I used the Cricket Chat help this evening to find the confirmation number to check the status of my order because the website did not send me an email after my order when I ordered Friday. While waiting for a CSR epUPS delivered my phone shortly after 6pm. I told the CSR rep the phone had just arrived so she ended up helping me activate the phone. She was patient and kindit was a good experience, thank you Stella. Thelma F.
Ok, Need to get a decent hotspot connection up and running for one month. Would need about 40GB of good speeds (5Mbps minimum Down and Up). I live in a good coverage area according to map. Since Cricket is prepaid, could I purchase the hotspot device and a plan for only one month? Then just cancel the account?
On today May 18th I received a text from Cricket saying my account had been changed. I am the only one on this account I have 4 lines but I am the primary account holder no one is suppose to be able to access this account but me. I tried to check my account on line only to find out the password had been changed. I quickly get on the line and call customer service the first lady name Katie said no could have access my account unless they had my pass code but a cricket store had called and since they did not know the code permission was giving only once to access my account. I asked to speak with her superviser who hang up the phone when I asked her name. I call around to several Cricket stores and asked about policy all of them stated no one can access your account without your 4 dight code. I called Corp again I spoke to a lady by the name of Olga who basicly said that Cricket accounts can be access by anyone but she would not give me the store. I called the Cricket store that acc
For the past 2 days, I have been bombarded with hostile people who are replying to spam texts that I haven't sent. All are from phone numbers associated with att.net email addresses. Calling the Cricket customer service number is not helpful. They keep telling me to download Hiya, but that is not a solution to someone else cloning my number. They said, "Well you can change your number." I have had this phone number 20 years and I refuse to give it up just because Cricket can't put an end to what is obviously a security flaw in THEIR system. They also told me that the newer phones they are selling are less likely to have this problem. This, in itself, tells me why they have no incentive to fix this problem. I really have no alternative but to leave them and go back to Verizon Wireless. I'm sick of 20 texts a day that are cursing at me for something Cricket won't help me with.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there any solution? And DO NOT tell me to download Hiya or change my
It would be great if Cricket could make address verification optional or skippable like most websites. I want to upgrade my phone but I can't order anything online from Cricket because my address isn't in the USPS or whatever other database they verify addresses with. I have a PO Box with one zip code and a street address with another, that's just the way it works in my location. I only get mail at the PO box, FedEx and UPS deliver to my street address with no problems. I live in a ZIP code served by PO boxes and so my street address for one reason or another is not in the database. My credit card address matches my street address. On most other sites you can just click something like "I acknowledge that you did not validate my address but proceed anyway". Customer service over the phone couldn't help me, they couldn't even update my profile account address to where I actually live simply cause it doesn't verify. It's a real place, been living here for several years! Please help and/or
Hi all! A few hours ago I purchased the Cricket Icon 2 to replace a device that was incompatible with Mobile Hotspot. It’s worked well and hotspot works, but 30 minutes ago I suddenly got a message saying “This device is not eligible for activation on the Cricket network.” and then the line became suspended. This line is the main line in the account, and the second line on the account is still up and running.How is it possible that a phone I bought straight from a Cricket store would not work or is not eligible for use in the store? Also, how is it possible that it works for a bit then suddenly decides it is not eligible?Thanks anyone in advance!
They hired an 18 year old still in school. And some girl name nicki. Nicki has been calling the boss every time this highschooler turned around. Snitching and lieing. Boss won't listen or watch cameras. Boss fired highschooler because she left in the middle of sale. SHE LEFT TO GET TO HIGHSCHOOL and had already stayed past her time and was going to be late. Boss won't listen to her about this other girl being ride to old people and not helping them with their phone and refuses to make a sale to poor people (her words). Or the cussing in the back room while she is on her phone and there is customer in the store. No she won't listen cause it's the kids being dramatic but she will listen to the little pot head that's always stoned off her ass and refusing to wait on customers or lies about being a cop.
Why is my account suspended and no way for me to fix when auto pay charged my bank account? I don’t get it and it’s very aggravating! There’s even a $55 credit showing on my account after paying the $90 monthly fee. I’m stuck at home with no internet now and my job depends on me having internet service. So tired of this. I have a sneaky feeling that someone else has hacked into either my account or my phone number. This morning, my uncle called me and said that I called him 4 times in the middle of the night. I told him I never made such a call, but after he hung up, I checked my phone and found that I made NO calls to him during that time. I am worried because sometime last week, I was browsing on my phone when the network suddenly vanished. and only returned after I restarted the phone. I have changed my password but how can I change my PIN? Also, I want to have a 3-step verification; how do I do that?
