They hired an 18 year old still in school. And some girl name nicki. Nicki has been calling the boss every time this highschooler turned around. Snitching and lieing. Boss won't listen or watch cameras. Boss fired highschooler because she left in the middle of sale. SHE LEFT TO GET TO HIGHSCHOOL and had already stayed past her time and was going to be late. Boss won't listen to her about this other girl being ride to old people and not helping them with their phone and refuses to make a sale to poor people (her words). Or the cussing in the back room while she is on her phone and there is customer in the store. No she won't listen cause it's the kids being dramatic but she will listen to the little pot head that's always stoned off her ass and refusing to wait on customers or lies about being a cop.
I ordered my new phone and line yesterday and i got a email today saying that i need to update information to confirm the number transfer, but when i click on the button to update my info, it just sends me to a page saying "Transfer Delayed" and says that they are woking to transfer my number, and then gives me a option to track my order, which also says processing. If anyone knows how to help me itd be much appreciated, i dont have a phone right now and need one fast i dont want any delays

Hello,Yesterday evening, I attempted to upgrade my phone. Upon entering my card number (FYI the number that is in the system for monthly renewal payments) it said there was an issue with the card processing. Knowing there were no issues with the account itself, I went through and re-typed information to make sure it was correct. Same error message. I did this again, thinking it was a problem with the hyphen in my name. Same message. I went to my bank account, since that did begin to worry me. All was fine, except for one issue - there were indeed THREE pending payments in my account that were apparently saying they weren’t processing. Well, you don’t have after hour customer service hours, so I had to wait until the next morning to call customer service. I waited 20 minutes on hold and finally spoke to an agent - after being on about 10 minutes, and getting no information, I had to get on a work call and asked to be called back at 10:15 am. I never received that call. I did call myself
I am very disappointed in the response I was given by Cricket Wireless. I have been victim to a scam I argue Cricket Wireless is partly responsible in. I was sold an iPhone XS on Facebook in Canada only to later realize that it was blacklisted by a US carrier named Cricket Wireless. A police investigation could not identify the seller who sold me the iPhone. The scammer succeeded in fooling me out of 750 CAD. Police have decided to return the phone to me. There is no dispute around the fact that I purchased the phone legally and in good faith. On top of that, the phone was not reported stolen or lost as you would think. Cricket Wireless blacklisted the phone for “First Party Never Pay” which is saying that a client ran off with the phone after signing a service contract to presumably start the scam I ended up being victim to. My bill is $110 with hot spot I made a payment of $120 to get $10 on extra hotspot plus the $25 for referral so I call a day before to have them add on the hotspot the costumer service never one Sayed to me to wait until my bill cycle to star to do the add-on he said I will do it and it will star next bill cycle on the 12th restar ur phone to get ur hot spot well guess what woke up to no service call them and all they did was activated again but refuse to give me my hotspot if they didn't want to give me the 25 for referral that's fine but on top of that they took my extra 10 bucks I work so hard for and keep it saying they had nothing that can be done I hate cricket it was a bad investment and since I hardly work bcs of the covid19 am stuck with them if I had the extra cash I would move back to boost don't recommend this company at all
Okay brace yourselves if you’re not ready to hear something negative because I have a lot to share. Yesterday I decided to call to cricket wireless and let them know that I would be switching providers because I am not happy with their cellular service. The representative let me know that it would not be an issue to switch my account and that all she would have to do is allow the account to naturally suspend due to nonpayment, and then the account would eventually cancel. I switch over to AT&T and decided to reactivate my phone. AT&T the informed me that my phone was still locked by cricket wireless. So I then had to proceed with a second phone call to cricket customer service to see why I was not able to switch over my device. I was been told by a second representative that my account was canceled and that there was no way from my phone line to get transferred over because the account with Cricket was already closed. Hello!I was wondering if it was possible to get a record of when text messages were sent, and to whom said messages were sent to. I accidentally deleted a text conversation I had on my iPhone, and sadly, I don't have a suitable backup to recover said conversation. I don't need the content of the text messages--merely the times and recipients. I know that Cricket's parent company (AT&T) does indeed keep such logs, so I was hoping Cricket would to.If it helps, I live in the state of California, so would I be able to request a text message log using a privacy request thanks to the California Consumer Privacy Act?

I sat and waiting for an agent to talk to me for about 10-15 minutes when your agent April K joined me. She said she was going to look at my account to fully review my request. I hadn’t told her anything about my problem so I asked her how does she know what I requested if I haven’t told her yet. She responded with I need your phone number. I gave her my phone number, and then told her what my problem was. I waited like 10 minutes with no response when I got sent to wait for another agent. She didn’t say anything to me, just left. Then I got to wait for another agent for about 30 minutes after that. Needless to say, I’m already pretty upset with what’s going on. I got my phone on MONDAY, and for some reason it’s now Thursday and no one can figure out how to activate my phone, yet I’ve already paid for it. SO that’s fun.
