Why wont Cricket Wireless, fix their website issue on their data plan web site page. I have contacted them before about it. They refuse to fix their website. It will not display their data plans. I uploaded a screen shot for you to see. I was interested in signing up for a plan, but I am not going to sign up if I don’t know the plan details.
I ported my number into Cricket via phone call. The agent said he set up the free phone for me. Something went wrong and they now say I needed to do it online. Why would such a big company cheat a customer out of a free phone? They know it is a new number so why can’t they just fix it?

On our way back from vacation, our phone lost connectivity. Nothing out of the ordinary for Cricket but after a couple hours, i did become concerned. So I contacted Cricket that stated both my wife and I had their cell phones ported to another carrier. They've been investigating for seven days now. Seven! What that really means is they hope i just go away. Today, i woke up and my Cricket phone was wiped clean. Cricket obviously sent a signal to it. Which wiped out my historic data/texts. And all pictures/videos. So, i said enough of this BS and filed a BBB complaint. Not that it will do anything. Is it too much to hope for a giant meteor taking out Crickets HQ?
Yes I know the requirements. An I have an unlimited plan for both. I have screenshots of the requirements with the parts the apply to my contract highlighted. But I turns out cricket wireless don't have an email address I can an find to submit to avoid arguing with customer support. Also the the 3.1 plus...... should go back to a beta version it's nice phone lots of glitches an bugs tho constantly having to restart stop at force stop apps and restart them. An my assistant only works if she wants to. She responds vocally 1in10 times the other 9 time I have to look to she if she listening. An I should be comped for haveing to back the the store a day later to get my hot spot activate. umm yeah I told the girl I would be needed the hot spot so y didn't she add it.... Cuz she was to busy talking to other employees than listening to customers. When I went an told them I wasn't happy that she didn't add the hot spot she gave me 47 excuses how it was my fault. well shilt sorry I was so nice y
I went into the Columbus Indiana store to ask for help on a claim. I had Insurance on a phone and the guy told me that I didn't ask to speak to another employee. He stated he was only one working there he got upset that I asked to speak to someone else he said his name was Robert. He said he was the manager this happened two days ago. When you wrote his first name down he put Robert and then tore it up cussed me out and told me to leave the store said he was going to call the cops I didn't want any further problems so was just going to file complaint online and turn into the Better Bureau Business. Customer service is terrible i've been with you guys for 2 and 1/2 years on a family share plan of six phone lines two separate accounts my wife has lost her phone and we had insurance on it paying $11 a month it was a iPhone 10s I think this guy needs to be fired I will be switching companies here in the next few days can somebody please get back with me and let this be known to HR or someb
Just another existing customer trying to get a new-customer deal. I’m looking into the iPhone XR from cricket, but its over $100 more as an existing customer. I plan on getting a cheap $15 prepaid line from T-Mobile, and porting that number over to cricket to get the iPhone. Then cancelling both the cheap tmobile line and line I used to get the iphone, and inserting my current sim. Has anyone had any experience doing something like this?
I recently bought a new Samsung A14 it cost me almost $300 now I live in Mexicali which is in Mexico where I'm supposed to have service ok now it did work maybe 3 times to make calls to the U.S. so I got upset and went back to the cricket store where I purchased the phone and tried to get my money back because I wanted to switch to TMobile but I was a day late so no refund now I explained what the problem was and the rep explained to me what I needed to do so since I needed another phone I did the transfer my number and got a new phone only to have the same problem which I still paid almost $100 for activation fee and taxes and so on so now I'm stuck with two phones that I have to pay $90 a month for service that doesn't work what can I
I purchased a new phone 9/17/19 at the store in Duluth MN. It is now 9/18/19 and I'm getting a bill for not purchasing the phone I am now posting this with. How is this even possible to walk out of the store without paying for the phone. Mind you that I didn't bring a phone with I got it from the store. Payed for the activation, payed for the service plan but they didn't charge me for the phone. The manager of the store when I tried to explain the situation didn't even understand how I walked out with the phone and all other questions asked were answered with ok ok ok very disrespectful. I should have payed for the phone right then and there but didn't and now I'm getting a text notice saying they are going to shut my phone off 9/19/19 if I don't pay that. Wow is all I can say for the manager at the Duluth store for letting his other employees screw people and then be disrespectful to me for asking why should be fired for that. I had a seystem software up date to my lg stylo 6 and now i have notice some much needed functions are buged or broken. After the update i noticed the biggest concer is that i no longer have the ability to put any type of lock screen on my divece other than swipe and none. I have tryed numerous fixes and dont have the ability to factory reset my device due to this hass all my information needed for my daily tasks.
Same story I am reading. Customer since 2014. Number ported out 16 days ago. 3.cases crested, no help from Customer service. Called AT&T since they own cricket. Found more information from AT&T and the Verizon where my number was sent. Seems cricket and A I artificial intelligence is now a scammers dream come true! I would not recommend cricket to anyone after all my years with them. Filled FCC , FTC complaints. Also filed FBI IC3 complaint. Do the leg work yourself find your number and pressure cricket.
I brought My Dad in to Cricket, he told them that I referred him and I also Went to the site and filled out info stating I referred Him. Mentioned this to them SEVERAL TIMES over the past couple of years, NADA!!! have since referred a couple of friends, nada, nothing. My Dad has referred friends, nothing. No credits. This is a joke or????
I placed online order last Thursday for my wife. Shipping confirmation with a UPS Tracking sent last friday. UPS Tracking never got updated after 3/15 2 AM. Cricket customer service yesterday and today assured it will be delivered today but was never delivered.I was keep explaining the customer care that UPS Tracker was never updated after 3/15 2 AM but both the representatives were giving their super assurance that this will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM. That means they never clicked “Shipment Progress” and saw the updates. They just looked the main tracking information and was keep assuring this will be delivered on 3/16 by 9 PM. Now it is past 9 PM, UPS tracker still says it will be delivered by 3/16 9 PM with no further scanning of my package. What a Cricket Customer Service?
I've been with cricket for over 7 years now, I think the coverage is decent and I like the phones that I have gotten over the years. I just wish that they took as much care with long time customers as they do with people who switch!!! Why should we have to pay 100+ for a phone to upgrade and a new person can come, switch carriers and pay 10 bucks(I'm exaggerating a bit but yeah) for the same phone?
How could a Cricket executive decide to send an advertisement on Easter Sunday morning?!? That is the most sacred of the Christian holidays. The text arrived on my Cricket phone at 7:16 in the morning. Bad enough an advertisement is sent early on any Sunday morning, but how culturally insensitive do you have to be to send a commercial message on Easter?
I placed a order on 12/05/2019 My current service was to expire on 12/07/2019 and there were to transfer my number On 12/06/2019 contacted customer support and was told number had be ported so just to wait on phone and service card to activate First next deliver didn't work ok with that On 12/09/2019 I get a email ordered had been cancelled After I had been told number had been ported and everything was good to go Contacted customer support again ( this was done through chat so there would be a record ) when they look at chat transcript they could not because someone had deleted my pin and other info already. At this point i am really realy po my service with other had expired and I was not any shape or form getting any answers from CricketDon't understand why I am being denied service and/or being punish for someone error mistake How can everything be ok on Friday and 2 days later someone screwed it up.
