My daughter bought a phone based on a recommendation from the store. It doesn’t do what she expected. No problem 7 day return. Not really. She bought the phone at 1:53 on a Sunday and her grandfather passed away that day. She is a nurse and works 11 hours shifts and could get back to Cricket before she had to fly from FL to NH for the funeral. She flys back Saturday. Told her bring it with you we will return it in NH. Found out it has to be returned to the store you purchase it at. She gets home Saturday at 10pm. Called customer service and they said no exceptions if she can’t get there by close of business on Saturday they won’t accept it. Called the store they said they would but Cricket system won’t allow it. I should have until 1:53 on Sunday that would be 7 days. So is this false advertising especially considering the circumstances. I plan on filing a dispute and going to arbitration. Wondering if anybody has advise on doing this?
Hi there!Almost a year ago i get a LG Stylo 5, and i get paid about 6 months of the service, this was a gift of my brother, now we would change the company service cause actually i live in mexico, so i need to unlock this device to use in Mexico city, we already pay the first 6 month, but in my cricket app i cant unlock the device by my own
I have been using Cricket for almost 5 yrs and overall have been very happy with the coverage and service. I do not understand why as a loyal customer I do not get the same prices on Phones as a new customer. Is Cricket encouraging me to get a number from a different carrier and than port it in to get these prices??? Help me out here guys. Your marketing genius can do better than this. I am currently looking to upgrade my wife's phone.Fred Whitaker
See commercials on tv for free phone's for switching...Why the hell dont y'all have free phone's for loyal customers who have been with you for year's even though sometimes customer services sucks..Some store personal sucks and rude...About ready to switch to another carrier..
So I just got with cricket and to be honest. I’m trying to be happy but it’s hard. So I got 2 iphones on the 18th few days ago. I downloaded a game I been playing and all I get is buffering and lagging. Brought the phone in and the lady said I need to boost my data speed for another 20$! I’m unlimited already and I only used not even 4gigs. Everything else works fine. The game I play is clash of clans. I’m also with T-Mobile. Works great on T-Mobile. So I’m thinking I made the WRONG CHOICE. I don’t know. Just aggravating it buffers so much.. any help would be great but the lady tried all kind of stuff. I also been reading online that I’m not the only person having this issue!!
We have five members of the family, five lines with cricket. They only let 3 of us have upgraded phones. The other two family members are stuck with their old old phones ! We get this message at checkout: We cannot ship to the address you entered. Looks like you've reached the maximum number of orders allowed for one address.
So i upgraded my phone & ordered me a new phone via online. My account is now saying "Order Pending" & won't let me do anything. I'm frustrated because we're wanting to upgrade my wife's phone too but can't due to this issue. Any suggestions or help? I did receive my phone today btw but have to go in store to activate it. I can't do it online which is frustrating.
I can log onto my account from my laptop, my phone, and my tablet but I cannot log in from my desktop. I have tried Firefox and explorer all I get is the error message that I cannot log on to my account and to contact customer care. I did this and the call was escalated and they told me there was a problem with the web site. This has been going on for more than a week. Is there something I need to change on my desktop to get this to work?

hello, I haven't been receiving MMS texts, like group chats or pictures. I can send but not receive. I reset my APN settings, it would work but eventually stop again.I changed the SMS app to FB Messenger and Textra, same thing.I restored my phone and same thing. Android motorola e5 cruise thanks
It would be great if Cricket could make address verification optional or skippable like most websites. I want to upgrade my phone but I can't order anything online from Cricket because my address isn't in the USPS or whatever other database they verify addresses with. I have a PO Box with one zip code and a street address with another, that's just the way it works in my location. I only get mail at the PO box, FedEx and UPS deliver to my street address with no problems. I live in a ZIP code served by PO boxes and so my street address for one reason or another is not in the database. My credit card address matches my street address. On most other sites you can just click something like "I acknowledge that you did not validate my address but proceed anyway". Customer service over the phone couldn't help me, they couldn't even update my profile account address to where I actually live simply cause it doesn't verify. It's a real place, been living here for several years! Please help and/or
This morning, I got a text notification that my account has been locked "to protect the security of my information." I call the number provided - no option to talk to a person or to talk about unlocking my account. I *finally* get through to a person who tells me this is just because I haven't accessed my online account for a while! Why would I need Cricket to tell me that? And why would I want you to lock my account?I just got back from vacation this morning, so I had a nice panic attack about someone accessing my account information. Why would you send me something like this for what appears to be no good reason at all? It's unclear and misleading and pointless.
Like some of the other customers that I see on posting here I've been if Cricket customer for 5 years and can't understand why they don't give any attractive or economical phone upgrades to people have been long-time customers but somebody walks off the street can get a brand new phone for free the other companies do the same thing and no I don't need a warranty for my planned obsolescence phone that will give out in a year or two and also pay an excessive connect fee when it happens ,so I'll see you in a year or two when I need a new phone Cricket
It's LAME that you don't total up each month's data usage, and make that available for us to see!Instead, you show EACH DAY'S DATA USAGE for up to a month at a time.This applies both to computer access and the myCricket app via a phone!So, if we want to see what we're using a month, we are forced to manually total it ourselves?Could it be that you fear that we might realize we don't need the data amount we are already paying for, and therefore would switch to a lesser (cheaper) plan?
I just want to say here and everywhere that I can post. Cricket has horrible customer service. I’ve had my iPhone for a month, and I just got transferred to Arkansas with my job, my phone has no service here so I called you guys for help. Well that was a joke, no help at all, except to tell me that I could continue to pay my bill for 5 more months with no service and then they would release my phone, I mean really, who would be stupid enough to do that? I am only going to be here for a few months, and was going to switch back when I moved back. Anyway, we are going to be done with your no help at all company. This iPhone will make a good paper weight I guess. Thanks a lot.
