I was referred by my friend and got the following email.Following the instructions on the email, I signed up for the cricket service. After receiving the SIM card, I activated my service online. However, when I tried to enter the referral code received bu email, it says I am not eligible. I contacted Cricket customer service, but they said that I need to purchase my plan via a special link, which is not mentioned on the email or online. I was so disappointed: I followed every step on the intruction that I received, but I still can’t get the referral credit. On our way back from vacation, our phone lost connectivity. Nothing out of the ordinary for Cricket but after a couple hours, i did become concerned. So I contacted Cricket that stated both my wife and I had their cell phones ported to another carrier. They've been investigating for seven days now. Seven! What that really means is they hope i just go away. Today, i woke up and my Cricket phone was wiped clean. Cricket obviously sent a signal to it. Which wiped out my historic data/texts. And all pictures/videos. So, i said enough of this BS and filed a BBB complaint. Not that it will do anything. Is it too much to hope for a giant meteor taking out Crickets HQ?
On 10/09/2019 my phone got damaged so made a claim that same day to get my phone replaced. It arrived on 10/10/2019. I activated it the day I received it. After a few hours I attempted to make a call and send a text when my call was rerouted to cricket wireless. This it continuously happened for 4 days. On this day, 10/14/2019, I’ve had to have my phone line unsuspended 3 times before noon. During the several times I spoke to customer service, I explained to them the problem. At first, they said my service was suspended because I didn’t turn my damaged phone to the insurance company, so as a result they put my phone on the national block list. I called the insurance company serval times and they informed me that they don’t have the power to put numbers on the national block list, only the service provider can do that. They also informed me that, me not sending the damaged phone immediately is not necessary because they want me to have time to see if the device is faulty and to get my i
I went into the Columbus Indiana store to ask for help on a claim. I had Insurance on a phone and the guy told me that I didn't ask to speak to another employee. He stated he was only one working there he got upset that I asked to speak to someone else he said his name was Robert. He said he was the manager this happened two days ago. When you wrote his first name down he put Robert and then tore it up cussed me out and told me to leave the store said he was going to call the cops I didn't want any further problems so was just going to file complaint online and turn into the Better Bureau Business. Customer service is terrible i've been with you guys for 2 and 1/2 years on a family share plan of six phone lines two separate accounts my wife has lost her phone and we had insurance on it paying $11 a month it was a iPhone 10s I think this guy needs to be fired I will be switching companies here in the next few days can somebody please get back with me and let this be known to HR or someb
In June 12, I ported in a number from Sprint and ordered a sim and paid a month in advance for unlimited service. On June 13 i received an email saying my order had been SHIPPED and got a UPS next day air tracking number.Of course, UPS has no shipment from Cricket and only says it has had a shipping label number for four days. Four days?The Pacific Rim Cricket customer service is about as bad and inept as anything I have encountered in 20 years. So you have my money, You ported in my number. I have no sim and no service. UPS has no record of any shipment. Just freaking wonderful.
I'm just wondering how you can shut my phone off when my entire state is on lockdown and we can't work for weeks . My kids are home the internet is the only way to access their homework. It is irresponsible to treat your customers this way. Loyal customers for years and this is what we get from you. The electric companys the gas companys and property Management and other cell phone companies are delaying payment for at least 60days to help ppl in this crisis . I hope customers remember how we are being treated buy these companies that don't care about their customers and only care about their money in this time thx for nothing
I placed online order last Thursday for my wife. Shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking sent last friday. UPS Tracking never got updated after 3/15 2 AM. Cricket customer service yesterday and today assured it will be delivered today but was never delivered.I was keep explaining the customer care that UPS Tracker was never updated after 3/15 2 AM but both the representatives were giving their super assurance that this will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM. That means they never clicked “Shipment Progress” and saw the updates. They just looked the main tracking information and was keep assuring this will be delivered on 3/16 by 9 PM. Now it is past 9 PM, UPS tracker still says it will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM with no further scanning of my package. What a Cricket Customer Service?
I have been calling customer service for days, I bought a Byod sim kit and followed the instructions and tried to port my number but had then canceled the port, however I was told my already activated 30 dollar plan could still be used with the new number I was given but customer service wants me to pay for everything again when calling back after they left a voicemail saying I was all set I am frustrated with no number or service STILL and now I’m basically being robbed because my service refill card is open on this SIM card.

ZIP Code: 24593 (Spout Spring VA) 24522 (Appomattox VA)I recently moved to Cricket and for the 1st 2 weeks was wonderful, speeds were far more amazing then my old carrier and I could use my phone for my job again.After the 2 weeks things went downhill quickly, upload and download speeds became unstable and unusable. Ive network reset, checked my APN, made sure everything was updated and so on. I am on the new $60 plan.The issue is on Band 2, the brief times I can get Band 12 the issue isn't there which suggests a tower issue. Will this issue be fixed soon or at least an option for a Moto Cruise to choose to use Band 12 and disable Band 2 for the moment? I need working stable data and no I do not have wi fi to connect to before anyone asks.
I ported my number into Cricket via phone call. The agent said he set up the free phone for me. Something went wrong and they now say I needed to do it online. Why would such a big company cheat a customer out of a free phone? They know it is a new number so why can’t they just fix it?
I don't understand why it is so hard to for one give good customer service. and two, get my phone back on line. 10 days later, I have lost three accounts at work, because my phone isnt working, and its as if no one at cricket seems to give two hoots about it!!!!! I want my damn service fixed, or im taking five accounts away from them!!!
Dear cricket people,your attitude and CS sucks. You guys never help. No resolutions becasue it is so-called out of their hands (always)are tied and (always) or explanation of what happens. I am mad that I had to kick out more money to keep my phone numbers to keep just to port to my new company. You guys are like a broken record. And you save me no money. Considering all the asprins I needed to take from all the headaches you have given me.You offer no perks to your existing customers. -_- Why is there never any specials to us? Why 25 dollars to upgrade?? never heard anything like that before. Please save that grabbing customer for you. That NOT my job to advertise. I just want to use my phones in one peace. Trade-in phone value is crap. And no I will recycle my phone myself as we all know that you guys reuse these part to rebuild other phones etc. another way to get over people Im sure. So no I will not recommend you guys to anyone. N
