Why is it that after being a responsible customer for so long, there are no discounts for upgrading your phone? They charge the amount they sell for everywhere. Not to mention, I haven’t upgraded once in three years. But new accounts get a $300.00 discount.I understand new accounts are important but most of those new accounts are due to your current customers word of mouth.Current customers and their history should account for something with upgrades, shouldn’t they?
Honestly, the reason I joined cricket was because I needed a new phone and they offered a free one if I switched from my old provider. The service is choppy at best, the cost is pretty high, and I have had nothing but issues making payments. I have issues with autopay because every time I try to set it up “There is a problem with the server right now, try again later.” When I try to make a manual payment, it says my card info is incorrect which is false. I’ll enter it in around 8 times and it won’t go through. Chat support is a joke and only tells you to call 611 anyway so just avoid using that option. I called 611 about my payments issues and they basically said “sorry, we can’t help you. call your bank.” So that was another 30 minutes of hold time that I sat through for nothing. I will be looking at other options for phones. This is just absolutely ridiculous.
Three lines on my account were illegally ported a week ago to another carrier. I was told I wojld hear something within 3-5 business days. Times up! I called back today and after being on hold for 15 min then hung up on immediately and calling back and waiting AGAIN I was told it is still being investingated and I should hear something by Tuesday. Meanwhile my daughter was out of state when this happened and had to pay over $60 to get a new line. Cricket refuses to help with this even though it’s Crickets system that has been hacked. I also had to pay for a new line and my boyfriend has had no phone for a week now. I asked if the fees could be waived for another line so he could have a phone while we wait and was given a $10 credit? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I have been a Cricket customer for over six years and you refuse to make this right. I need my numbers back. My daughter is now locked out of her school account and I’ve had several other accounts that have been accessed due to your lac
I just want to say here and everywhere that I can post. Cricket has horrible customer service. I’ve had my iPhone for a month, and I just got transferred to Arkansas with my job, my phone has no service here so I called you guys for help. Well that was a joke, no help at all, except to tell me that I could continue to pay my bill for 5 more months with no service and then they would release my phone, I mean really, who would be stupid enough to do that? I am only going to be here for a few months, and was going to switch back when I moved back. Anyway, we are going to be done with your no help at all company. This iPhone will make a good paper weight I guess. Thanks a lot.
I lost my phone on a train in Germany yesterday and have two pressing issues:I cannot access my Cricket account because I have forgotten my username/password and have no phone for things to be texted to. At minimum I’d like to cancel the autopay feature. I have ordered a new cellphone but would like the same number as my old phone (I have no idea how to do this).I would greatly appreciate any help! How could a Cricket executive decide to send an advertisement on Easter Sunday morning?!? That is the most sacred of the Christian holidays. The text arrived on my Cricket phone at 7:16 in the morning. Bad enough an advertisement is sent early on any Sunday morning, but how culturally insensitive do you have to be to send a commercial message on Easter?
I have held an account with cricket for about 5 years - with a 5 line family plan. I have paid on time every month and I have never had issues. This past May my family and I moved to the Florida Panhandle (we established our service in Tampa). Since moving, our reception is spotty or non-existent. After several calls to customer service and many visits to the local cricket store, no one can help me fix this BUT they are all quick to suggest I buy something else from them. I have purchased new SIM cards, had our phones reset, you name it - all in a week - with no results. This is very disappointing and as soon as we find another company, we are taking our business elsewhere.

I used to get text notifications when my bill was due and when I paid my bill. Now I don't get any. How do I add this back on? I need the notifications to remind me because I get so busy I forget to make a payment.Thank you for any help on this.
Is it common practice at cricket to charge the customer for your mistakes and poor equipment. I switch my service less then a month ago had to call customer service as soon as I got home from the store. For the last 2 weeks I have been jumping thru every hoop you guys have given me, even took 2 days off work to try and get this resolved. The 2 choices I seem to be left with is either pay for a new sim card, that I have already for once and not received in working order, or I can send my phone in and be without a phone, that I paid for along with service that I'm not receiving, for at least 2 business days. Is this your version customer care? And where is this appreciation your site is boosting about, 20th birthday and we would like to thank you. I would of rather you kept your appreciation if this is what it looks like
Same story I am reading. Customer since 2014. Number ported out 16 days ago. 3.cases crested, no help from Customer service. Called AT&T since they own cricket. Found more information from AT&T and the Verizon where my number was sent. Seems cricket and A I artificial intelligence is now a scammers dream come true! I would not recommend cricket to anyone after all my years with them. Filled FCC , FTC complaints. Also filed FBI IC3 complaint. Do the leg work yourself find your number and pressure cricket.
My wife, myself and daughter all have Cricket wireless. my number is 619 701 0130, wife’s is 619 701 6516 and they both work perfectly. My daughter just got a new iPhone X and we inserted her sim, and it shows Cricket Wireless on the home screen… but when ever she makes calls, no sound and then it cuts off. When we call her it goes straight to voicemail. Her number is 760-496-4956. She can’t even call 611. Can you help?
I want to brag on an employee name Jonavieve. The other day my husband called to get my daughter’s phone turned off. She’s 12, you know how it is. Well instead of just suspending her service, he said the phone was lost. When I called to get it back on Jonavieve said she had to get a ticket and it would be up to 10 days. She did get it back on right then, but said it was still on a block list, and could be cut off again. I want super happy, but was fine with it. We got off the phone and she called back just a couple of minutes later. She said since her shift was over, she was able to stay and research it some more. She was able to get it off the block list, and she wanted to let me know we wouldn’t be having any more problems. She was super nice and helpful, and she stayed at work a few extra minutes to see what else she could do. What a great employee!! She’s a keeper! (I have her employee number if you want it.)
