Whoever established the Group plan and the Phone Upgrade plan should have gotten together to lay some realistic groundwork. What you end up with is a lot of unhappy customers who will probably go somewhere else as soon as it is convenient and bad mouth you in the meantime. I know I have. I used to think highly of Cricket but now that I have seen the soft underbelly of their stupidity, I have come to think that Cricket is being led by a bunch of inept fools. If they think, for one minute, that their way of handling this issue is going to be forgotten or not impact their bottom line they are grossly mistaken. How can you upgrade only 3 phones on a group plan that services 5? Pretty stupid, heh? If they had the decency to let it be known upfront at least you could forment a plan to deal with the constraint. Instead you are met with a sarcasting message “Sorry about that” after telling you they can only send 3 phone to an address. I guess they never heard that families can all live
I’m trying to activate a brand new Samsung A32 5G that I bought from Target back in January. I’ve bee trying to activate this thing for over a week and they keep telling me the IMEI number is on the blocked list. The customer service reps I’ve chatted with have been useless, and I’ve tried to call twice but gave up after 30 minutes of waiting. I contacted Target they said they sold me a brand new phone and to contact Samsung. I have 3 other lines at Cricket and have had zero issues with them until now.Has anyone else had a similar issue? It seems like I’m being forced to eat the cost of a $200 phone that can’t be activated.

I have been trying to explain and for someone pay attention to the problem we ate going thru a brand new phone we order for one of my line number [Removed personal information] an I phone was order thru Affirm on payments it was under his name Eusebio Quinteros [Removed personal information] thru affirm thru my account order was approved and shipped out to us. Apparently by UPS irresponsible the package was delivered to another Road down from where we live at. The package was delivered on Dec. 16,2021 when we got message of delivery text we went to the UPS dristbution center and that's when we're told it was delivered to wrong address so the customer representative told us it would take about 3 days for their driver to go back to see if he could retrieve the package that's when the last stated that we could go our self to the address it was de
Ok I've been a long time customer of cricket and because of the change to 5g, my Samsung galaxy note 9 only works if I switch the network to 3g only. Besides that I let a friend borrow my phone not knowing they were gonna check a sims card they received in the mail. Switching sins cards for a little while cut off my service to cricket. I finally figured out all that had happened and ordered a new sims card. Then cricket tells me I have to get ahold of t mobile to release my number back to cricket. I haven't had t mobile since 1999. I finally figured out where my number was transferred to and got all the information needed to switch my number back to cricket and I continue to receive emails asking for more information. What more do you need? I gave you the account number and who it is transferring from. Turn my phone back on. I haven't had this much problems since t mobile. Thats why I don't have them anymore!!!
Cricket’s chat hours are Mon-Saturday 9am - 11pm ET and Sunday 10am - 11pm ET. But so many times I go to chat within this time frame and am given this generic message: The hours are:Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 11:00pm ESTSunday: 10:00am - 11:00pm ESTPlease come back during these hours to speak with a live agent. This has been happening for months and has happened to me probably a dozen times, so it’s not just a fluke, their hours are just not correct. They are not available to provide customer service during these times. I spoke with a rep about this and they basically said I was lying because they are open until 11pm ET every night and that if I was right it will never happen again, so basically they’re going to do nothing, but lo and behold I tried chatting at 9pm ET and received the message telling me to come back when they are open. This is absolutely ridiculous because I need to chat in order to add more hotspot data because it’s like impossible to do it yourself, and my job reli
I’m currently stuck in a foreign country where I don’t speak even one word of the language and nobody speaks English. I am unable to use my phone because cricket locked it without me knowing. I can’t put in a SIM card from the country I’m in because of this issue. I brought my own phone with me to cricket, 100% unlocked two years ago. I’ve paid my bill on time for the past two years. I obviously meet the criteria to have it unlocked. But how can I get customer service to help??? The website wants to send me something via text. To my phone. Which is locked to cricket. After 2 months I have had nothing but issues with cricket, my app has not worked in over a month since Nov 27 2021 I have applied for EBB got approved and it still hasn't been fixed where I get discount on my bill my phone got shut off on 6 of Dec granted cricket did make it right and got my service back up but here it is due again and Sill not fixed
