My brother had an account with Cricket but he recently passed away. I called to see about getting a refund as they had only debited his account 2 days prior. They allowed me to change his pass-code and pin, but their company policy does not allow refunds. Obviously, its not the amount of the charge, but the policy of not returning any unused portion of his fee. Perhaps they need that money to stave off bankruptcy. It's hard enough trying to deal with business after my brother's death, but now I'm just disgusted with having to deal with them.So buyer beware about the fine print.
On 10/09/2019 my phone got damaged so made a claim that same day to get my phone replaced. It arrived on 10/10/2019. I activated it the day I received it. After a few hours I attempted to make a call and send a text when my call was rerouted to cricket wireless. This it continuously happened for 4 days. On this day, 10/14/2019, I’ve had to have my phone line unsuspended 3 times before noon. During the several times I spoke to customer service, I explained to them the problem. At first, they said my service was suspended because I didn’t turn my damaged phone to the insurance company, so as a result they put my phone on the national block list. I called the insurance company serval times and they informed me that they don’t have the power to put numbers on the national block list, only the service provider can do that. They also informed me that, me not sending the damaged phone immediately is not necessary because they want me to have time to see if the device is faulty and to get my i
I recently placed an online order and ported my number. Cricket sent it to the wrong address so they advised me to call FedEx to have it sent back before it got delivered because they could not change the delivery address. I was told I would receive a full refund for everything so I could replace the order online. I have been fighting with customer service on the phone now for 2 months and they keep saying that they can not do anything for me. I paid $119 and I still have no phone, no service, and the number that I ported was my number for my business so my customers can't reach me. Wtf is wrong with cricket. What I am getting told pretty much is that I wasted $119 dollars and gave my number to them. I'm so pissed that I'm going to seek legal action because cricket STOLE MY MONEY.
Hey there. You guys locked my phone for 6 months without being upfront about doing so. I just reviewed every cricket location within 200 miles and let EVERYONE know how sneaky you guys are. Planning on broadcasting it on Facebook, Twitter and instagram as well so nobody else gets screwed since you guys wouldn’t unlock my phone. You’re welcome.
I purchased a new phone 9/17/19 at the store in Duluth MN. It is now 9/18/19 and I'm getting a bill for not purchasing the phone I am now posting this with. How is this even possible to walk out of the store without paying for the phone. Mind you that I didn't bring a phone with I got it from the store. Payed for the activation, payed for the service plan but they didn't charge me for the phone. The manager of the store when I tried to explain the situation didn't even understand how I walked out with the phone and all other questions asked were answered with ok ok ok very disrespectful. I should have payed for the phone right then and there but didn't and now I'm getting a text notice saying they are going to shut my phone off 9/19/19 if I don't pay that. Wow is all I can say for the manager at the Duluth store for letting his other employees screw people and then be disrespectful to me for asking why should be fired for that. Dear cricket people,your attitude and CS sucks. You guys never help. No resolutions becasue it is so-called out of their hands (always)are tied and (always) or explanation of what happens. I am mad that I had to kick out more money to keep my phone numbers to keep just to port to my new company. You guys are like a broken record. And you save me no money. Considering all the asprins I needed to take from all the headaches you have given me.You offer no perks to your existing customers. -_- Why is there never any specials to us? Why 25 dollars to upgrade?? never heard anything like that before. Please save that grabbing customer for you. That NOT my job to advertise. I just want to use my phones in one peace. Trade-in phone value is crap. And no I will recycle my phone myself as we all know that you guys reuse these part to rebuild other phones etc. another way to get over people Im sure. Hi guys, I currently have two lines with two different phone numbers. How do I go about changing a number on one of the lines? Specifically I want to delete the one number and port another number I have to this line. The other number is a google voice number so is this even possible? And if that's not possible because of it being a GV number, could I port a cell number to that line?
I am having difficulty upgrading my son’s phone. I am on the Account Summary page, but there is no option to select a number or upgrade. I am given an option to add a line. But nowhere in the website do I have an option to upgrade. I have gone into the store and they sent me to the website. I went on chat and they were unable to help me. I tried it on Android, IOS and Windows devices.Dio you see the option to upgrade presented to you on your account?
My son got a new phone and I want to get a new sim card for it. Keeping his old number and keeping plan the same. I cannot see where I can order a new sim card for that number in my account. I have done this in the past but it seems something has changed?
Like some of the other customers that I see on posting here I've been if Cricket customer for 5 years and can't understand why they don't give any attractive or economical phone upgrades to people have been long-time customers but somebody walks off the street can get a brand new phone for free the other companies do the same thing and no I don't need a warranty for my planned obsolescence phone that will give out in a year or two and also pay an excessive connect fee when it happens ,so I'll see you in a year or two when I need a new phone Cricket
On July 25, 2019 I woke up with no Cricket Wireless cell phone service. My cell number was stolen! They managed to get past my PIN and my security question?? Within minutes, I start receiving emails that someone was transferring money out of my online bank account. I also started receiving notifications from Credit Karma about inquiries to my credit bureau file. I went to the Cricket store and I had to buy a new SIM card and they were able to get my number back to me. During the 4-5 hours someone else had my phone number, they were applying for credit cards and loans in my name. For the past week, I have done nothing but call credit card companies and banks to issue fraud alerts, change logins, passwords etc. I was able to recover the several thousand dollars that was almost stolen from my account. Because my cell number was compromised, law enforcement recommended I change my cell phone number. So I had to go in the store and ADD a second line
