My bill was paid two days before it was due. Service is suspended only on my phone but my other four lines still work. It shows there’s no payment due. I have a confirmation for my payment. Why is my line suspended and how do I fix this because they’re not open until morning.
I am trying to add my 5th line on my account after purchase is completed and all the port requirements are confirm order gets cancel after 20 minutes. I tried multiple times and order keeps getting cancel and this is very frustrated. Called customer service and rep suggested to wait for a supervisor to contact me back and nothing happened. Please help me.
I brought My Dad in to Cricket, he told them that I referred him and I also Went to the site and filled out info stating I referred Him. Mentioned this to them SEVERAL TIMES over the past couple of years, NADA!!! have since referred a couple of friends, nada, nothing. My Dad has referred friends, nothing. No credits. This is a joke or????
I am working on porting my number to T-Mobile. I have two number under my account. One number went through immediately, but the other one keeps receiving the error: wrong account number. I locate my account number with cricket app and by chatting with agent. Any ideas why and what should I do?
So purchased phone online, UPS delivered to the wrong address. Cricket informed me they couldn't do anything. So i filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. UPS found my phone and delivered it 5 days later this was in March. June 18 Cricut cut my service and reported my phone stolen, after talking to my bank the situation was rectified and the money was credited back to Cricket. But as of today as I type this my service is still suspended because my phone was placed on a national block list and I have yet to be able to use my phone.
I have the 60$/m plan and I usually buy additional hotspot as needed. I’ve spent at least 600$ on this company’s hotspot services since I’ve been a member. I came across an issue where I was missing account credit and reached out to Cricket because I paid 60$ out of my pocket to pay my bill so my credit wouldn’t be used up. After the new billing cycle, the account credit is gone and so I ended up paying 120$ for one month of service. I confronted Cricket about this and they said “The account credit was added because you bought our hotspot packages” and I said “so why isn’t it there anymore?” I got 2 different responses when I asked 2 different “specialists” this question. One said “because it was used to pay your bill, i’ll open a support ticket” and the other said “It was used on your hotspot packages.” Please stay away from cricket. The owner of [Personal Details] has stolen one of my phones, and has linked his number with my personal email account with Google. He has changed all the security questions and listed his cricket wireless number as the 2 step verification. I can’t access my google account: [Personal Details] because this person stole one of my phones and locked me account of some several accounts listing his number on my account Please flag this number for possible fraud, because that it was I can see is now linked to my accounts where credentials were changed and money is missing from my accounts from unauthorized transactions coming out of Jacksonville, FL [Personal Details] Concerned Citizen
I have been a loyal cricket customer for a decade and I live in the fastest growing city in the country. Why has service dropped or totally disappeared in the last few months. Where I used to get 3 and 4 bars I now only get 1 or 2 if I get any. In a major metropolitan area service should be getting better. I understand that cricket is upgrading the system to 5g but that should not reduce 4g coverage. Customer service is dismissive the only saving grace cricket has right now is it's local representatives. Even still if I cannot get better service I will have to change carriers. Let's see if cricket corporate responds to this because I am getting the run-around when I call customer service.
It has been a couple of months now,I order my phone and tried to order my husband's phone at same Time til after several tries it would not work even though a MAN on the phone told me it would!!! Well I got my New Phone in 2 days Motorola g Play for $59.99!!!After I ORDERED husband's phone WAITED 10 plus Days I called everyday after first 3 days, went to Two different Cricket Stores first one really trying to help 2nd one said I messed the system up and UNTIL SOME SUPERVISOR Will take care of it I cannot get my husband a new phone ( we like haveing same phone)Which is So Wrong!!! She was rude also said keep calling to talk to supervisor But Supervisors Hang Up then are suddenly not there!!! I pay my bill on time. CAN ANYONE HELP??? or should I just change companies?
This past spring I got a new phone, same number and plan, nothing changed other than my phone but now I get at least 10+ text scams a day! I get scam calls more too. I even signed up for the "do not call" list and it hasn't gotten better. My bf switched to cricket at the same time, so we could save money, and he's getting excess spam as well... only that keep calling him Courtney. WHY???
I have proof from my bank account that you continue to take money without my permission and take money on top of my monthly payment
I want to speak to a supervisor I want a supervisor to call me immediately I am sick and tired of filing complaints to your terrible service you guys refuse to fix the issues and you have stolen $70 from me and I have proof from my bank account as well as text messages from you guys. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in 17 years and I can wholeheartedly say that without being overly dramatic. I wish with every fiber of my being that I could report this company to the police and show in a court of law with documents from my bank and text messages from your company from the people who have helped me stating how much I would be charged in detail exactly for what I was asking for and for what I was paying for and how your company continues to overly charge me money even after I've made my phone payment. hello my name is Betty. I have had your services for some time. On May 26, 2021 I was unable to use my phone due to my phone being reported lost or stolen on May 24, 2021. I have NEVER reported my phone lost or stolen. I had been able to use my phone up until after 12pm 5/26. I spoke with "Melannie" and asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated that she had to see if her supervisor "WANTED TO SPEAK WITH ME." I went into one of your locations on Buckingham/Jupiter Rd in Richardson, TX explained the situation to your agents who tried very hard to assist me and they both called the call center for assistance and witnessed the disrespect and displacement pertaining to this situation. I spoke with "Anderson" who gave me a case number C-E4602I, and when I asked for a Supervisor he hung up the phone. The agent from Cricket at the Buckingham/Richardson location called back and we spoke with Josh @ 545. Who of course, hung the phone up..but he tried to act as if the call just dropped. I called
