My phone was reported lost or stolen. It must've been an error because I have the phone with me. I talked to an online rep twice yesterday and both times they sent me to my store where I bought the phone. I was told that they would have to reactivate the phone to take it off the lost/stolen list. Both times I went to my store they said it was fine and that since it was active now (the online rep said they could reactivate it, but it would turn off again shortly) they told me that the phone was fine and that they were a franchise store and that they didn't do that. I have been with Cricket for a few years, but over the last month it has been nothing but trouble with that store. When I went to get an upgrade, the employee told me that since its over 6 months, I should get a free or very reduced upgrade to the phone I picked. When we got to the counter he told me that he was "Incorrect" and that "I'm new so I forget these things", after which the other employee called him "boss" and told
I need three phones unlocked because I HAD to switch carriers because they would not fix the tower by my house it has been 4 and half MONTHS. Would never refund any money or credit the accounts which is two accounts. 800.00 dollars later I finally got fed up and switched now they won’t unlock 3 of the phones I paid full price for I need someone to call me back or something I stayed on hold for 1 hour tonight and nobody would pick up the phone and tried the chat feature 20 minutes before close and nobody would respond
How can I switch my whole account name and billing to someone else name and address I'm giving him a cricket wireless Android phone....how can we do the withswitch with out having to go into a cricket store or over the phone .....I gave my coworker a extra phone I have from cricket but we want to switch it online because we work in the desert on oil rigs and he needs a phone.... I took my Sim card out of my LG Xpression while it was turned on, then put it right back, and now i have an icon at top screen of sin card with lone drawn through. Like its not recognizing my sim for some reason. I turned phone off, took sim out, cleaned it, reinstalled. Powered phone back on and still did nothing. HELP PLEASE!?!?!?!
I have 2 lines on my account. I had 1 phone stolen. I reported it. They screwed it up so many times I kept having to call. In the end they reported my not stolen phone stolen. They actually never reported the stolen phone stolen until I called again and then they put both on stolen. I tried telling them that this one wasn't stolen, they told me to wait 2 weeks while they tried to get it off the stolen list. I did, and when I contacted them again they said it couldn't be removed, my phone is now junk and cannot be used on any carrier. I was told there was nothing they can do but I can upgrade and get a new device. Yeah, thanks.So cricket pretty much stole my phone.I got to say, I like Cricket a lot. I recommended them to a few people who now feel the same. But man, when you need customer service you're screwed. My daughter bought a phone based on a recommendation from the store. It doesn’t do what she expected. No problem 7 day return. Not really. She bought the phone at 1:53 on a Sunday and her grandfather passed away that day. She is a nurse and works 11 hours shifts and could get back to Cricket before she had to fly from FL to NH for the funeral. She flys back Saturday. Told her bring it with you we will return it in NH. Found out it has to be returned to the store you purchase it at. She gets home Saturday at 10pm. Called customer service and they said no exceptions if she can’t get there by close of business on Saturday they won’t accept it. Called the store they said they would but Cricket system won’t allow it. I should have until 1:53 on Sunday that would be 7 days. So is this false advertising especially considering the circumstances. I plan on filing a dispute and going to arbitration. Wondering if anybody has advise on doing this?
I’m wanting to order a phone from Cricket for someone on my plan as a Christmas gift. It would just be an upgrade for their line. My question is when you upgrade online will all phone numbers on the account receive a text about the upgrade? I want it to be a surprise and don’t want this person receiving a text that their line has been upgraded. Help please. Thanks!
I have been trying to Activate My Simply Data Account and link the number. The issue I have is that the temporary password is sent via text. What is going on? Cricket you have really dropped the bomb. I have been online for an hour and half waiting to chat with a sales expert to purchase new phone and port in number. I called and received a live person within 3 minutes but for some reason I can chat online and they can't help me with online purchase. I am fixing to find a new provider. #verydisappointedcustomer
for some reason our online account was removed by cricket. customer service had me set up a new one but out of 5 line son the plan not a single one is receiving the temporary password text. Tech support continues to close the cases we open if we do not answer their attempt after 1 try and we have no way of calling them back. Anyone know of a way to get the temp password sent via email or to some other phone number?
For the past week I've been trying to upgrade my son's phone on our 5 line plan to an Apple XR (128 GB). So far, no success. I progress to the last screen but when I click "Place Order" I get "Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact Customer Support". I've tried on muiltiple days with different credit cards, no luck. I went to the Cricket store, but they admitted that they didn't know what the problem was and they couldn't help me. They tried to ring me up in the store with no luck. I then called customer support, twice. The first time was worthless (after taking nearly an hour to reach a human). The second time (yesterday) the person said they did something to fix the issue and to try and puchase again after midnight. Well, I just tried and I received that same error message. I'm almost to the point of switching my entire family to another carrier.
Hello Cricket Wireless, Just wondering and I hope to get answers from other customers of yours.. I been reading a few things online lately about your network like very horrible reviews from numbers getting stolen by someone porting out the number without them actually permission to do so, and those who left the network after porting in.. Say wanted to port back to Verizon Wireless.. The port took them like 3 weeks to complete.. How likely will this be if i come to cricket and find out.. That the network is the worse?
Hello. So i need help.There is an app on my phone, Font Server, it is a virus and i cant get rid of it. Wont allow you to uninstall or even disable. It has a copy of all the system apps in it when u look at the app info. From my research online it allowes your phone to be remote accessed, which i have noticed things opened i didnt open or signed out of apps i didnt sign out of.Any advice or help welcomed

My address "cant be found" by crickets website software when i try to activate my SIM card online???
I purchased a cricket SIM card through Amazon. I went through the "easy setup"website forms and everything works fine until I send my address, which is a regular street address in a rural area, and it refuses to accept it. It actually states "NOT FOUND" specifically when I type in my city. Customer service took so incredibly long, I tried to call twice and while on hold for exhorbitant amounts of time my phone battery died. TWICE.Cricket needs to upgrade their website software if they actually want customers. If I don't hear back from someone Im forced to return their SIM card and take my business somewhere else.Frustrated in WI
So on today my lines were automatically ported into Cricket with out me having a SIM card to use my phone with the Cricket network! I am so upset now because my order still haven’t been received and now I don’t have a working phone! Ugh! I will never be using Cricket every again whenever they fix this problem! Ugh!

Shirley R., a supervisor, just lied to me in chat. There is a bug that is keeping me from buying a phone online. I've waited 24 hours (several times), I've tried a different credit card, and I've contacted my credit card company. The problem is at Cricket. She told me that she would "escalate it to our digital team so that they can look into it." When I asked her when, she admitted that she had no way to contact them. She lied to me! The only way this bug will get fixed is if someone lets your firm know about it. Instead, your folks lie. Sickening!Who can I contact at Cricket that can resolve some programming bug that is stopping a long-time customer in good standing from buying a phone with a perfectly good credit card? I have been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours today and went to the local Cricket Authorized store to get and issue resolved with the day ending with the cricket repesentive hanging up with myself and the rep at the store. This is not exceptable and my issue need to be fixed or I will not hesitate to switch service.
This is never ending. I am on autopay yet I woke to no service because I am told I have a balance of 15.00. No explanation and since I am on autopay it makes no sense. I did upgrade to a plan with more data but was never asked to make a payment. Then to top it off, I was charged 4.00 fee to apply a payment. Why would this happen?
