For the past week I've been trying to upgrade my son's phone on our 5 line plan to an Apple XR (128 GB). So far, no success. I progress to the last screen but when I click "Place Order" I get "Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact Customer Support". I've tried on muiltiple days with different credit cards, no luck. I went to the Cricket store, but they admitted that they didn't know what the problem was and they couldn't help me. They tried to ring me up in the store with no luck. I then called customer support, twice. The first time was worthless (after taking nearly an hour to reach a human). The second time (yesterday) the person said they did something to fix the issue and to try and puchase again after midnight. Well, I just tried and I received that same error message. I'm almost to the point of switching my entire family to another carrier.
Hello Cricket Wireless, Just wondering and I hope to get answers from other customers of yours.. I been reading a few things online lately about your network like very horrible reviews from numbers getting stolen by someone porting out the number without them actually permission to do so, and those who left the network after porting in.. Say wanted to port back to Verizon Wireless.. The port took them like 3 weeks to complete.. How likely will this be if i come to cricket and find out.. That the network is the worse?
Hello. So i need help.There is an app on my phone, Font Server, it is a virus and i cant get rid of it. Wont allow you to uninstall or even disable. It has a copy of all the system apps in it when u look at the app info. From my research online it allowes your phone to be remote accessed, which i have noticed things opened i didnt open or signed out of apps i didnt sign out of.Any advice or help welcomed

My address "cant be found" by crickets website software when i try to activate my SIM card online???
I purchased a cricket SIM card through Amazon. I went through the "easy setup"website forms and everything works fine until I send my address, which is a regular street address in a rural area, and it refuses to accept it. It actually states "NOT FOUND" specifically when I type in my city. Customer service took so incredibly long, I tried to call twice and while on hold for exhorbitant amounts of time my phone battery died. TWICE.Cricket needs to upgrade their website software if they actually want customers. If I don't hear back from someone Im forced to return their SIM card and take my business somewhere else.Frustrated in WI
So on today my lines were automatically ported into Cricket with out me having a SIM card to use my phone with the Cricket network! I am so upset now because my order still haven’t been received and now I don’t have a working phone! Ugh! I will never be using Cricket every again whenever they fix this problem! Ugh!

Shirley R., a supervisor, just lied to me in chat. There is a bug that is keeping me from buying a phone online. I've waited 24 hours (several times), I've tried a different credit card, and I've contacted my credit card company. The problem is at Cricket. She told me that she would "escalate it to our digital team so that they can look into it." When I asked her when, she admitted that she had no way to contact them. She lied to me! The only way this bug will get fixed is if someone lets your firm know about it. Instead, your folks lie. Sickening!Who can I contact at Cricket that can resolve some programming bug that is stopping a long-time customer in good standing from buying a phone with a perfectly good credit card? Seriously, what kind of firm doesn't want to know about problems like this?And who can I contact to let Cricket management know that lying to customers with "wait 2 hours" or "wait 24 hours" type responses is
I have been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours today and went to the local Cricket Authorized store to get and issue resolved with the day ending with the cricket repesentive hanging up with myself and the rep at the store. This is not exceptable and my issue need to be fixed or I will not hesitate to switch service.
This is never ending. I am on autopay yet I woke to no service because I am told I have a balance of 15.00. No explanation and since I am on autopay it makes no sense. I did upgrade to a plan with more data but was never asked to make a payment. Then to top it off, I was charged 4.00 fee to apply a payment. Why would this happen?
I've been with Cricket for 20 years. One thing I fail to see is any customer appreciation for those who have been customers for a while. As an example, you can buy a phone for .0 if you bring your number to Cricket but if you want to upgrade it's 149. I think that should totally be the other way around. I have paid thousands to Cricket over the years and the least they can do is give me a good phone at .0 cost to me. The excuse I always hear from them is that I still get the phone cheaper than if I bought it somewhere else. So? Big deal. Then offer that to a NEW customer and reward the customers you've had for a while. I think that sucks and I feel I am always getting the short end of the stick with this company. So, why do I stay? Because I can.
On 8/19/19 a hacker gained access to my cricket account somehow. They changed my password then ported my phone number away from my sim card. I do not know how this happened, but i have read that this occurred with other cricket customers. At this point they accessed all my bank accounts and paypal account using text verification and "forgot passwords." They began to transfer money out using the zelle p2p functionality. They also tried to gain access to my email account, but failed. I have had to freeze all online accounts and reset my account numbers. They only way I was able to recover my phone number was to purchase a new sim card and then have it ported back in. When I explained the situation to cricket customer service no one could explain how this could happen to me or understood what i was referring too. My account was shut off out of the blue. I had to get on a chat to find out. They've been telling me every day that they are looking into it and it will be 24-48 hours. Every single day. And then they said they would contact me. I said how. Not joking here.. they were going to call me. How f'ing stupid is their support. How is it possible to not have phone verification of some type? Either a text verification with a PIN or a physical phone call to the phone in which the individual reveals personal info that is not visible or accessible to a would be hacker. Would anyone be interested in a class action suit? I don't know about you, but its been a major inconvenience to me. I am having accounts compromised because of the verification codes that are being sent to the older number and so on... On our way back from vacation, our phone lost connectivity. Nothing out of the ordinary for Cricket but after a couple hours, i did become concerned. So I contacted Cricket that stated both my wife and I had their cell phones ported to another carrier. They've been investigating for seven days now. Seven! What that really means is they hope i just go away. Today, i woke up and my Cricket phone was wiped clean. Cricket obviously sent a signal to it. Which wiped out my historic data/texts. And all pictures/videos. So, i said enough of this BS and filed a BBB complaint. Not that it will do anything. Is it too much to hope for a giant meteor taking out Crickets HQ?
I haven't been able to log in in 2 years. This is my semi annual attempt to get support. When I try to reset my password, I'm told there are new security procedures and I should call in. When I call in, the person has no idea what I'm talking about. They talk me through the password reset just so I can read them the error message. Then they open a ticket, and I never hear about it again. Again, would love to actual log in into my account.
My phone was abruptly turned off "no service" 10/28/19 around noon. On 10/26 Cricket auto took my payment thru my credit card. When I went to Cricket Office, they said my phone was canceled and transferred to T-Mobile. At the T-Mobile Office, they had no record. I went on line with Customer Service and I had my account number, PW, and security answer, but can't recall my PIN. I am a 76 yo senior and not especially tech savvy. Why can't they reset my pin and help me out?? My cell is my only phone. Pattycakes25

I can make calls and send texts but I am not receiving calls or texts on 2 different phones /lines on my account and I have 16 days left before my next bill. It seems to happen mostly when my husband and I are in our house. Every once and again We will get a few texts in a row or a call but then it stops for about 23 hours for around 4 days now. I called cricket and they have no idea. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours. They had me check my volume. Really I am not showing a call coming in at all nor do I get missed calls and texts. They checked the tower nearest me and said it's fine, had us switch or SIM cards then switch them back, went through a few setting things, and it's the next day both phones/lines are still doing it. I have an LG phone and my husband's is a ZTE.Sometimes I'll get like 3 texts from 8 or more hours ago. Please help!! Any ideas????
