Why is my account suspended and no way for me to fix when auto pay charged my bank account? I don’t get it and it’s very aggravating! There’s even a $55 credit showing on my account after paying the $90 monthly fee. I’m stuck at home with no internet now and my job depends on me having internet service. So tired of this. Something similar to this happens almost every month
So I have been a Cricket customer for 7 days...and I already regret it! I signed up my family and I on a Monday. Bought 2 new phones. Wanted to buy a third but it wasn’t in stock. Had the kid order it. Came in Thursday night. Went in Friday to have it activiated...it was supposed to be $400...tried to charge me $1200. He ordered the wrong phone. Tried to blame it on me. Said if i wanted the $400 phone I would have to get it on line...but it would cost me $600. I would now be considered an upgrade...7 days later it was an upgrade...even though I never bought one to begin with. Called good ole customer service. Sat on hold for 13 minutes. Got hung up on. Called back. Waited on hold for 12 minutes. Was on the phone for 40 minutes just for the guy to nicely tell me there was nothing he could do. What kind of jacked up company is this? Oh...and there aren’t any contracts...but don’t try and use the phones you just paid outright for. They’re locked to Cricket for 6 months.
The owner of [Personal Details] has stolen one of my phones, and has linked his number with my personal email account with Google. He has changed all the security questions and listed his cricket wireless number as the 2 step verification. I can’t access my google account: [Personal Details] because this person stole one of my phones and locked me account of some several accounts listing his number on my account Please flag this number for possible fraud, because that it was I can see is now linked to my accounts where credentials were changed and money is missing from my accounts from unauthorized transactions coming out of Jacksonville, FL [Personal Details] Concerned Citizen
my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store .When i question the same to Cricket customer care over the call, They say that the number was ported in the store yesterday but they have no no way of tracking what store it happened and which agent authorized it . This is UTTER BULL . Im guessing its Inside Job and some one working at the cricket store did it . Customer care Kept asking me if I am sure that I ( or my mother or wife on the same plan) didn't port the number or maybe it was someone else we knew. What the heck is that supposed to solve? No one at Cricket seems to know or care how to protect our accounts! Again, I have read multiple reports of this happening to other cricket customers.I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and
So basically I’ve been with cricket for a whole year and the last 2 or 3 months I have not had service because money has been tight well I try signing into my cricket account and it tells me my account has been deactivated. I tried making a new account but it wants to send a temporary password to the cricket number but I can’t get anything because I haven’t had service. Please help.
I have the 60$/m plan and I usually buy additional hotspot as needed. I’ve spent at least 600$ on this company’s hotspot services since I’ve been a member. I came across an issue where I was missing account credit and reached out to Cricket because I paid 60$ out of my pocket to pay my bill so my credit wouldn’t be used up. After the new billing cycle, the account credit is gone and so I ended up paying 120$ for one month of service. I confronted Cricket about this and they said “The account credit was added because you bought our hotspot packages” and I said “so why isn’t it there anymore?” I got 2 different responses when I asked 2 different “specialists” this question. One said “because it was used to pay your bill, i’ll open a support ticket” and the other said “It was used on your hotspot packages.” Please stay away from cricket. They’re a third rate company with fourth rate staff. Just go straight to at&t if you want at&t speed. Cricket has stolen money from me, refused t
first question does cricket charge tax and fees on monthly charge ( such as $40 a month ) ? second question i like the low end (as they call them ) andriods i am looking for one similar to axia ( vision cricket ) or zte maven 3 ?third on byod does any phone from at&t work ? and last question is cricket owned by at&t ?
I was charged 2 days ago for this months phone service as normal. However, without my consent, my account has been suspended and I have no phone service. Cricket is now charging me a $25 reactivation fee to get it all back. Customer service representatives have not been answering calls and chats, unless it is to hang up or leave the chat. Please fix this issue, and the lack of customer support
Horrible customer service wait time i was on hold for over an hour got two questions in then with out saying anything was put back on hold for ten minutes then hung up oni called back been on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still goingi will stay on tell they close at 9 and it 6 nowi know there is a virus going on but 3 hours plus on hold is just poor customer service its a good way to lose customers if you ask me and if i am on hold till 9 i wont pay for my next month and most likely will look for another phone companyand if you get a hold of me and please do i wont you to check the call log so you can see i did not make it upthank you and hope you can help
Just bought the unlimited plan from cricket, received the "You're Almost Done - Confirm Your Number Transfer" email, clicked on "Update My Information" link, entered the pin numbers for the phone numbers (they're all in the same account), go to click submit, and it just keeps asking me to click submit. Will the sim cards still be delivered? Or do I need to figure this out
I need three phones unlocked because I HAD to switch carriers because they would not fix the tower by my house it has been 4 and half MONTHS. Would never refund any money or credit the accounts which is two accounts. 800.00 dollars later I finally got fed up and switched now they won’t unlock 3 of the phones I paid full price for I need someone to call me back or something I stayed on hold for 1 hour tonight and nobody would pick up the phone and tried the chat feature 20 minutes before close and nobody would respond
Someone set up a cricket account using my email address. How do I remove my email address from this account? and no I do not have the cell number. please help. Calling up the help number is useless. I cannot get through to a human and not category exists for this problem. thanks for your help.
I called yesterday to report my 2nd line was stolen and or lost. I issued the phone # of the line that needed to be placed on a hold until we could figure out where the device was. The rep said not a problem asked me to hold, and hung up. I called back to make sure the issue was resolved rep said oh yes the line is on hold nothing else I needed to do. I drove to work. Now my phone is not working and is suspended. After ALL day of speaking back and for with Cricket. Getting hung up on. Yelling on my end because I needed my phone to do business that day they finally reactivated it. Within 2 hours I get back home, we go to local Cricket store and purchase a new phone because we now realize the other device is lost. They had NO problem reactivating the line and letting us buy a new phone. 20 min after walking out the door my line AGAIN gets disconnected. Cust service places me and the Cricket store employee on hold for over 30+ min for supervisor. Makes me get the 2nd device to talk on. I
We switched over from Verizon to save some money. I’m a truck driver and coverage is important obviously. Overall it’s ok but there are two routes I drive that have NO COVERAGE.Evanston, WY ALL THE WAY TO Laramie, WY (I-70)AND Page, AZ ALL THE WAY TO FLAGSTAFF, AZ (Hwy 89)I had coverage along these routes with Verizon and Crickets coverage map shows these areas to be 90% covered. And it hasn’t gotten any better over the last 6 months. Using iPhone 7plus If you can’t fix this we’re switching back to Verizon Thank you.
My son got a new phone and I want to get a new sim card for it. Keeping his old number and keeping plan the same. I cannot see where I can order a new sim card for that number in my account. I have done this in the past but it seems something has changed?