Who can go a couple of days without their phone? Changed over to Cricket 6 months ago bought a very nice phone still under warranty now it is not working.Cricket wants me to send it back through UPS and go without a phone for 2 days who in today's world can do that not me. I’ll start from the beginning, since no one at Cricket seems to understand what I am saying, despite being transferred back and forth for 3 hours. Maybe some help from the community folks will do the trick…April 2 - ordered an iPhone 12 and a supporting case. Used the Progressive Leasing option. April 5 - UPS delivers “something” from Cricket around 6:30pm. The box is not damaged or harmed in any way. There is only one layer of tape on the box so I can tell it hasn’t been opened, then re-sealed. I open the box. There’s a SIM card, a phone case, BUT NO PHONE. After an hour of hold time, I finally get to the Online Orders department, only to be told by some genius that I have to file a claim with UPS. Not only was this the wrong answer, but he kept talking over as i tried to re-explain the situation. He wasn’t listening at all, and then he stated “well it’s delivered on our end.” I just told you it wasn’t….sent everything but the actual phone. What’s so difficult to comprehend? Tried to
So I have 5 lines. All available for upgrades. Yet I'm not able to upgrade them all together because even though through my contract I'm able to they won't let me. In the store it's possible but you'll spend about $300-$400 more due to the fact that you don't get the "upgrade discount" ($25 fee) in the store and must pay full price for the phone. So why is it that Cricket is allowed to break contract agreements? How are they able to legally get away with ripping customers off and not delivering on what they agree to?
I want to brag on an employee name Jonavieve. The other day my husband called to get my daughter’s phone turned off. She’s 12, you know how it is. Well instead of just suspending her service, he said the phone was lost. When I called to get it back on Jonavieve said she had to get a ticket and it would be up to 10 days. She did get it back on right then, but said it was still on a block list, and could be cut off again. I want super happy, but was fine with it. We got off the phone and she called back just a couple of minutes later. She said since her shift was over, she was able to stay and research it some more. She was able to get it off the block list, and she wanted to let me know we wouldn’t be having any more problems. She was super nice and helpful, and she stayed at work a few extra minutes to see what else she could do. What a great employee!! She’s a keeper! (I have her employee number if you want it.)
I went into the Columbus Indiana store to ask for help on a claim. I had Insurance on a phone and the guy told me that I didn't ask to speak to another employee. He stated he was only one working there he got upset that I asked to speak to someone else he said his name was Robert. He said he was the manager this happened two days ago. When you wrote his first name down he put Robert and then tore it up cussed me out and told me to leave the store said he was going to call the cops I didn't want any further problems so was just going to file complaint online and turn into the Better Bureau Business. Customer service is terrible i've been with you guys for 2 and 1/2 years on a family share plan of six phone lines two separate accounts my wife has lost her phone and we had insurance on it paying $11 a month it was a iPhone 10s I think this guy needs to be fired I will be switching companies here in the next few days can somebody please get back with me and let this be known to HR or someb
Cricket wireless Is a bunch of low life FUCKING THIEVES!!!! I bought one of their new phones and they refuse to either import my number or activate my phone with a new phone number, its been over 4 weeks and the lying fuckers keep saying the same thing, ”it will be imported by tomorrow at 3pm” and of course it never happens, and one of their customer service people even told me I’d have to buy another $30 to $40 dollar plan in order to activate my cricket wireless phone with a new phone number, so they’ve already gotten around a hundred dollars from me without giving me any service and then they actually want more money! FUCKING THIEVES!!!!

I placed online order last Thursday for my wife. Shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking sent last friday. UPS Tracking never got updated after 3/15 2 AM. Cricket customer service yesterday and today assured it will be delivered today but was never delivered.I was keep explaining the customer care that UPS Tracker was never updated after 3/15 2 AM but both the representatives were giving their super assurance that this will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM. That means they never clicked “Shipment Progress” and saw the updates. They just looked the main tracking information and was keep assuring this will be delivered on 3/16 by 9 PM. Now it is past 9 PM, UPS tracker still says it will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM with no further scanning of my package. What a Cricket Customer Service?
