I requested an unlock code, line qualifies. Customer care could not get it and placed a ticket to tech Dept. That was over 2 weeks ago and 5 calls, on when was told 2-3business days. How is this acceptable that it remains unresolved and no one in customer care can contact the tech Dept? Why is the floor supervisor the highest person I can speak with?
for some reason our online account was removed by cricket. customer service had me set up a new one but out of 5 line son the plan not a single one is receiving the temporary password text. Tech support continues to close the cases we open if we do not answer their attempt after 1 try and we have no way of calling them back. Anyone know of a way to get the temp password sent via email or to some other phone number?
My whole family has cricket wireless and we are all getting group text messages that are porn spam and they are coming from a gmail address as well as phone calls from out of state with someone speaking in japanese or some foriegn language and my number is registered on the do not call list. Why doesn't cricket have any way to block or report the group spam texts?
Any advice on ways to unlock my phone?I'm a cricket customer for years, I have an LG V30 thinq, I have had the phone for Six Months as of two weeks ago.I'm going on a trip to Japan on Thursday, I have called into Cricket everyday for the past 2 weeks trying to get my unlock code and all they tell me every time is "We have created an urgent ticket for you, we don't know why we can't get your unlock code"I have talked to dozens of people and supervisors and they all give me the same answer. I'm really worried I'm about to go on my trip and have no access to my phone for travel.Any other solutions? I have gone to three different Cricket stores in town and they all say "we don't unlock phones in store" despite the Cricket website saying they have the ability to do so.Where do I go from here??I sent messages to both the Facebook and Twitter accounts and I have not received a response yet.
12- 23-19 Service problems since last week, not repaired after tickets put in! 1 phone/account states private# out going other still no voice mail service! Other accounts in zelienople, Pa. 16063-2929 area having major issues also no texts no service calls not working no voice mail, its been a week! Gonna have to get new service! Im losing business! Never had problems for almost 20 years and I dont use face book. Please please look into into?! Sincerely John
We are new customers that purchased one phone and after being told our 2 current devices are compatible for use with cricket were planning on bringing our own devices for 2 other lines. We received our sim cards however they won't make or receive calls and after many hours on the phone with technical support have been told they are actually not compatible with the cricket network and we will have to purchase new phones for these 2 lines. However since the numbers have already been ported from our previous company they are considering us current customers and won't let us purchase phones with the new customer pricing, even though we haven't even ever had functional service with them. I feel like the new customer pricing should be honored since we were told our phones would work and that's why we didn't purchase additional new phones with our original order. I know we will be paying higher prices in the future which I get. But to charge us higher rates as a current customer when our serv
I placed a order on 12/05/2019 My current service was to expire on 12/07/2019 and there were to transfer my number On 12/06/2019 contacted customer support and was told number had be ported so just to wait on phone and service card to activate First next deliver didn't work ok with that On 12/09/2019 I get a email ordered had been cancelled After I had been told number had been ported and everything was good to go Contacted customer support again ( this was done through chat so there would be a record ) when they look at chat transcript they could not because someone had deleted my pin and other info already. At this point i am really realy po my service with other had expired and I was not any shape or form getting any answers from CricketDon't understand why I am being denied service and/or being punish for someone error mistake How can everything be ok on Friday and 2 days later someone screwed it up. Just wanted to express my frustration with the fact that Cricket never offers any kind of phone deals for current customers!! It seems they only care about gaining more new customers than keeping the loyal customers satisfied as well!! It really sucks and I’m thinking about taking my service to someone who appreciates current customers as much as they do new ones!!!!
I can log onto my account from my laptop, my phone, and my tablet but I cannot log in from my desktop. I have tried Firefox and explorer all I get is the error message that I cannot log on to my account and to contact customer care. I did this and the call was escalated and they told me there was a problem with the web site. This has been going on for more than a week. Is there something I need to change on my desktop to get this to work?
I am trying to upgrade 3 of the phones on my account and am having major issues with my online account and app. I am trying to take advantage of the sale that ends today, 12/1/19, and have been trying since Friday morning (now Sunday). I went to the store Friday and the associate told me that I could purchase the phones online instead of waiting in line in store. They told me that I just needed to make sure and checkout separately for each individual phone line. I then made an attempt to do this Saturday morning. I purchased the first phone with no issue, but then when trying to purchase the second phone the system tried to get me to add a line and would not let me purchase any more phones for the other lines. I then contacted customer service and they said I had to add each phone individually to the cart and then check out. They cancelled my original purchase so I could make the new one. If I want to port my Cricket Wireless number to another carrier,can I do it while my service is active and after that number is ported,can I change my number in my account so that I can get a new number in my Cricket Wireless account and the ported number is with the another carrier?
I was browsing FB, and suddenly my phone switched to a black screen with the message "Your SIM send a text message."What is going on?? I tried to access text history to see what was sent and to who, but apparently Cricket doesn't offer text log access.Any help appreciated. I don't like my phone going rogue :smileymad:
I used to get text notifications when my bill was due and when I paid my bill. Now I don't get any. How do I add this back on? I need the notifications to remind me because I get so busy I forget to make a payment.Thank you for any help on this.
I have held an account with cricket for about 5 years - with a 5 line family plan. I have paid on time every month and I have never had issues. This past May my family and I moved to the Florida Panhandle (we established our service in Tampa). Since moving, our reception is spotty or non-existent. After several calls to customer service and many visits to the local cricket store, no one can help me fix this BUT they are all quick to suggest I buy something else from them. I have purchased new SIM cards, had our phones reset, you name it - all in a week - with no results. This is very disappointing and as soon as we find another company, we are taking our business elsewhere.
