I am having difficulty upgrading my son’s phone. I am on the Account Summary page, but there is no option to select a number or upgrade. I am given an option to add a line. But nowhere in the website do I have an option to upgrade. I have gone into the store and they sent me to the website. I went on chat and they were unable to help me. I tried it on Android, IOS and Windows devices.Dio you see the option to upgrade presented to you on your account?
My son got a new phone and I want to get a new sim card for it. Keeping his old number and keeping plan the same. I cannot see where I can order a new sim card for that number in my account. I have done this in the past but it seems something has changed?
On July 25, 2019 I woke up with no Cricket Wireless cell phone service. My cell number was stolen! They managed to get past my PIN and my security question?? Within minutes, I start receiving emails that someone was transferring money out of my online bank account. I also started receiving notifications from Credit Karma about inquiries to my credit bureau file. I went to the Cricket store and I had to buy a new SIM card and they were able to get my number back to me. During the 4-5 hours someone else had my phone number, they were applying for credit cards and loans in my name. For the past week, I have done nothing but call credit card companies and banks to issue fraud alerts, change logins, passwords etc. I was able to recover the several thousand dollars that was almost stolen from my account. Because my cell number was compromised, law enforcement recommended I change my cell phone number. So I had to go in the store and ADD a second line
Wow I used to rave about cricket wireless but now they have really let me down. They manage to lose both mine and my husbands phone numbers and have no way of fixing their mistake. I’ve spent hours othe phone with these people and their attitude is that their hands are tied and offer no resolution or explanation of what happened. These are our business numbers so this is a huge inconvenience. Not one apology from anyone but instead they try to make it sound like it is our fault somehow. We make our auto payments every month and are loyal customers. Please do your job and help people!
I just don't understand why CRICKET doesn't AUTOMATICALLY block spam text messages with NO Number Attached......... I am so tired of getting Spam messages that I can't block.Also, why does Cricket send block numbers to VOICEMAIL??? And why doesn't Cricket start AUTOMATICALLY block all spam numbers?
I have never had a problem with Cricket and I've been with them since 2009 however in our area for some reason it's been about 2 months to 3 months where no one in my family plan gets service! Today I spoke with a rep and a supervisor who both told me that they could not help me that I just had to put up with having no service while they charge me!while looking through the terms and agreements they contradict themselves because they state that they know that they cannot check the phone service signal and Tower Service as they do not have access they're only taking a guess also in another paragraph under terms and conditions it states that due to their outstanding customer service they will try to compensate us while they fix the issue and that is clearly misleading and misrepresentation!Availability of Service and CoverageAvailability of Service and Coverage Services may be interrupted, delayed, or otherwise limited for a variety of reasons, including environmental conditions, unavaila
Hi, we've been on Cricket for about 6 months and in Paris and bought SIM cards to use while here. Unfortunately, the 2 iphones we purchased when we switched to Cricket are saying that they are locked. Can someone please help us unlock these 2 phones ASAP so we can get service? Thank you,
Hello I am set to leave this coming Friday to Europe, I really don't want to buy a new phone over there would rather use my iPhone by purchasing a sim card, problem is i have only had my service with cricketwireless for 3 months and I know you have to have it for 6 months before they unlock it, is there a away around this limitation??Thank youLuis
I would like to know how to file a complaint through the corporate office the number that they have keeps ringing busy and every time you talk to one of the customer service representatives and ask them to get you to check over to someone they hang the phone up on you when you ask for a supervisor or anything so I need to reach someone to file a complaint and have someone to listen to those calls because this is ridiculous
I paid to separate my phone num we and account from another so how can cricket let the account holder I separated myself from Blacklist my phone? The phone belongs to me and I paid to have it removed from his account but yet cricket still let the other account black list it after it was separated and I turn it on in another account? How is this legally possible?
I am the sole owner of this device from day one and never had it on another carrier. I have been with Cricket wireless for several years.Just yesterday my IMEI number got blocked for supposedly being reported as Lost or Stolen. Spent near an hour with Chat and was basically told that the only way for an IMEI number to get blocked is to either call my carrier (Cricket) and request that my IMEI number be blocked or log into my account and report it there.So I did no such thing and I am somehow blocked. They it can take 3 t o 5 days to get my phone unblocked. Further into the conversation I was told that it most likely a system glitch on their end. They said that they could submit to have the IMEI unblocked but there was no guarantee that it would stay unblocked until the unblocked request went through which can take 3 to 5 days.So my IMEI was unblocked for most of the day and then I get a TXT message saying, "Cricket here! We couldn't remove the device with IMEI ending XXXXXXXXXXXX
Is it common practice at cricket to charge the customer for your mistakes and poor equipment. I switch my service less then a month ago had to call customer service as soon as I got home from the store. For the last 2 weeks I have been jumping thru every hoop you guys have given me, even took 2 days off work to try and get this resolved. The 2 choices I seem to be left with is either pay for a new sim card, that I have already for once and not received in working order, or I can send my phone in and be without a phone, that I paid for along with service that I'm not receiving, for at least 2 business days. Is this your version customer care? And where is this appreciation your site is boosting about, 20th birthday and we would like to thank you. I would of rather you kept your appreciation if this is what it looks like
Hello,I just recently purchased the Moto G 7 Supra from Cricket and the phone came preloaded with the mycricket app but it just won't work.I updated it to the 2.7.2 latest version but it never opens or even lets me get to the log in screen.If I down grade to the previous version, I can get to the login screen but after inputting my name/phone number and password, it goes to another screen where it looks as though it shows a activity/progress bar, but then nothing happens and I can't log in.What's weird is that I can download the mycricket app to another one of my unlocked phones not using Cricket's service, and I can log in just fine, but a phone bought from Cricket and preloaded from Cricket doesn't work.I would uninstall it and reinstall it but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that.Anyone have any ideas as to what I could try?Thanks.
