There is no option to change the phone number from my current account phone number to the new phone. Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening? I have never had this problem before. When I tried to all, they said they were open until 11 pm, but it was only 9:30 pm EST. Please help! I can’t use my phone and I need to get these activated. Thanks.
Why is my account suspended and no way for me to fix when auto pay charged my bank account? I don’t get it and it’s very aggravating! There’s even a $55 credit showing on my account after paying the $90 monthly fee. I’m stuck at home with no internet now and my job depends on me having internet service. So tired of this. Something similar to this happens almost every month
I need three phones unlocked because I HAD to switch carriers because they would not fix the tower by my house it has been 4 and half MONTHS. Would never refund any money or credit the accounts which is two accounts. 800.00 dollars later I finally got fed up and switched now they won’t unlock 3 of the phones I paid full price for I need someone to call me back or something I stayed on hold for 1 hour tonight and nobody would pick up the phone and tried the chat feature 20 minutes before close and nobody would respond
I placed online order last Thursday for my wife. Shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking sent last friday. UPS Tracking never got updated after 3/15 2 AM. Cricket customer service yesterday and today assured it will be delivered today but was never delivered.I was keep explaining the customer care that UPS Tracker was never updated after 3/15 2 AM but both the representatives were giving their super assurance that this will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM. That means they never clicked “Shipment Progress” and saw the updates. They just looked the main tracking information and was keep assuring this will be delivered on 3/16 by 9 PM. Now it is past 9 PM, UPS tracker still says it will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM with no further scanning of my package. What a Cricket Customer Service?
My phone was reported lost or stolen. It must've been an error because I have the phone with me. I talked to an online rep twice yesterday and both times they sent me to my store where I bought the phone. I was told that they would have to reactivate the phone to take it off the lost/stolen list. Both times I went to my store they said it was fine and that since it was active now (the online rep said they could reactivate it, but it would turn off again shortly) they told me that the phone was fine and that they were a franchise store and that they didn't do that. I have been with Cricket for a few years, but over the last month it has been nothing but trouble with that store. When I went to get an upgrade, the employee told me that since its over 6 months, I should get a free or very reduced upgrade to the phone I picked. When we got to the counter he told me that he was "Incorrect" and that "I'm new so I forget these things", after which the other employee called him "boss" and told
i have little to no upload speed or even a stable conetion anymore on hot spot i can game online video chat or even watch youtube at even 360p with out lagging out im not happy and need help speed test showing 0 to 0.02 mbs download speed if fine when it works is the tower near me damaged or what ?
Assaulted and Falsely Imprisoned then threatened and slandered about my clothing and mental disability for trying to refund my samsung within the 7 day grace period. That was after I specifically identified that FDN and call diverting were both pre installed and activated using his password. The Punjab or Fijian man in his 20s scamming out of Pittsburg California on Century Blvd drives a Porche truck and I ride the public bus and he started exactly with those two comparisons as he threatened to "beat the crap out of me" and then called 911 ON ME. Craziest thing is that he literally ran to block the door so I couldn't exit and did so forcefully and assaulted me on my pushing passed him to exit the store. I am certain this is a normal type of act he has done prior because now less than a month later the local police told me to not go there to use another cricket but crickets lil policy doesnt allow this. Seems all to convenient to NOT ALLOW the customer to exchange or refund or get
I called yesterday to report my 2nd line was stolen and or lost. I issued the phone # of the line that needed to be placed on a hold until we could figure out where the device was. The rep said not a problem asked me to hold, and hung up. I called back to make sure the issue was resolved rep said oh yes the line is on hold nothing else I needed to do. I drove to work. Now my phone is not working and is suspended. After ALL day of speaking back and for with Cricket. Getting hung up on. Yelling on my end because I needed my phone to do business that day they finally reactivated it. Within 2 hours I get back home, we go to local Cricket store and purchase a new phone because we now realize the other device is lost. They had NO problem reactivating the line and letting us buy a new phone. 20 min after walking out the door my line AGAIN gets disconnected. Cust service places me and the Cricket store employee on hold for over 30+ min for supervisor. Makes me get the 2nd device to talk on. I
I have an older family plan that isn’t offered anymore. The person on line 5 is moving to her own plan. I would like to move another family member on to my plan (and bring his number over from his current carrier). Can I do this without changing how much we pay each month?
Is there a way that you can email me the password and username reset link? I am trying to upgrade my phone due to my LG Stylo 2 not powering on anymore. The only option for resetting that information is to use a reset through a text message. I can’t access my phone to get the text message.
I want to brag on an employee name Jonavieve. The other day my husband called to get my daughter’s phone turned off. She’s 12, you know how it is. Well instead of just suspending her service, he said the phone was lost. When I called to get it back on Jonavieve said she had to get a ticket and it would be up to 10 days. She did get it back on right then, but said it was still on a block list, and could be cut off again. I want super happy, but was fine with it. We got off the phone and she called back just a couple of minutes later. She said since her shift was over, she was able to stay and research it some more. She was able to get it off the block list, and she wanted to let me know we wouldn’t be having any more problems. She was super nice and helpful, and she stayed at work a few extra minutes to see what else she could do. What a great employee!! She’s a keeper! (I have her employee number if you want it.)
So I have 5 lines. All available for upgrades. Yet I'm not able to upgrade them all together because even though through my contract I'm able to they won't let me. In the store it's possible but you'll spend about $300-$400 more due to the fact that you don't get the "upgrade discount" ($25 fee) in the store and must pay full price for the phone. So why is it that Cricket is allowed to break contract agreements? How are they able to legally get away with ripping customers off and not delivering on what they agree to?
I’ll start from the beginning, since no one at Cricket seems to understand what I am saying, despite being transferred back and forth for 3 hours. Maybe some help from the community folks will do the trick…April 2 - ordered an iPhone 12 and a supporting case. Used the Progressive Leasing option. April 5 - UPS delivers “something” from Cricket around 6:30pm. The box is not damaged or harmed in any way. There is only one layer of tape on the box so I can tell it hasn’t been opened, then re-sealed. I open the box. There’s a SIM card, a phone case, BUT NO PHONE. After an hour of hold time, I finally get to the Online Orders department, only to be told by some genius that I have to file a claim with UPS. Not only was this the wrong answer, but he kept talking over as i tried to re-explain the situation. He wasn’t listening at all, and then he stated “well it’s delivered on our end.” I just told you it wasn’t….sent everything but the actual phone. What’s so difficult to comprehend? Tried to
I have a sneaky feeling that someone else has hacked into either my account or my phone number. This morning, my uncle called me and said that I called him 4 times in the middle of the night. I told him I never made such a call, but after he hung up, I checked my phone and found that I made NO calls to him during that time. I am worried because sometime last week, I was browsing on my phone when the network suddenly vanished. and only returned after I restarted the phone. I have changed my password but how can I change my PIN? Also, I want to have a 3-step verification; how do I do that?
