I’m a user of apple mac and have an account with apple mac. So before two days, I am trying to login into my account, but I am facing technical faults. It is showing that I have forgotten my MAC password, so I am looking for the solutions for recovery of Forgot MAC password. I want to take online technician’s help or support. I recently placed an online order and ported my number. Cricket sent it to the wrong address so they advised me to call FedEx to have it sent back before it got delivered because they could not change the delivery address. I was told I would receive a full refund for everything so I could replace the order online. I have been fighting with customer service on the phone now for 2 months and they keep saying that they can not do anything for me. I paid $119 and I still have no phone, no service, and the number that I ported was my number for my business so my customers can't reach me. Wtf is wrong with cricket. What I am getting told pretty much is that I wasted $119 dollars and gave my number to them. I'm so pissed that I'm going to seek legal action because cricket STOLE MY MONEY.
I purchased a new phone 9/17/19 at the store in Duluth MN. It is now 9/18/19 and I'm getting a bill for not purchasing the phone I am now posting this with. How is this even possible to walk out of the store without paying for the phone. Mind you that I didn't bring a phone with I got it from the store. Payed for the activation, payed for the service plan but they didn't charge me for the phone. The manager of the store when I tried to explain the situation didn't even understand how I walked out with the phone and all other questions asked were answered with ok ok ok very disrespectful. I should have payed for the phone right then and there but didn't and now I'm getting a text notice saying they are going to shut my phone off 9/19/19 if I don't pay that. Wow is all I can say for the manager at the Duluth store for letting his other employees screw people and then be disrespectful to me for asking why should be fired for that. Hi, we've been on Cricket for about 6 months and in Paris and bought SIM cards to use while here. Unfortunately, the 2 iphones we purchased when we switched to Cricket are saying that they are locked. Can someone please help us unlock these 2 phones ASAP so we can get service? Thank you,
I used to get text notifications when my bill was due and when I paid my bill. Now I don't get any. How do I add this back on? I need the notifications to remind me because I get so busy I forget to make a payment.Thank you for any help on this.
I have had cricket since December '09 and I bought an S9 along with the sim card. I wanted to have it unlocked so I could use it while traveling but,1)There's no intl roaming in London2)The phone is locked to cricketSo I spoke to the customer services and I was told that I need to be paying for an active service for 6 months (which is fair), but I just found out that despite having paid since Dec '18, I still have 177 days (half a year) left to unlock it. I occasionally put my sim onto my older phone and that seems to be the issue (according to cricket).Is there any sensible rep from the company who can sort out my issue?
Is it common practice at cricket to charge the customer for your mistakes and poor equipment. I switch my service less then a month ago had to call customer service as soon as I got home from the store. For the last 2 weeks I have been jumping thru every hoop you guys have given me, even took 2 days off work to try and get this resolved. The 2 choices I seem to be left with is either pay for a new sim card, that I have already for once and not received in working order, or I can send my phone in and be without a phone, that I paid for along with service that I'm not receiving, for at least 2 business days. Is this your version customer care? And where is this appreciation your site is boosting about, 20th birthday and we would like to thank you. My son got a new phone and I want to get a new sim card for it. Keeping his old number and keeping plan the same. I cannot see where I can order a new sim card for that number in my account. I have done this in the past but it seems something has changed?
Last night I checked my phone and I checked my voicemails and my phone was suspended. I go online to my account and yep my line is suspended. I call pick option to reinstate my line and a recording says no one is in the office call again tomorrow. I called a few hours ago and the smug little representative wouldn't even consider turning my line back on.

My brother had an account with Cricket but he recently passed away. I called to see about getting a refund as they had only debited his account 2 days prior. They allowed me to change his pass-code and pin, but their company policy does not allow refunds. Obviously, its not the amount of the charge, but the policy of not returning any unused portion of his fee. Perhaps they need that money to stave off bankruptcy. It's hard enough trying to deal with business after my brother's death, but now I'm just disgusted with having to deal with them.So buyer beware about the fine print.
I paid to separate my phone num we and account from another so how can cricket let the account holder I separated myself from Blacklist my phone? The phone belongs to me and I paid to have it removed from his account but yet cricket still let the other account black list it after it was separated and I turn it on in another account? How is this legally possible?