So here I sit on a hotspot writing this.. I have The EBB and it's active it even shows that I'm enrolled in it on my account but yet I'm told I have to pay 65$. Bc there's. 5$ activation fee. Like am idiot I payed for bridge pay on day 1 that I lost my service bc I figured they would have figured it out by now. But I've been on the phone with with there phone reps about a dozen times and I went to the store had them call and there even asshats to there own team members so F them and I hope there kittin dies in there arms while watching yet another video of long dong Johnson and his Texas tunnel and I also hope the crack dealer is out of dope when they need there fix. Only ppl I know that rip others off are druggies. So I hope the drip the soap when that day comes. The beginning of November 2021 I went into pay my bill for the month of November for my iPhone 11. I had previously owned a galaxy note with galaxy live buds and I saw the significance and the ease that life became once I used those two items together obviously one was built to complement the other. Since I’m a new customer to Apple I wanted that same experience with the iPhone and being in the cold environment and homeless I felt it necessary to make a purchase of some wireless earbuds made by Apple. I had $70 in my wallet after I paid my bill and there was on display right by the cash register a little white box that was so signature of an Apple product I had seen the little white box in previous visits but was always intimidated because I knew they were going to be expensive. I odered an upgrade online on Feb 6th, got confirmation the next day it was being shipped. After waiting for UPS for over a week they lost the phone so I did a claim with them and Cricket on Feb 18th. I have called customer service 7 times and keep getting the same bs that " the backroom will get this handled soon you will hear from them soon" nope not a dam thing... Havent heard back from them. Tried to call yesterday and they sent me to warranty I set a call back and they never called me back. After 4 years of no problems then this happens wtf... Who knows what is happening at cricket??? my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store .When i question the same to Cricket customer care over the call, They say that the number was ported in the store yesterday but they have no no way of tracking what store it happened and which agent authorized it . This is UTTER BULL . Im guessing its Inside Job and some one working at the cricket store did it . Customer care Kept asking me if I am sure that I ( or my mother or wife on the same plan) didn't port the number or maybe it was someone else we knew. What the heck is that supposed to solve? No one at Cricket seems to know or care how to protect our accounts! Someone Mistakenly Tried to Port My Number Into Cricket, How Can I Get Them to Cancel The Pending Port Request?
I am a Ting Mobile customer on the Sprint Network. According to Sprint customer support, someone on May 2nd tried to port my number into Cricket Wireless. I did not authorize this, and I was completely unaware of this. I suspect that a person tried to port some other number into Cricket Wireless, but made a typo while entering the phone number. Now, I am unable to change from a Sprint SIM card to a T-Mobile SIM card, because there is a “pending port already in progress.” According to Ting customer support, they are unable to cancel the port request. They say that it must be cancelled by Cricket. However, when I call into Cricket, they tell me that I am unable to cancel the port request because I cannot provide the authorization of the account that requested it. I don’t have an account with Cricket, and I have no idea who tried to port my number into Cricket, so I can’t give any authorization info. But, I’m the one who owns the number, and I am able to call in to customer support using
Does Cricket just… Not like money? I’ve been fighting for an hour to upgrade my phone. Between it continuously bouncing the amount I owe between $500 and $965, declining my credit card on their website, PayPal, and Google Pay, giving me a ‘kountSessionID is required’ error, and saying “our servers are struggling today”, I’ve given up.It’s been a while since a website was so bad I’ve considered switching providers altogether. I’m done jumping through hoops. Anyone else know how to resolve this? I’ve switched browsers, cleared my cookies - hell, I even went on incognito so there WERE no cookies to clear - and nothing. I’m getting tired of this. I just want to upgrade my phone and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and use cheat codes to figure out how.
I bought my 1st cricket phone December 28 2021, with an offer for 1 yr Sam's club membership. Never received any txt or email with that info or codes. I went to my local cricket store this week and the KID working there said "oh yeah, they stopped that". I said I don't care if they stopped that, it was part of the pack I PAID for when buying into cricket phone service, period. He stated " yeah, lots of people are mad about it but sorry lady". WRONG, I want what I was offered. This is obviously a scam. I'm VERY dissatisfied with Cricket thus far for various reasons and I am telling everyone I know in our small town to steer clear of Cricket. They make promises to get you in but no follow thru.
