I have been calling customer service for days, I bought a Byod sim kit and followed the instructions and tried to port my number but had then canceled the port, however I was told my already activated 30 dollar plan could still be used with the new number I was given but customer service wants me to pay for everything again when calling back after they left a voicemail saying I was all set I am frustrated with no number or service STILL and now I’m basically being robbed because my service refill card is open on this SIM card.
about to weigh my options to see if there's better service provider that's not associated with criket or any of thier associated partners. I've been doing criket since 2007 the service is getting worse and automated seem like they lost interest in keeping customers happy, and the only way to show is to vote by putting my money in someone else's account. On today May 18th I received a text from Cricket saying my account had been changed. I am the only one on this account I have 4 lines but I am the primary account holder no one is suppose to be able to access this account but me. I tried to check my account on line only to find out the password had been changed. I quickly get on the line and call customer service the first lady name Katie said no could have access my account unless they had my pass code but a cricket store had called and since they did not know the code permission was giving only once to access my account. I asked to speak with her superviser who hang up the phone when I asked her name. I call around to several Cricket stores and asked about policy all of them stated no one can access your account without your 4 dight code. I called Corp again I spoke to a lady by the name of Olga who basicly said that Cricket accounts can be access by anyone but she would not give me the store. I called the Cricket store that acc
So let me make sure I understand you. I am not asking to see actual text messages or listen in on a call. All I want to do is from time to time view ( my 4 teens) call and text logs. Which is extremely easy to do with other carriers. And its an important thing to do if your a parent who cares. But now that I switched to Cricket wireless I can not do this??? Yet I was just looking through this blog I just signed up for. Wow the information you provide for that is unreal.
Hello,Last Wednesday I noticed service interruption on my phone and contacted Cricket immediately.They opened a case and no resolution so far and I am spending sleepless nights.All the info they gave is my number is ported out without my permission to some scammers.Not sure how someone else could do that on my behalf though I have account pin/security question setup. The funny thing is when there were initial service interruption, called support to see what's going on, they made me reset my PIN saying the old one was not working. The next day again when service completely gone, called them again to see what's going on, they had to reset my PIN since the one reset past day was not working again.Only the way to contact Cricket is Customer support number or Chat. There is no special option for fraud prevention or security issues troubleshooting. Every day I call multiple times and they say it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, so just "wait wait wait". So im currently on a friends plan because it was a little cheaper when i switched from boost. But id like to start my own solo plan, that way i know the bill will be paid when due. My dilemma here is, will i have to buy a new cricket sim card and pay an activation fee plus the initial monthly payment? Or can i keep my sim and number and just switch to a new plan?

Hello, I recently ordered a new phone thru the website and made it thru the entire transaction. I forgot the tracking number and noticed that I never got a confirmation email following the purchase. I have no idea what the number would be to see how long it would take to receive said phone. Any help concerning this matter would be appreciated. Jeff
Horrible customer service wait time i was on hold for over an hour got two questions in then with out saying anything was put back on hold for ten minutes then hung up oni called back been on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still goingi will stay on tell they close at 9 and it 6 nowi know there is a virus going on but 3 hours plus on hold is just poor customer service its a good way to lose customers if you ask me and if i am on hold till 9 i wont pay for my next month and most likely will look for another phone companyand if you get a hold of me and please do i wont you to check the call log so you can see i did not make it upthank you and hope you can help
I reported my phone stolen on march 18th and had a new phone shipped to my house the very next day. Well I set the phone up on the march 19th and it worked perfectly for 4 days and then all of a sudden my mobile data quits working and I log into my cricket account and it says my phone had been suspended after it had worked for several days. Im currently waiting for customer service and have been waiting for over and hour. Does anyone know why they suspend my phone days after I reported it stolen and had already received the new phone and set it up.
