I placed online order last Thursday for my wife. Shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking sent last friday. UPS Tracking never got updated after 3/15 2 AM. Cricket customer service yesterday and today assured it will be delivered today but was never delivered.I was keep explaining the customer care that UPS Tracker was never updated after 3/15 2 AM but both the representatives were giving their super assurance that this will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM. That means they never clicked “Shipment Progress” and saw the updates. They just looked the main tracking information and was keep assuring this will be delivered on 3/16 by 9 PM. Now it is past 9 PM, UPS tracker still says it will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM with no further scanning of my package. What a Cricket Customer Service?
Okay brace yourselves if you’re not ready to hear something negative because I have a lot to share. Yesterday I decided to call to cricket wireless and let them know that I would be switching providers because I am not happy with their cellular service. The representative let me know that it would not be an issue to switch my account and that all she would have to do is allow the account to naturally suspend due to nonpayment, and then the account would eventually cancel. I switch over to AT&T and decided to reactivate my phone. AT&T the informed me that my phone was still locked by cricket wireless. So I then had to proceed with a second phone call to cricket customer service to see why I was not able to switch over my device. I was been told by a second representative that my account was canceled and that there was no way from my phone line to get transferred over because the account with Cricket was already closed. A few days ago my service stopped working and when I managed to get logged into the MyCricket app, it was listed as 'temporarily available". Yesterday I used the chat feature and it worked for about 14 hours. Then in the middle of the night it turned back off and is now listed as "suspended". I've never had this issue before, what can I do to resolve and stop it from happening again?
Cricket is the worst - I bought a new phone last week - only because the one I had purchased 6 months earlier stopped working due to Cricket changes. This was a phone that was approved by Cricket as a good phone 6 months earlier by checking the IMEI number on their web site!!The phone purchases last week went relatively wellTrying to buy/upgrade another phone and Cricket just keeps telling me there are credit card issues. They keep telling me it is not their issue and I should call the bank. I called the bank three times - they said there were no issues - I even contacted the fraud department and they verified that a transaction came thru and it was approved and they gave me the approval code.Trying to work thru the issue with Cricket and they won’t do anything. They just end the chat when they feel like they have told me enough times that it is the bank problem. Tried to call a couple of local Cricket stores - the said they don’t have the phone I want - I should call other stores.
Hello,Yesterday evening, I attempted to upgrade my phone. Upon entering my card number (FYI the number that is in the system for monthly renewal payments) it said there was an issue with the card processing. Knowing there were no issues with the account itself, I went through and re-typed information to make sure it was correct. Same error message. I did this again, thinking it was a problem with the hyphen in my name. Same message. I went to my bank account, since that did begin to worry me. All was fine, except for one issue - there were indeed THREE pending payments in my account that were apparently saying they weren’t processing. Well, you don’t have after hour customer service hours, so I had to wait until the next morning to call customer service. I waited 20 minutes on hold and finally spoke to an agent - after being on about 10 minutes, and getting no information, I had to get on a work call and asked to be called back at 10:15 am. I never received that call. I did call myself
Exactly what I say!! I'm a 5 year customer and NOT once have I ever had a discount. I'm sorry but I want a new phone and looks like I will have to change my service in order to get the phone I want. CSR are rude and not helpful at all!! Come on cricket show some appreciation for your 5+ year's customers. If you are new to cricket wireless beware because you get ONE "free" phone and that's it. Nothing ever again and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer. LOL..
I am completely fed up with the service from this company. I have a family plan and my brother's phone has been locked out as reported stolen. No one in our family reported the phone stolen and we've been calling multiple times, again and again, to tell them the phone isn't stolen and every time we call we got told the same generic response we will look into it and fix the account. It has been 2 weeks and the phone line has not been fixed. We are about to get charged and the phone has had no service for 2 weeks I'm upright exhausted with calling and being told the same bullcrap. I don't know what to do anymore or where to talk to and go to get help for this problem.
I need to upgrade the phones on my account but can’t afford full or upgrade price. I found out you can get burner numbers to port on eBay to create a new account. My plan is to get 3 phones and use on my existing account. Is this against cricket policy?
