Who can go a couple of days without their phone? Changed over to Cricket 6 months ago bought a very nice phone still under warranty now it is not working.Cricket wants me to send it back through UPS and go without a phone for 2 days who in today's world can do that not me. It is easier just to change carriers and eat the cost of the new phone which I truly cannot afford to do but it's cheaper than going 2 days without a phone and I refuse to buy another phone from Cricket worst experience ever with a cell company customer service Cricket very poor policy I will be changing back to my old carrier if I cannot get satisfaction from cricket
I purchased a new phone 9/17/19 at the store in Duluth MN. It is now 9/18/19 and I'm getting a bill for not purchasing the phone I am now posting this with. How is this even possible to walk out of the store without paying for the phone. Mind you that I didn't bring a phone with I got it from the store. Payed for the activation, payed for the service plan but they didn't charge me for the phone. The manager of the store when I tried to explain the situation didn't even understand how I walked out with the phone and all other questions asked were answered with ok ok ok very disrespectful. I should have payed for the phone right then and there but didn't and now I'm getting a text notice saying they are going to shut my phone off 9/19/19 if I don't pay that. Wow is all I can say for the manager at the Duluth store for letting his other employees screw people and then be disrespectful to me for asking why should be fired for that. Dear cricket people,your attitude and CS sucks. You guys never help. No resolutions becasue it is so-called out of their hands (always)are tied and (always) or explanation of what happens. I am mad that I had to kick out more money to keep my phone numbers to keep just to port to my new company. You guys are like a broken record. And you save me no money. Considering all the asprins I needed to take from all the headaches you have given me.You offer no perks to your existing customers. -_- Why is there never any specials to us? Why 25 dollars to upgrade?? never heard anything like that before. Please save that grabbing customer for you. That NOT my job to advertise. I just want to use my phones in one peace. Trade-in phone value is crap. And no I will recycle my phone myself as we all know that you guys reuse these part to rebuild other phones etc. another way to get over people Im sure. So no I will not recommend you guys to anyone. N
Hi guys, I currently have two lines with two different phone numbers. How do I go about changing a number on one of the lines? Specifically I want to delete the one number and port another number I have to this line. The other number is a google voice number so is this even possible? And if that's not possible because of it being a GV number, could I port a cell number to that line?
When will Cricket update their online purchase options to allow their customers to enter separate shipping and billing addresses?Many customers like me, have a shipping address that does not match their billing address!We recently moved. And now I have to jump through hoops to get my recent purchase delivered to my current address! My Cricket Order is being delivered 60 minutes away to my old address, and there is nothing Cricket will do about it! I called, verified my information, and they are still refusing to update the shipping address for my order. They can see that the address for the order does not match the address on my account, but won’t update it to match. Until they fix their system, I don’t think I’ll be making anymore purchases.
My address "cant be found" by crickets website software when i try to activate my SIM card online???
I purchased a cricket SIM card through Amazon. I went through the "easy setup"website forms and everything works fine until I send my address, which is a regular street address in a rural area, and it refuses to accept it. It actually states "NOT FOUND" specifically when I type in my city. Customer service took so incredibly long, I tried to call twice and while on hold for exhorbitant amounts of time my phone battery died. TWICE.Cricket needs to upgrade their website software if they actually want customers. If I don't hear back from someone Im forced to return their SIM card and take my business somewhere else.Frustrated in WI
On 8/19/19 a hacker gained access to my cricket account somehow. They changed my password then ported my phone number away from my sim card. I do not know how this happened, but i have read that this occurred with other cricket customers. At this point they accessed all my bank accounts and paypal account using text verification and "forgot passwords." They began to transfer money out using the zelle p2p functionality. They also tried to gain access to my email account, but failed. I have had to freeze all online accounts and reset my account numbers. They only way I was able to recover my phone number was to purchase a new sim card and then have it ported back in. When I explained the situation to cricket customer service no one could explain how this could happen to me or understood what i was referring too. Again, I have read multiple reports of this happening to other cricket customers. Order of events. Received text no
I am having difficulty upgrading my son’s phone. I am on the Account Summary page, but there is no option to select a number or upgrade. I am given an option to add a line. But nowhere in the website do I have an option to upgrade. I have gone into the store and they sent me to the website. I went on chat and they were unable to help me. I tried it on Android, IOS and Windows devices.Dio you see the option to upgrade presented to you on your account?
My son got a new phone and I want to get a new sim card for it. Keeping his old number and keeping plan the same. I cannot see where I can order a new sim card for that number in my account. I have done this in the past but it seems something has changed?
On July 25, 2019 I woke up with no Cricket Wireless cell phone service. My cell number was stolen! They managed to get past my PIN and my security question?? Within minutes, I start receiving emails that someone was transferring money out of my online bank account. I also started receiving notifications from Credit Karma about inquiries to my credit bureau file. I went to the Cricket store and I had to buy a new SIM card and they were able to get my number back to me. During the 4-5 hours someone else had my phone number, they were applying for credit cards and loans in my name. For the past week, I have done nothing but call credit card companies and banks to issue fraud alerts, change logins, passwords etc. I was able to recover the several thousand dollars that was almost stolen from my account. Because my cell number was compromised, law enforcement recommended I change my cell phone number. So I had to go in the store and ADD a second line
Wow I used to rave about cricket wireless but now they have really let me down. They manage to lose both mine and my husbands phone numbers and have no way of fixing their mistake. I’ve spent hours othe phone with these people and their attitude is that their hands are tied and offer no resolution or explanation of what happened. These are our business numbers so this is a huge inconvenience. Not one apology from anyone but instead they try to make it sound like it is our fault somehow. We make our auto payments every month and are loyal customers. Please do your job and help people!
I just don't understand why CRICKET doesn't AUTOMATICALLY block spam text messages with NO Number Attached......... I am so tired of getting Spam messages that I can't block.Also, why does Cricket send block numbers to VOICEMAIL??? And why doesn't Cricket start AUTOMATICALLY block all spam numbers?
I have never had a problem with Cricket and I've been with them since 2009 however in our area for some reason it's been about 2 months to 3 months where no one in my family plan gets service! Hi, we've been on Cricket for about 6 months and in Paris and bought SIM cards to use while here. Unfortunately, the 2 iphones we purchased when we switched to Cricket are saying that they are locked. Can someone please help us unlock these 2 phones ASAP so we can get service? Thank you,
