porting in a TextNow number to Cr?
I had Cricket last summer and went to TextNow I am wanting to Port my number into Cricket and join a current customer/brother as a second line.Am I able to do this and qualify https://snaptube.cam/ 9apps for the Moto Supra phone? I'm just trying to cut off wasted time if there is some trickery somewhere that would affect my getting aboard again.Thanks and it is just now becoming apparent that Corona will forever change the world and all that survive. I have not recieved my phone order that I was promised would arrive within 2 business days.
I ordered a new phone 5 days ago under the understanding that I would receive it within 2 business days. I dropped the phone that I have and busted the screen up so badly that it cuts my fingers when I try and use it. I work at a local hospital and go in at 4am in the morning so the parking lot at that time is still dark and is secluded. I like to have my phone out and ready in case I need to call for help. Unfortunately my new phone has never arrived. It is now 5 days later and still no phone. The money was taken out of my bank account for the phone but the phone was never shipped. I got an e-mail saying it had been shipped and received a tracking number but when I track it on UPS the message says that they are awaiting the package and I will receive more tracking information once they do. I have spoken with customer service several times via online chat and phone. At first I was told that UPS must have lost the phone. I explained to the customer service rep. that UPS said they did no
Blacklist policy is ridiculous
I am very disappointed in the response I was given by Cricket Wireless. I have been victim to a scam I argue Cricket Wireless is partly responsible in. I was sold an iPhone XS on Facebook in Canada only to later realize that it was blacklisted by a US carrier named Cricket Wireless. A police investigation could not identify the seller who sold me the iPhone. The scammer succeeded in fooling me out of 750 CAD. Police have decided to return the phone to me. There is no dispute around the fact that I purchased the phone legally and in good faith. On top of that, the phone was not reported stolen or lost as you would think. Cricket Wireless blacklisted the phone for “First Party Never Pay” which is saying that a client ran off with the phone after signing a service contract to presumably start the scam I ended up being victim to. And what makes this scam very effective and low risk to the common criminal is that it is an industry standard to blacklist phones rather than take legal action i

I hope my question is put in the right place, if not I truly am sorry but I don't know what to do. My husband and I got cell phones and cell service from cricket. A lady talked me out of getting the phone I want because I am moving to Moriss New York and I wouldn't be able to use it without wifi. So I asked her about my Moto G7 Supra. She told me that one would work in Moriss. Well I started to move into my home and it doesn't work, I have No cell reception and I am very upset. This phone and everything cost me 300 bucks and the lady lied to me.I tried everything I could think of to make sure I wasn't wrong but I rebooted it and checked the data and everything and nothing. I have been calling customer service for days, I bought a Byod sim kit and followed the instructions and tried to port my number but had then canceled the port, however I was told my already activated 30 dollar plan could still be used with the new number I was given but customer service wants me to pay for everything again when calling back after they left a voicemail saying I was all set I am frustrated with no number or service STILL and now I’m basically being robbed because my service refill card is open on this SIM card.
about to weigh my options to see if there's better service provider that's not associated with criket or any of thier associated partners. I've been doing criket since 2007 the service is getting worse and automated seem like they lost interest in keeping customers happy, and the only way to show is to vote by putting my money in someone else's account. On today May 18th I received a text from Cricket saying my account had been changed. I am the only one on this account I have 4 lines but I am the primary account holder no one is suppose to be able to access this account but me. I tried to check my account on line only to find out the password had been changed. I quickly get on the line and call customer service the first lady name Katie said no could have access my account unless they had my pass code but a cricket store had called and since they did not know the code permission was giving only once to access my account. I asked to speak with her superviser who hang up the phone when I asked her name. I call around to several Cricket stores and asked about policy all of them stated no one can access your account without your 4 dight code. So let me make sure I understand you. I am not asking to see actual text messages or listen in on a call. All I want to do is from time to time view ( my 4 teens) call and text logs. Which is extremely easy to do with other carriers. And its an important thing to do if your a parent who cares. But now that I switched to Cricket wireless I can not do this??? Yet I was just looking through this blog I just signed up for. Wow the information you provide for that is unreal.
SIM Swap port issue - No resolution in a week
Hello,Last Wednesday I noticed service interruption on my phone and contacted Cricket immediately.They opened a case and no resolution so far and I am spending sleepless nights.All the info they gave is my number is ported out without my permission to some scammers.Not sure how someone else could do that on my behalf though I have account pin/security question setup. The funny thing is when there were initial service interruption, called support to see what's going on, they made me reset my PIN saying the old one was not working. The next day again when service completely gone, called them again to see what's going on, they had to reset my PIN since the one reset past day was not working again.Only the way to contact Cricket is Customer support number or Chat. There is no special option for fraud prevention or security issues troubleshooting. Every day I call multiple times and they say it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, so just "wait wait wait". Getting off a multi-line plan and starting a solo plan
So im currently on a friends plan because it was a little cheaper when i switched from boost. But id like to start my own solo plan, that way i know the bill will be paid when due. My dilemma here is, will i have to buy a new cricket sim card and pay an activation fee plus the initial monthly payment? Or can i keep my sim and number and just switch to a new plan?