Just another existing customer trying to get a new-customer deal. I’m looking into the iPhone XR from cricket, but its over $100 more as an existing customer. I plan on getting a cheap $15 prepaid line from T-Mobile, and porting that number over to cricket to get the iPhone. Then cancelling both the cheap tmobile line and line I used to get the iphone, and inserting my current sim. Has anyone had any experience doing something like this?
There is no option to change the phone number from my current account phone number to the new phone. Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening? I have never had this problem before. When I tried to all, they said they were open until 11 pm, but it was only 9:30 pm EST. Please help! I can’t use my phone and I need to get these activated. Thanks.
Ok so I switched to cricket and got IPhone Se for $50 for me and my daughter, plus a WiFi device. The dude charged me 3 activation fees at $25 each and then here’s the best part he charged me tax on the full price of both iPhones. So I payed tax on $900!! My total went up another $100 lol who’s ever heard of something like that
I ordered a phone upgrade on 08/14/2020, on 08/17/2020 it was delivered. I went online to activate it and was unable to, received a message to call support. I called in, they could not activate the phone & told me it'd be fixed within 24 hours. It is now 08/24/2020, almost a full week of no phone (8 pm tonight marks 1 full week). My line shows as suspended & when I call in to Customer Service the only response I receive is that it will be corrected within 24 hours.This is not helpful. I NEED a working phone. Please reinstate my line. I cannot count how many times I have called in, chatted in, always the same runaround, it'll be handled within 24 hours. IT'S BEEN A WEEK! I am missing important communication and if anything happens when I am without a phone I guarantee I am holding Cricket liable.This is ridiculous. Please help!
I'm trying to buy a new phone online using my debit card but all I keep getting back from you guys is credit card address is invalid what the hell does that mean you people obviously don't want any new customers because you treat people like s*** I've read the complaints on here and all of these are complaints I haven't heard one good thing yet about this place either you want my business or you don't if you don't then f*** off you're going to go under you going to go bankrupt and I pray to God that you do if you took money off my account without giving me the phone I will sue your f****** ass
Is there a way that you can email me the password and username reset link? I am trying to upgrade my phone due to my LG Stylo 2 not powering on anymore. The only option for resetting that information is to use a reset through a text message. I can’t access my phone to get the text message.
My son received a new phone for Christmas and saw that T-mobile and Cricket accepted his new phone for phone service, so he decided to use Cricket. We paid for his SIM card and monthly fee online and waited for the SIM card to be delivered via mail.On the day that it came, he followed all online directions and we discovered that Cricket wanted us to pay more money. Since we had just paid everything only two days ago we weren’t going to pay more. So we called the customer support center and waited. Unlike other companies that call you back if the are lengthy wait times, Cricket does not have this feature, so we had to stay on the phone for over 19 minutes until someone could take our call. This person was “Mark”, who was working from his home Country of India. Now I personally have nothing against this, except that I feel that something got lost in translation between Mark and myself, because he told us that out new phone was not compatible with Cricket. We switched over from Verizon to save some money. I’m a truck driver and coverage is important obviously. Overall it’s ok but there are two routes I drive that have NO COVERAGE.Evanston, WY ALL THE WAY TO Laramie, WY (I-70)AND Page, AZ ALL THE WAY TO FLAGSTAFF, AZ (Hwy 89)I had coverage along these routes with Verizon and Crickets coverage map shows these areas to be 90% covered. And it hasn’t gotten any better over the last 6 months. Using iPhone 7plus If you can’t fix this we’re switching back to Verizon Thank you.
Assaulted and Falsely Imprisoned then threatened and slandered about my clothing and mental disability for trying to refund my samsung within the 7 day grace period. That was after I specifically identified that FDN and call diverting were both pre installed and activated using his password. The Punjab or Fijian man in his 20s scamming out of Pittsburg California on Century Blvd drives a Porche truck and I ride the public bus and he started exactly with those two comparisons as he threatened to "beat the crap out of me" and then called 911 ON ME. Craziest thing is that he literally ran to block the door so I couldn't exit and did so forcefully and assaulted me on my pushing passed him to exit the store. I am certain this is a normal type of act he has done prior because now less than a month later the local police told me to not go there to use another cricket but crickets lil policy doesnt allow this.
