I have held an account with cricket for about 5 years - with a 5 line family plan. I have paid on time every month and I have never had issues. This past May my family and I moved to the Florida Panhandle (we established our service in Tampa). Since moving, our reception is spotty or non-existent. After several calls to customer service and many visits to the local cricket store, no one can help me fix this BUT they are all quick to suggest I buy something else from them. I have purchased new SIM cards, had our phones reset, you name it - all in a week - with no results. This is very disappointing and as soon as we find another company, we are taking our business elsewhere.
I had a seystem software up date to my lg stylo 6 and now i have notice some much needed functions are buged or broken. After the update i noticed the biggest concer is that i no longer have the ability to put any type of lock screen on my divece other than swipe and none. I have tryed numerous fixes and dont have the ability to factory reset my device due to this hass all my information needed for my daily tasks.
My cricket phone is not working. Your towers in Mecina Ohio have been down since about 1:30 AM on March 19, 2020. They were sketchy and in out the day before. This is the worst possible thing you can do at the worst possible time. Your employees in the store lied and sId your engineers would have it back up in a couple hours that was 11.5 hours ago. I have a Mother in a nursing home who is very ill and it was her 85th birthday. Since they are on lockdown with Corona Virus isolation, she needs to be able to call me for support. You ruined her 85th birthday because I could not call and also could not get the nurses reports on her current health. You did not put anything on the news about it, you did not email us or in anyway let us know. You did this this summer fot 5 days knowing the towers would be down with no communication to customers. Right now you pretty much suck. I can not be without a phone. On top of not being able to communicate with my Mom and the Nursing home she is in, If
I set up monthly payments to be taken out on the 3rd, but Cricket takes the payment out a day in advance. Why?? Also I was charged twice for the month of August for my payment. I can't seem to talk to a person, I'm getting the run around and it's starting to piss me off. I've had to call 4 times to get my payment date changed to the 5th OMG WHAT A HASSLE & IVE ONLY BEEN WITH CRICKET FOR 1 MONTH. Is this something I have to look forward to every month on payment day. I HOPE NOT! CRICKET REFUND 1 OF MY PAYMENTS ASAP
I ordered a phone on Cricket Wireless on September 4th I paid through affirm. I waited for weeks never got the phone finally called canceled the order on like September 17th. Had to repeatedly call because in October they still haven't processed a refund so I'm paying for a phone I never received. Customer service is seriously lacking at one point I was on the phone on hold for hours. Here we are in November still no refund processed never got the phone and I am still paying on a phone I never received! seriously never use Cricket Wireless! #cricketWirelessrippedmeoff
What I have now:Line 1 with Phone ALine 2 with Phone BLine 3 with Phone CWhat I want after:Line 1 with Phone D (New)Line 2 with Phone BLine 3 with Phone CLine 4 with Phone A (Previously on Line 1)Do I need to fully complete and activate the upgrade on line 1, then come back and select "Bring my Own Phone" for the new line? Can it all be done in one shopping cart transaction?
I used to get text notifications when my bill was due and when I paid my bill. Now I don't get any. How do I add this back on? I need the notifications to remind me because I get so busy I forget to make a payment.Thank you for any help on this.
What is going on? Cricket you have really dropped the bomb. I have been online for an hour and half waiting to chat with a sales expert to purchase new phone and port in number. I called and received a live person within 3 minutes but for some reason I can chat online and they can't help me with online purchase. I am fixing to find a new provider. #verydisappointedcustomer
So on today my lines were automatically ported into Cricket with out me having a SIM card to use my phone with the Cricket network! I am so upset now because my order still haven’t been received and now I don’t have a working phone! Ugh! I will never be using Cricket every again whenever they fix this problem! Ugh!
12- 23-19 Service problems since last week, not repaired after tickets put in! 1 phone/account states private# out going other still no voice mail service! Other accounts in zelienople, Pa. 16063-2929 area having major issues also no texts no service calls not working no voice mail, its been a week! Gonna have to get new service! Im losing business! Never had problems for almost 20 years and I dont use face book. Please please look into into?! Sincerely John
