Ya why does my service suck ??having a data limit isnot unlimited that is called a service plan I up grated to unlimited but my phone slows to a crawl and won't let me on eBay or Amazon when this data limit is reached I wonder how Amazon or eBay would feal about this situation,if they new how much money they were losing due to your greed for more money
I tried to log on to my account on my phone I don't want let me log on to it it's saying that I need to call customer care and I have tried and I can't get nobody how can I get this fixed so that I can log on to my account on the app that I have on my phone I have not had this problem at all before so I don't understand why this is doing it now
I have been calling customer service for days, I bought a Byod sim kit and followed the instructions and tried to port my number but had then canceled the port, however I was told my already activated 30 dollar plan could still be used with the new number I was given but customer service wants me to pay for everything again when calling back after they left a voicemail saying I was all set I am frustrated with no number or service STILL and now I’m basically being robbed because my service refill card is open on this SIM card.
First off, bad UX on the website. Went to order a phone and the check out cart. I was just told to try again later with no explanation. Ordered my phone later. I was excited about the quick shipping because I had a few days left in town. Now, it is 2 days late and I am leaving this afternoon. UPS says that it will be delivered by 9 but I will be long gone by then. I called cricket and all they did was tell me what I already know. UPS said that there was a problem so that caused the delay and cricket says it is out of their hands. Sounds fishy because I am not the first customer to complain about this on the forums, this should not be a reoccurring problem. Even if it is not your shipping problem you are responsible, as someone who has sold things online before this is common knowledge. I have not been given any help and have asked for some sort of compensation but have received none. I have to ride a train home with a poor functioning phone now and receive my new phone who knows when.
So here is why I regret having cricket as my phone carrier.I have 3 phones on my account; my phone and a phone for my son and one for my daughter. Back in October both my childrens phone began malfunctioning so I put in a claim for 2 new phones through Asurance. We received the 2 new phones, so I reached out to a cricket rep to help with activation, which was successful. August of this year my daughter lost her phone so I put in another claim for her lost phone. meanwhile my sons phone was placed on the block list so I called cricket to find out what was going on with my sons phone, the cricket rep put in a ticket to remove the phone from the block list and restored his phone as well. A few hours later my sons phone was block from making calls, taxing or using internet once again. so I called cricket back and was told that assurance had to unblock his phone. so I contacted Assurance and was told that back in October the 2 phones that I received were activated under opposite phone numbe
I've had service through Cricket since February of this year. A few months ago, my mother asked me if she could add my phone line to her family plan so it would give all of us a lower monthly payment. (Me, my mom, my brother, and my boyfriend) I agreed to the switch, fast forward to today, my mother and I had a falling out, and even though I pay for my own phone line, she was able to suspend/cancel/disconnect my service because she's the account holder. My question is what happened to my phone number and how can I reactivate/restart my service?
So im currently on a friends plan because it was a little cheaper when i switched from boost. But id like to start my own solo plan, that way i know the bill will be paid when due. My dilemma here is, will i have to buy a new cricket sim card and pay an activation fee plus the initial monthly payment? Or can i keep my sim and number and just switch to a new plan?
Hi customer cares , I am not your Cricket user, I am currently with Lycamobile, and I went a Cricket store trying to top up a Lycamobile bills , the agent give a new simcard with Simple mobile, I don't know why ( why it's not Cricket? it's Cricket store) And asked me for $60 for 3 month using with 15GB. Right now my phone number gets stuck from lycamobile and simplemobile, and the Cricket store agent saying " to wait" like forever. I know this is not right place to report, but I just wondering is that legal to activate other carriers service plan in a Cricket store？ I think I got a fraud from your agent in Flushing . I wont tell the agent's name but I have address 4403 kissena blvd Flushing NY 11354 . I just wanna report it and please check the store
I had Cricket last summer and went to TextNow I am wanting to Port my number into Cricket and join a current customer/brother as a second line.Am I able to do this and qualify https://snaptube.cam/ 9apps for the Moto Supra phone? I'm just trying to cut off wasted time if there is some trickery somewhere that would affect my getting aboard again.Thanks and it is just now becoming apparent that Corona will forever change the world and all that survive. I hope my question is put in the right place, if not I truly am sorry but I don't know what to do. My husband and I got cell phones and cell service from cricket. A lady talked me out of getting the phone I want because I am moving to Moriss New York and I wouldn't be able to use it without wifi. So I asked her about my Moto G7 Supra. She told me that one would work in Moriss. Well I started to move into my home and it doesn't work, I have No cell reception and I am very upset. This phone and everything cost me 300 bucks and the lady lied to me.I tried everything I could think of to make sure I wasn't wrong but I rebooted it and checked the data and everything and nothing. I don't know if I can file a complaint since we got the phones a bit over a month
I placed an order for a new service with Cricket. The add says next business free delivery. I have spent over 3 hours with their uneducated customer service and I still have not received my phone nor have I received any tracking number. This is not a good way to start a new business relationship. I am about ready to cancel my order. At this point I cannot say that I have had a good experience nor can I say that I would recommend their service. What I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!
I have a complaint regarding the refer a friend program. After chatting online with a representative just to know how to contact customer service because whenever you call there is no option to speak with a representative and after wasting more than one hour on the phone and the answer I get was a "NO"!!!!!!!! Are you serious???? There is no one who can help me????? I am really frustrated and upset and angry at this poooor customer service.
