Hello, I recently ordered a new phone thru the website and made it thru the entire transaction. I forgot the tracking number and noticed that I never got a confirmation email following the purchase. I have no idea what the number would be to see how long it would take to receive said phone. Any help concerning this matter would be appreciated. Jeff
Horrible customer service wait time i was on hold for over an hour got two questions in then with out saying anything was put back on hold for ten minutes then hung up oni called back been on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still goingi will stay on tell they close at 9 and it 6 nowi know there is a virus going on but 3 hours plus on hold is just poor customer service its a good way to lose customers if you ask me and if i am on hold till 9 i wont pay for my next month and most likely will look for another phone companyand if you get a hold of me and please do i wont you to check the call log so you can see i did not make it upthank you and hope you can help
My husband has had an account for 2 years with auto-pay. Yesterday I went to Cricket's web to change his payment preference but got an error message that his username and/or password was not valid. I re-typed it and got the same message. What was odd was there was also a "Welcome back" and then his username. I tried the other option of entering his phone number. The error message said the number didn't exist. I went to chat; explained (after having to go through the stupid autobot!). They looked it up and said his account had been erased because of inactivity on their site!! WHAT??? If everything is working as it should...why would I need to sign in on their site??? Auto-pay takes out the money every month. We're not behind. His phone works fine. No problems there.....so why would they erase his account???The Rep told me he'd have to register all over again. That's NOT going to happen. This company has very bad reviews with customer service. I'm not wasting any more money with the
I reported my phone stolen on march 18th and had a new phone shipped to my house the very next day. Well I set the phone up on the march 19th and it worked perfectly for 4 days and then all of a sudden my mobile data quits working and I log into my cricket account and it says my phone had been suspended after it had worked for several days. Im currently waiting for customer service and have been waiting for over and hour. Does anyone know why they suspend my phone days after I reported it stolen and had already received the new phone and set it up.
My account was cancelled today and my number was fraudulently ported out. I was unable to reach a Customer Service rep after sitting on hold for 3.5 hours. Once the thief had access to my phone number they were able to change my password on my email and then a whole bunch of other sites. Is there anybody I can contact, or who can contact me to help get this sorted. Thanks.
My cricket phone is not working. Your towers in Mecina Ohio have been down since about 1:30 AM on March 19, 2020. They were sketchy and in out the day before. This is the worst possible thing you can do at the worst possible time. Your employees in the store lied and sId your engineers would have it back up in a couple hours that was 11.5 hours ago. I have a Mother in a nursing home who is very ill and it was her 85th birthday. Since they are on lockdown with Corona Virus isolation, she needs to be able to call me for support. You ruined her 85th birthday because I could not call and also could not get the nurses reports on her current health. You did not put anything on the news about it, you did not email us or in anyway let us know. You did this this summer fot 5 days knowing the towers would be down with no communication to customers. Right now you pretty much suck. I can not be without a phone. On top of not being able to communicate with my Mom and the Nursing home she is in, If
I was charged 2 days ago for this months phone service as normal. However, without my consent, my account has been suspended and I have no phone service. Cricket is now charging me a $25 reactivation fee to get it all back. Customer service representatives have not been answering calls and chats, unless it is to hang up or leave the chat. Please fix this issue, and the lack of customer support
I went in to the new Cricket store here in Clearlake, CA. I had service with Verizon and explained to Lindsey what I had. I had a phone with unlimited calls and text ($30/mo) as well as a hotspot ($50/mo) which was also unlimited. Total being $80 per month. With this knowledge I was told the phone I now have would be a good choice, which is ok. The price per month is $60 +- which is ok. The problem is that in only a couple days I was already receiving messages saying I had used up my hotspot. I'm on SSI, all I want is my hotspot ability with this phone without additional cost like I was looking for and I'll have no problem here.
