I brought my number over from another company. I was told I could add insurance to my plan. Well after everything was done I couldn't add anything. This company is nothing but a liar and will say anything to get your money. I spoke with two supervisors who didn't care about what I was going through cause they already took my money.
I continue to get notices to activate a phone on an order that I received in mid-April…..and have activated. It is on my account AND working. Only now I’m told that if I don’t activate within the next 5 days it will be cancelled! I’ve activated it...a few times. It is my son’s phone and I DO NOT want it taken off of my account. I’ve activated the order…..over and over again, but still getting notices to activate it or it will be cancelled. I upgraded my son’s old phone on April 14th, so this was an order for an existing line that has been with Cricket for the past 4 years. I activated the phone (via the phone itself) when it came in a few days later and have “activated” again and again through these incessant texts and emails I’m getting telling me the phone is going to be cancelled. He is leaving on a school trip in 3 days and I CANNOT have his phone stop working in 5 days while he is out of town. Can someone help please.
So before i canceled i called and they told me my phone was unlocked. I go to sell my phone and the person puts a sim card in and it says sim locked. I lost a sale because customer support lied to me. Now i dont have a cricket account or phone number either so how do i get this phone unlocked.…
On 10/09/2019 my phone got damaged so made a claim that same day to get my phone replaced. It arrived on 10/10/2019. I activated it the day I received it. After a few hours I attempted to make a call and send a text when my call was rerouted to cricket wireless. This it continuously happened for 4 days. On this day, 10/14/2019, I’ve had to have my phone line unsuspended 3 times before noon. During the several times I spoke to customer service, I explained to them the problem. At first, they said my service was suspended because I didn’t turn my damaged phone to the insurance company, so as a result they put my phone on the national block list. I called the insurance company serval times and they informed me that they don’t have the power to put numbers on the national block list, only the service provider can do that. They also informed me that, me not sending the damaged phone immediately is not necessary because they want me to have time to see if the device is faulty and to get my i
So purchased phone online, UPS delivered to the wrong address. Cricket informed me they couldn't do anything. So i filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. UPS found my phone and delivered it 5 days later this was in March. June 18 Cricut cut my service and reported my phone stolen, after talking to my bank the situation was rectified and the money was credited back to Cricket. But as of today as I type this my service is still suspended because my phone was placed on a national block list and I have yet to be able to use my phone.
My wife recently joined cricket. She also shortly thereafter was diagnosed with cancer. Needless to say our finances turned upside down but she qualified for a free service from Q Link. We found out her own unlocked phone was locked by Cricket. We are about broke with the medical costs and need her phone unlocked to transfer over. We have tried everything with customer service and no response. She is going thru Chemo now with a Bone Marrow transplant in a couple weeks. We really dont need anymore headaches now. Can someone help us get phone unlocked?
On 3/5/2023 we visited the cricket store at 5141 O St, in Lincoln, NE at about 350 pm. It was right before closing time, since it closed at 4pm on Sundays.We asked to buy an older model (cheaper) iphone to replace a broken (and very old, 6s i think) phone on our plan. The man working there provided us with a phone (iphone SE), and when we asked how much the phone would cost, he told us, but did not state that it was a "bundle" price, so we assumed it was the cost of the phone.Nonetheless, he gave us a screen protector and case. And so we asked if that was included as part of some sort of 'welcome package' for the phone? And he said yes. He did not give us a choice of what phone case we might want, and did not give us the box for the case. He never told us that it was a "bundle" or gave us any choices about having a "bundle" vs. just getting the phone.Overall, we were conscious that it was after closing time by the time we were done, and grateful for the employee being willing to help u
Hello can an employee please help with a return status? The phone was received back by cricket warehouse on Tuesday and I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What is weird is that instead of receiving a Return Received Confirmation Email, I received a CANCELation email….which makes completely no sense to me. Can someone please help me with my rma# and case? Thanks
It's been two weeks since I added a line to my account and was supposed to receive my line in one business day and after relentlessly calling no one seems to know how to resolve this issue and on going to the store in person the guy there was just soo rude and asked me to get a new phone..All I need is another line for my other phone which is working perfectly fine and a cricket phone for that matter. So can someone please help me resolve this issue or maybe it's just time to find another provider who can meet it's customers needs..
Since last week, I have been frequently receiving phone calls from unknown phone numbers, and the callers claim that they have a missed call from me and want to know why I called. I told them that I have never called them before, but someone sent me a screenshot of their phone showing a missed call from my number.However, I have never dialed these numbers. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? What is going on? What should I do?
I don't understand why it is so hard to for one give good customer service. and two, get my phone back on line. 10 days later, I have lost three accounts at work, because my phone isnt working, and its as if no one at cricket seems to give two hoots about it!!!!! I want my damn service fixed, or im taking five accounts away from them!!!
Dear cricket people,your attitude and CS sucks. You guys never help. No resolutions becasue it is so-called out of their hands (always)are tied and (always) or explanation of what happens. I am mad that I had to kick out more money to keep my phone numbers to keep just to port to my new company. You guys are like a broken record. And you save me no money. Considering all the asprins I needed to take from all the headaches you have given me.You offer no perks to your existing customers. -_- Why is there never any specials to us? Why 25 dollars to upgrade?? never heard anything like that before. Please save that grabbing customer for you. That NOT my job to advertise. I just want to use my phones in one peace. Trade-in phone value is crap. And no I will recycle my phone myself as we all know that you guys reuse these part to rebuild other phones etc. another way to get over people Im sure. So no I will not recommend you guys to anyone. N
I have been calling customer service for days, I bought a Byod sim kit and followed the instructions and tried to port my number but had then canceled the port, however I was told my already activated 30 dollar plan could still be used with the new number I was given but customer service wants me to pay for everything again when calling back after they left a voicemail saying I was all set I am frustrated with no number or service STILL and now I’m basically being robbed because my service refill card is open on this SIM card.
In June 12, I ported in a number from Sprint and ordered a sim and paid a month in advance for unlimited service. On June 13 i received an email saying my order had been SHIPPED and got a UPS next day air tracking number.Of course, UPS has no shipment from Cricket and only says it has had a shipping label number for four days. Four days?The Pacific Rim Cricket customer service is about as bad and inept as anything I have encountered in 20 years. So you have my money, You ported in my number. I have no sim and no service. UPS has no record of any shipment. Just freaking wonderful.
