Had the DUMBEST thing happen today, I accidently let my account go without paying so I needed to reactivate it. I went to the cricket app on my phone and clicked the reactivate link, which brought up an inapp browser. That browser told me it wasn't supported and that I needed to use another browser. Annoying but okay. I go to brave and try to login to no avail, so I tried to reset my password. It will only let you reset through a text message, which I couldn't receive because of the suspended service. Very, very idiotic. So then I talk to an agent because their auto assistant is slower than my dead grandmother, and she tells me that if your account is needing reactivated you can't login your account at all. What in the actual f cricket? You guys can't really be this stupid? WHERE IS THE LOGIC? FIX YOURSELVES. If I keep having issues I will look into legal resolve because your company is a bunch of lies and bs.
Just bought the unlimited plan from cricket, received the "You're Almost Done - Confirm Your Number Transfer" email, clicked on "Update My Information" link, entered the pin numbers for the phone numbers (they're all in the same account), go to click submit, and it just keeps asking me to click submit. Will the sim cards still be delivered? Or do I need to figure this out
I am completely fed up with the service from this company. I have a family plan and my brother's phone has been locked out as reported stolen. No one in our family reported the phone stolen and we've been calling multiple times, again and again, to tell them the phone isn't stolen and every time we call we got told the same generic response we will look into it and fix the account. It has been 2 weeks and the phone line has not been fixed. We are about to get charged and the phone has had no service for 2 weeks I'm upright exhausted with calling and being told the same bullcrap. I don't know what to do anymore or where to talk to and go to get help for this problem.
I just got this message from okeymonitoring. It noticed a change in sms routing. I'm also experiencing issues receiving texts. Cricket support is closed. Any idea what I can do?OkeyMonitoring was something I signed up for a while back and just forgot about it. It informs you when someone is possibly trying to intercept your texts. What worries me now is that I'm only receiving texts intermittently. I'm really hoping this is some sort of glitch and someone isn't trying to access my accounts using 2FA. I don't want to login to change this if my texts are really being intercepted. I'm asking my family to send texts and I'm only getting maybe 1/4 of them?
Cricket needs to improve customer service by offering executive customer relations and/or online access to corporate executives. The current customer service is a black and tackle structure to keep customers away from solving real issues. The offshoring doesnt help customers make Cricket a better company.Customer Service: The customer service number support (611) needs to be revised to support customers with better answers. The offshoring of this support to the Philippines and Latin America doesn’t help customers. The poor representatives on the phone have no access to proper resources to resolve customer issues. Executive Customer Relations: There seems to be no executive customer relations or method to reach the corporate office with suggestions. I'm totally surprised AT&T, a company known for excellent customer service allows this to occur.
I have an older family plan that isn’t offered anymore. The person on line 5 is moving to her own plan. I would like to move another family member on to my plan (and bring his number over from his current carrier). Can I do this without changing how much we pay each month?
I bought this phone second hand and did not know it was an American phone I live in Mexico and to be honest it was going to be a gift for my wife but having trouble unlocking it to any carrier I have not took it any were cause on this side of town they just try to get you for the little someone has . I have tried this from multiple browsers and when it didn’t work I emptied cache and cleared cookies. Access was STILL blocked. Hi in December I upgraded my phone to icon2 what a big mistake that was. About a month or two I had to send my phone back because I was having many problems with it. Now my problem has turned in to a disaster to the point I can't even open and play a game.Please help when I try to open an app it closes right away. When I try to open my cricket app it also closes. A box keeps popping up saying cricket is trying to stop and close app. This started happening when my phone installed new software update. I can't even play a game. It's obvious this phone ICON2 ISNT working and no matter what in settings a cricket representative tells me to do it isn't working. I have had many problems with cricket and I say to the Representatives that I'm going to change providers. Wow I used to rave about cricket wireless but now they have really let me down. They manage to lose both mine and my husbands phone numbers and have no way of fixing their mistake. I’ve spent hours othe phone with these people and their attitude is that their hands are tied and offer no resolution or explanation of what happened. These are our business numbers so this is a huge inconvenience. Not one apology from anyone but instead they try to make it sound like it is our fault somehow. We make our auto payments every month and are loyal customers. Please do your job and help people!
After 2 months I have had nothing but issues with cricket, my app has not worked in over a month since Nov 27 2021 I have applied for EBB got approved and it still hasn't been fixed where I get discount on my bill my phone got shut off on 6 of Dec granted cricket did make it right and got my service back up but here it is due again and Sill not fixed
Assaulted and Falsely Imprisoned then threatened and slandered about my clothing and mental disability for trying to refund my samsung within the 7 day grace period. That was after I specifically identified that FDN and call diverting were both pre installed and activated using his password. The Punjab or Fijian man in his 20s scamming out of Pittsburg California on Century Blvd drives a Porche truck and I ride the public bus and he started exactly with those two comparisons as he threatened to "beat the crap out of me" and then called 911 ON ME. Craziest thing is that he literally ran to block the door so I couldn't exit and did so forcefully and assaulted me on my pushing passed him to exit the store. I am certain this is a normal type of act he has done prior because now less than a month later the local police told me to not go there to use another cricket but crickets lil policy doesnt allow this. Hi, I recently upgraded my iphone to a new one (iphone 11).The package was delivered with a new sim card as well as a new phone, so I put the new sim card in my new phone. Following the instruction, I tried to activate it online, but it consistently failed to find my order, showing an error message like “Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later.”My new phone looked to work well without activation, but I found that iMessage and FaceTime were not activated on my new phone and the text message was still sent to the old phone. I changed my pin after several failed attempts to change it through the automated (I wouldn’t receive the confirmation code) I spoke with a representative to have the pin changed. Cricket wireless sent me a confirmation code that my pin was successfully changed but it didn’t confirm my number.How canI confirm I still have my accurate number
