wondering if it was possible to get a record of when text messages were sent, and to whom said messages were sent to. I accidentally deleted a text conversation I had on my iPhone, and sadly, I don't have a suitable backup to recover said conversation. I don't need the content of the text messages--merely the times and recipients. I know that Cricket's parent company (AT&T) does indeed keep such logs, so I was hoping Cricket would to.If it helps, I live in the state of California, so would I be able to request a text message log using a privacy request thanks to the California Consumer Privacy Act?
I tried to log on to my account on my phone I don't want let me log on to it it's saying that I need to call customer care and I have tried and I can't get nobody how can I get this fixed so that I can log on to my account on the app that I have on my phone I have not had this problem at all before so I don't understand why this is doing it now
