Unlock Phone Error

I have a IPhone SE 2 that I bought earlier this year. It was locked to Cricket for 6 months after I inserted the SIM card. When I would try to get the unlock code it was tell me you have 21 days, 18 days etc till your phone is eligible. Now after 6 months when I try to get the code I get the following error message: “Uh oh! Your IMEI is not associated with this phone number. Please select a different phone number to unlock.” I’ve only ever had this phone on my cricket account. Someone please help 😕

Suddenly suspended newly bought phone

Hi all! A few hours ago I purchased the Cricket Icon 2 to replace a device that was incompatible with Mobile Hotspot. It’s worked well and hotspot works, but 30 minutes ago I suddenly got a message saying “This device is not eligible for activation on the Cricket network.” and then the line became suspended. This line is the main line in the account, and the second line on the account is still up and running.How is it possible that a phone I bought straight from a Cricket store would not work or is not eligible for use in the store? Also, how is it possible that it works for a bit then suddenly decides it is not eligible?Thanks anyone in advance!

Spam group text and phone calls

My whole family has cricket wireless and we are all getting group text messages that are porn spam and they are coming from a gmail address as well as phone calls from out of state with someone speaking in japanese or some foriegn language and my number is registered on the do not call list. Why doesn't cricket have any way to block or report the group spam texts?

Port out scam

On 8/19/19 a hacker gained access to my cricket account somehow.  They changed my password then ported my phone number away from my sim card. I do not know how this happened, but i have read that this occurred with other cricket customers. At this point they accessed all my bank accounts and paypal account using text verification and "forgot passwords."  They began to transfer money out using the zelle p2p functionality.  They also tried to gain access to my email account, but failed.  I have had to freeze all online accounts and reset my account numbers.  They only way I was able to recover my phone number was to purchase a new sim card and then have it ported back in.  When I explained the situation to cricket customer service no one could explain how this could happen to me or understood what i was referring too.   Again, I have read multiple reports of this happening to other cricket customers. Order of events. Line suspended in error

I ordered a phone upgrade on 08/14/2020, on  08/17/2020 it was delivered. I went online to activate it and was unable to, received a message to call support. I called in, they could not activate the phone & told me it'd be fixed within 24 hours. It is now 08/24/2020, almost a full week of no phone (8 pm tonight marks 1 full week). My line shows as suspended & when I call in to Customer Service the only response I receive is that it will be corrected within 24 hours.This is not helpful. I NEED a working phone. Please reinstate my line. I cannot count how many times I have called in, chatted in, always the same runaround, it'll be handled within 24 hours. IT'S BEEN A WEEK! I am missing important communication and if anything happens when I am without a phone I guarantee I am holding Cricket liable.This is ridiculous. Please help!

A "friend" borrowed my phone for the evening.  That was last Thursday.  Seems they don't want to turn it loose.  Some friend, huh? Is there anyway I can remotely suspend my account so they can't make calls / text?Thanks!

Not getting calls and texts

I can make calls and send texts but I am not receiving calls or texts on 2 different phones /lines on my account and I have 16 days left before my next bill. It seems to happen mostly when my husband and I are in our house. Every once and again We will get a few texts in a row or a call but then it stops for about 23 hours for around 4 days now. I called cricket and they have no idea. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours. They had me check my volume. Really I am not showing a call coming in at all nor do I get missed calls and texts. They checked the tower nearest me and said it's fine, had us switch or SIM cards then switch them back, went through a few setting things, and it's the next day both phones/lines are still doing it. I have an LG phone and my husband's is a ZTE.Sometimes I'll get like 3 texts from 8 or more hours ago. Please help!! Any ideas????

Getting off a multi-line plan and starting a solo plan

So im currently on a friends plan because it was a little cheaper when i switched from boost. But id like to start my own solo plan, that way i know the bill will be paid when due. My dilemma here is, will i have to buy a new cricket sim card and pay an activation fee plus the initial monthly payment? Or can i keep my sim and number and just switch to a new plan?

Received 'changes were made to my cricket account' text message

Received text stating changes were made to my account and was provided a link to view changes.. After logging in theres no indication that changes were made to my account. And i never made changes so what gives? Also when trying to view details of my plan i get a pop-up stating that im unable to view details at this time with the header saying 'grandfathered plan' in place. Wtf?

EBB- EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM???

tried to switch my lifeline EBB account to cricket today, actually I started this process yesterday. Let me just skip the whole 5 hours of disconnects, phone shuffling me to one rep to another. Was discounted for the last time today because when I hit redial, they were closed. Now I tried logging into my lifeline account and it's no longer an active account. Oh and no EBB either. They charged me 55.00$ today and the only thing they did was create another cricket account which apparently I'm praying full price for. I need this taken seriously.A total of 9 phone calls from yesterday and today. someone in corporate should probably listen to those calls.So I'm out 55.00$ on a emergency assistance program, and have no access to my assurance FREE lifeline program. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone to even acknowledge the problem.where should I take this very valid complaint?

i've asked before but i got different answers from everyone. anyway, my parents have my phone under their cricket acc since they pay for my phone and stuff and yeah. i know they can see the numbers i've called and texted but 1.can they see the contents of the texts2.can they see my search history and websites i'm on even if it's a private browser3.can they like see anything else? thanks

Random ads pop up even when not using the phone.

I set my phone down a lot, but when i go to pick it back up, there seems to always be some sort of advert on the screen. Now, ive checked and stopped all events running in the background, yet the phone still does it. Kind of annoying, and puts strain on battery life, especially when youre working and cannot manage your cellular phone 24/7, as the screen lights up when these ads pop up, and it wont turn off unless you dismiss the ad.Why is this? I pay you guys for service, i pay for my cell phone, yet, you guys still find it necessary to run ads? Like, just now, whule typing this post, an ad popped up for "Wish" i dont need Wish, i dont like the app, but itll keep on doing it over and over again. Its relentless and annoying. Its making me very dissatisfied with your company.

I know call history can be requested through Cricket but what about text messages?What exactly does the call history show?If you can get text message what does that show? Is it just general info or “text content”
