Honestly wondering why I don't find a new provider.
Honestly, the reason I joined cricket was because I needed a new phone and they offered a free one if I switched from my old provider. The service is choppy at best, the cost is pretty high, and I have had nothing but issues making payments. I have issues with autopay because every time I try to set it up “There is a problem with the server right now, try again later.” When I try to make a manual payment, it says my card info is incorrect which is false. I’ll enter it in around 8 times and it won’t go through. Chat support is a joke and only tells you to call 611 anyway so just avoid using that option. I called 611 about my payments issues and they basically said “sorry, we can’t help you. call your bank.” So that was another 30 minutes of hold time that I sat through for nothing. I will be looking at other options for phones. This is just absolutely ridiculous.
what if my mobile number has been stolen？
Since last week, I have been frequently receiving phone calls from unknown phone numbers, and the callers claim that they have a missed call from me and want to know why I called. I told them that I have never called them before, but someone sent me a screenshot of their phone showing a missed call from my number.However, I have never dialed these numbers. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? What is going on? What should I do?
terrible service in north central FL
I live in north central Florida, Archer, bronson, chiegland, williston areas... I cannot have a phone conversation at pretty much anytime without dropping or extremely poor quality, hearing every 3rd word. When I contact support I'm told they are having issues in area, but this is over a year now! I'm over it. Anyone seeing same issues? I'm using an A52 5g... (phone is fine)

I bought this phone second hand and did not know it was an American phone I live in Mexico and to be honest it was going to be a gift for my wife but having trouble unlocking it to any carrier I have not took it any were cause on this side of town they just try to get you for the little someone has . Cricket Service in Puerto Rico
Hello there! I’ve been a Cricket Wireless customer for a very long time, and I haven’t had any complaints just yet. This is the best mobile telecommunication service I’ve had so far, great price excellent service and good costumer service but, here’s my problem; I have two business accounts and a personal account of a total of 15 lines and I am sad that I will have to switch to T-Mobile since it is the only service provider that offers domestic excellent service in Puerto Rico. We constantly travel to Puerto Rico for business purposes and now that we only get “Roaming Service” which is no service at all. Extremely bad service with Claro PR. Might come back to Cricket if they really get good service in back Puerto Rico.
Is there any possible way for Cricket to unlock our phones to change service provider without having to wait until January because of nonexistent signal?
When Cricket Wireless changed the antennas in Puerto Rico from the service provider AT&T to the antennas of ClaroPR, the quality of the signal worsened for the 5 lines that are on the Cricket Plan. In addition, the solution from Cricket sent by text was to change the mobile network settings was to change to International Data Roaming and it worked for some time. Nevertheless, with the passing of Hurricane Fiona the signal was irrevocably horrendous. All 5 lines were not even able to send texts nor call, which prompted us to go out of our homes into more populated areas in order to have some signal. That was 1 month ago and still there is no signal even though in the map it shows that there is signal where I live. This has prompted us to change service providers but since 2 of the phones in the line were recently bought, those phone numbers cannot be unlocked to change service provide until 6 months have passed. This is the second time that my service has got suspended because I got paid after my service was due and I've had to pay more than what they asked last time it was $20 I ended up paying $50 this time and it was $15 and I ended up paying $40 when do I get my money back

I have been having sexual harassment calls for months also people calling hanging up. I talked to the same employee 4 times in 3 months begging for a phone number change she promised I would get it straightened out with cricket and I would get texts with my new phone number. I have been with cricket from the 1st month you opened up. Do to your lack of responsibilities of throwing such a serious issue guess yall don't realize that some of us don't have $15 to change my number but that's just shows you have no care in the world for your customers but it can lead to the lock of honesty, caring, loyalty which you have from me why do I get treated differently cuz I m on the other side of the desk. How would cricket ever possibly know if whom is continueing with the scary nasty calls hadn't killed me due to your lack of good customer care. I don't have the $15 dollars I'm totally disabled. Unresolved Billing and Shipping Issue With Online Purchases
When will Cricket update their online purchase options to allow their customers to enter separate shipping and billing addresses?Many customers like me, have a shipping address that does not match their billing address!We recently moved. And now I have to jump through hoops to get my recent purchase delivered to my current address! My Cricket Order is being delivered 60 minutes away to my old address, and there is nothing Cricket will do about it! I called, verified my information, and they are still refusing to update the shipping address for my order. They can see that the address for the order does not match the address on my account, but won’t update it to match. Until they fix their system, I don’t think I’ll be making anymore purchases.
Moto One 5G ACE Xt-2113 lost 5g access after last week update
If anyone here can let the network team they mess up the network settings version when they sent out the security update for the moto one 5g ace XT-2113. This update push the phone back to the original network settings version, An update came out in Aug of 2022 that updated the phone to have 5g access on cricket network.
So I just got with cricket and to be honest. I’m trying to be happy but it’s hard. So I got 2 iphones on the 18th few days ago. I downloaded a game I been playing and all I get is buffering and lagging. Brought the phone in and the lady said I need to boost my data speed for another 20$! I’m unlimited already and I only used not even 4gigs. Everything else works fine. The game I play is clash of clans. I’m also with T-Mobile. Works great on T-Mobile. So I’m thinking I made the WRONG CHOICE. I don’t know. Just aggravating it buffers so much.. any help would be great but the lady tried all kind of stuff. I also been reading online that I’m not the only person having this issue!!

So I have been a Cricket customer for 7 days...and I already regret it! I signed up my family and I on a Monday. Bought 2 new phones. Wanted to buy a third but it wasn’t in stock. Had the kid order it. Came in Thursday night. Went in Friday to have it activiated...it was supposed to be $400...tried to charge me $1200. He ordered the wrong phone. Tried to blame it on me. Said if i wanted the $400 phone I would have to get it on line...but it would cost me $600. I would now be considered an upgrade...7 days later it was an upgrade...even though I never bought one to begin with. Called good ole customer service. Sat on hold for 13 minutes. Got hung up on. Called back. Waited on hold for 12 minutes. Was on the phone for 40 minutes just for the guy to nicely tell me there was nothing he could do. What kind of jacked up company is this? Oh...and there aren’t any contracts...but don’t try and use the phones you just paid outright for. They’re locked to Cricket for 6 months.
