Callers receive out of service/invalid number recording when calling me

Certain county numbers when calling me receive a recording saying that check the number they dialed and try again

Remove one line from current 5 line plan

I’m in a 5 line plan now. Since I will leave the U.S. very soon, I no longer need this phone number. So I want to remove my line out.I can’t operate online directly through our plan account (there is only add line option). Also, I can’t find a way to get customer support from real person. The contact phone number (611) is just predefined recording. The online chat is just a robot repeating totally same things. How can I get customer support that’s really helpful???????

Terrible Signal

The power went out in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas on Sunday.  It came back Monday afternoon, but now our Cricket phones only get 1 bar (maybe) in the town we live (Trafford).  Do the cell towers need rebooted?  :)

Upgrade a line and use old phone on a new line

What I have now:Line 1 with Phone ALine 2 with Phone BLine 3 with Phone CWhat I want after:Line 1 with Phone D (New)Line 2 with Phone BLine 3 with Phone CLine 4 with Phone A (Previously on Line 1)Do I need to fully complete and activate the upgrade on line 1, then come back and select "Bring my Own Phone" for the new line? Can it all be done in one shopping cart transaction?

Received 'changes were made to my cricket account' text message

Received text stating changes were made to my account and was provided a link to view changes.. After logging in theres no indication that changes were made to my account. And i never made changes so what gives? Also when trying to view details of my plan i get a pop-up stating that im unable to view details at this time with the header saying 'grandfathered plan' in place. Wtf?

can't call or get calls or voicemail

Phone service on HTC Desire 510 (Android 4.4.2) was fine as of Wed 27 Feb 19 432pm. Phone rang, went to voicemail, I checked voicemail, and sucessfully dialed out, left voicemail.754pm recvd vmail notification, tried to retrieve, dialer immediately terminated the attempt. This is still happening as of 310pm Thurs 28 Feb.All other functions work perfectly! I can send/recv SMS, access the web, stream video WITH NO SLOWDOWN OR STUTTERING!BUT the PHONE WON'T DIAL OR RECEIVE CALLS OR VOICEMAIL!Calling in only rarely gets to my vmail greeting, mostly getting 'customer not available' vmsg.Since visiting 2 Cricket shops, my phone still doesn't work, and I am typing this to this forum on that very phone.

Unlocking Phone

I have had cricket since December '09 and I bought an S9 along with the sim card. I wanted to have it unlocked so I could use it while traveling but,1)There's no intl roaming in London2)The phone is locked to cricketSo I spoke to the customer services and I was told that I need to be paying for an active service for 6 months (which is fair), but I just found out that despite having paid since Dec '18, I still have 177 days (half a year) left to unlock it. I occasionally put my sim onto my older phone and that seems to be the issue (according to cricket).Is there any sensible rep from the company who can sort out my issue?

Please help!!! Phone line suspended for " violating wireless agreement"

Last night I checked my phone and I checked my voicemails and my phone was suspended. I go online to my account and yep my line is suspended. I call pick option to reinstate my line and a recording says no one is in the office call again tomorrow. I called a few hours ago and the smug little representative wouldn't even consider turning my line back on.

Upgrade/return fees om multiple line account?

Dissatisfied with customer service from cricket on my 3rd line on account. Cricket store in Houston, TX has taken advantage of the elderly (my mother) as far as charging of fees. I want refund of $25.00 for fee that should be $3 fee.