I just want to say here and everywhere that I can post. Cricket has horrible customer service. I’ve had my iPhone for a month, and I just got transferred to Arkansas with my job, my phone has no service here so I called you guys for help. Well that was a joke, no help at all, except to tell me that I could continue to pay my bill for 5 more months with no service and then they would release my phone, I mean really, who would be stupid enough to do that? I am only going to be here for a few months, and was going to switch back when I moved back. Anyway, we are going to be done with your no help at all company. This iPhone will make a good paper weight I guess. Thanks a lot.
I am a current sprint customer. I want to bring my phone numbers to cricket to save some money, but i can not get the promotion of 2 iphones for $49 each (on the 60 month plan) because the system is incorrectly assuming that i already use the promotion. I have not use the promotion! I place and order for one iphone6 and one iphone7 online 3 weeks ago no problem. Within an hour of placing the order i canceled it because my daughter wanted an Iphone 7 instead of the iphone six as i have just ordered. So I cancel the order withing the hour of placing it. And I am unable to re do the order since. I have gone to the chat multiple times. I have called many times. Always explaining that i have not used the promo. I have not received anything. it is just the buffer of the system that needs to be cleared. but I get no help. Everyone i chat to with or call says the same. I cancel the porting or did something to fix it and you should tried again in an hour. But i try and still the same. I cr
Anyone else hate how cricket will ONLY give you a new phone at a discount price if you bring them new customers!? So if I play salesman for them then I can buy a new phone for the same price they will give a new customer, but if I don't sale sale sale then they charge an arm and a leg for a new phone!! Thanks for the throttling of data and thank you for the HHUUUGGGEEEE loyalty perks you guys give to us existing customers (for now anyways)
Why can't I ever order a new upgrade phone off the website? I have been having this problem for years now. However I've tried different forms of payment cards, check to see if the address matched with the card and it always does. I also tried a different browser and different devices to order my devices and still the same problem. What gives? I'm about to go to another company like Verizon.
I set my phone down a lot, but when i go to pick it back up, there seems to always be some sort of advert on the screen. Now, ive checked and stopped all events running in the background, yet the phone still does it. Kind of annoying, and puts strain on battery life, especially when youre working and cannot manage your cellular phone 24/7, as the screen lights up when these ads pop up, and it wont turn off unless you dismiss the ad.Why is this? I pay you guys for service, i pay for my cell phone, yet, you guys still find it necessary to run ads? Like, just now, whule typing this post, an ad popped up for "Wish" i dont need Wish, i dont like the app, but itll keep on doing it over and over again. Its relentless and annoying. Its making me very dissatisfied with your company.
I have been using Cricket for almost 5 yrs and overall have been very happy with the coverage and service. I do not understand why as a loyal customer I do not get the same prices on Phones as a new customer. Is Cricket encouraging me to get a number from a different carrier and than port it in to get these prices??? Help me out here guys. Your marketing genius can do better than this. I walked in Cricket wireless store aka Crown Wireless Corp, 3523 N Beltline Rd Irving 76062. I was greeted as, "hey you want to pay bill?" I said no, I'd like to port in my line. She yells someone's name in the back to "come out and help this guy" wow - customers are not Sir, Gentleman, Mr. but a "guy". This young man tries to pull a fast one on me - yea, phone is free if you select $60 plan and $25 activation fee and..... wait for it.... "your taxes would be $30" - I said, what! what rate tax you are charging me - he goes, oh thats your total, your phone, your first month bill, your protection. I said Protection plan is $7 right, how come it gets up to $30? Then this new manager girl who just had walked from behind jumped in and says, yeah yeah thats your total with phone, first month bill and taxes - I said, but I am porting in my line so phone is free... so she says, yea but then case cover etc all comes to $30 - I said no I decline - I don't want any - she says oh then y

I've been with cricket for over 7 years now, I think the coverage is decent and I like the phones that I have gotten over the years. I just wish that they took as much care with long time customers as they do with people who switch!!! Why should we have to pay 100+ for a phone to upgrade and a new person can come, switch carriers and pay 10 bucks(I'm exaggerating a bit but yeah) for the same phone?
