Ok I've been a long time customer of cricket and because of the change to 5g, my Samsung galaxy note 9 only works if I switch the network to 3g only. Besides that I let a friend borrow my phone not knowing they were gonna check a sims card they received in the mail. Switching sins cards for a little while cut off my service to cricket. I finally figured out all that had happened and ordered a new sims card. Then cricket tells me I have to get ahold of t mobile to release my number back to cricket. I haven't had t mobile since 1999. I finally figured out where my number was transferred to and got all the information needed to switch my number back to cricket and I continue to receive emails asking for more information. What more do you need? I gave you the account number and who it is transferring from. Turn my phone back on. I haven't had this much problems since t mobile. Thats why I don't have them anymore!!!
I am very disappointed in the response I was given by Cricket Wireless. I have been victim to a scam I argue Cricket Wireless is partly responsible in. I was sold an iPhone XS on Facebook in Canada only to later realize that it was blacklisted by a US carrier named Cricket Wireless. A police investigation could not identify the seller who sold me the iPhone. The scammer succeeded in fooling me out of 750 CAD. Police have decided to return the phone to me. There is no dispute around the fact that I purchased the phone legally and in good faith. On top of that, the phone was not reported stolen or lost as you would think. Cricket Wireless blacklisted the phone for “First Party Never Pay” which is saying that a client ran off with the phone after signing a service contract to presumably start the scam I ended up being victim to. And what makes this scam very effective and low risk to the common criminal is that it is an industry standard to blacklist phones rather than take legal action i
Dear cricket people, your attitude and CS sucks. You guys never help. No resolutions becasue it is so-called out of their hands (always)are tied and (always) or explanation of what happens. I am mad that I had to kick out more money to keep my phone numbers to keep just to port to my new company. You guys are like a broken record. And you save me no money. Considering all the asprins I needed to take from all the headaches you have given me.You offer no perks to your existing customers. -_- Why is there never any specials to us? Why 25 dollars to upgrade?? never heard anything like that before. Please save that grabbing customer for you. That NOT my job to advertise. I just want to use my phones in one peace. Trade-in phone value is crap. And no I will recycle my phone myself as we all know that you guys reuse these part to rebuild other phones etc. another way to get over people Im sure. So no I will not recommend you guys to anyone. N

Hello!I was wondering if it was possible to get a record of when text messages were sent, and to whom said messages were sent to. I accidentally deleted a text conversation I had on my iPhone, and sadly, I don't have a suitable backup to recover said conversation. I don't need the content of the text messages--merely the times and recipients. I know that Cricket's parent company (AT&T) does indeed keep such logs, so I was hoping Cricket would to.If it helps, I live in the state of California, so would I be able to request a text message log using a privacy request thanks to the California Consumer Privacy Act?
