Service outage

Anyone else in the Reno NV area having issues with phone service I have no cell service or internet on my phone. Tried resetting phone and even pulling simcard out and restarting and still nothing

Service problems

12- 23-19 Service problems since last week, not repaired after tickets put in! 1 phone/account states private# out going other still no voice mail service! Other accounts in zelienople, Pa. 16063-2929 area having major issues also no texts no service calls not working no voice mail, its been a week! Gonna have to get new service! Im losing business! Never had problems for almost 20 years and I dont use face book. Please please look into into?! Sincerely John

Server issues

For two days my app keeps telling me that I can't sign in because they are having issues connecting to the server. I have uninstalled/re-installed, and cleared the cache. It still isn't working. Very inconvenient!

cancelled order

I placed a order on 12/05/2019 My current service was to expire on 12/07/2019 and there were to transfer my number On 12/06/2019 contacted customer support and was told number had be ported so just to wait on phone and service card to activate First next deliver didn't work ok with that On 12/09/2019 I get a email ordered had been cancelled After I had been told number had been ported and everything was good to go Contacted customer support again ( this was done through chat so there would be a record ) when they look at chat transcript they could not because someone had deleted my pin and other info already. At this point i am really realy po my service with other had expired and I was not any shape or form getting any answers from CricketDon't understand why I am being denied service and/or being punish for someone error mistake How can everything be ok on Friday and 2 days later someone screwed it up. Customer service says  it is all animated. That is even worse if it is true T

No deals

Just wanted to express my frustration with the fact that Cricket never offers any kind of phone deals for current customers!! It seems they only care about gaining more new customers than keeping the loyal customers satisfied as well!! It really sucks and I’m thinking about taking my service to someone who appreciates current customers as much as they do new ones!!!!

Phone upgrade issues

I am trying to upgrade 3 of the phones on my account and am having major issues with my online account and app.  I am trying to take advantage of the sale that ends today, 12/1/19, and have been trying since Friday morning (now Sunday).  I went to the store Friday and the associate told me that I could purchase the phones online instead of waiting in line in store.  They told me that I just needed to make sure and checkout separately for each individual phone line.  I then made an attempt to do this Saturday morning.  I purchased the first phone with no issue, but then when trying to purchase the second phone the system tried to get me to add a line and would not let me purchase any more phones for the other lines.  I then contacted customer service and they said I had to add each phone individually to the cart and then check out.  They cancelled my original purchase so I could make the new one.  Once that was done, I opened my app and saw that I

I have paid for a hotspot and it’s not working. It is saying I need to setup a hotspot through the website or call but I did and nothing changed. It’s saying my cricket is temporarily unavailable.

Message that "Your SIM sent a text" ????

I was browsing FB, and suddenly my phone switched to a black screen with the message "Your SIM send a text message."What is going on??  I tried to access text history to see what was sent and to who, but apparently Cricket doesn't offer text log access.Any help appreciated.  I don't like my phone going rogue :smileymad:

I used to get text notifications when my bill was due and when I paid my bill. Now I don't get any. How do I add this back on? I need the notifications to remind me because I get so busy I forget to make a payment.Thank you for any help on this.

Very Upset With Cricket Wireless

I have held an account with cricket for about 5 years - with a 5 line family plan. I have paid on time every month and I have never had issues. This past May my family and I moved to the Florida Panhandle (we established our service in Tampa). Since moving, our reception is spotty or non-existent. After several calls to customer service and many visits to the local cricket store, no one can help me fix this BUT they are all quick to suggest I buy something else from them. I have purchased new SIM cards, had our phones reset, you name it - all in a week - with no results. This is very disappointing and as soon as we find another company, we are taking our business elsewhere.

Horrible 4G LTE speeds from Noon to Midnight

ZIP Code: 24593 (Spout Spring VA) 24522 (Appomattox VA)I recently moved to Cricket and for the 1st 2 weeks was wonderful, speeds were far more amazing then my old carrier and I could use my phone for my job again.After the 2 weeks things went downhill quickly, upload and download speeds became unstable and unusable. Ive network reset, checked my APN, made sure everything was updated and so on. I am on the new $60 plan.The issue is on Band 2, the brief times I can get Band 12 the issue isn't there which suggests a tower issue. Will this issue be fixed soon or at least an option for a Moto Cruise to choose to use Band 12 and disable Band 2 for the moment? I need working stable data and no I do not have wi fi to connect to before anyone asks.

A "friend" borrowed my phone for the evening.  That was last Thursday.  Seems they don't want to turn it loose.  Some friend, huh? Is there anyway I can remotely suspend my account so they can't make calls / text?Thanks!

Does Cricket sell my information?

I've had service for 6 weeks and I've had no issues with spam texts or calls until the last few days. I'm getting multiple texts and calls per day harassing me with political nonsense. I keep blocking numbers and another one gets through. So annoying.

Bad customer service, always ignored

On 10/09/2019 my phone got damaged so made a claim that same day to get my phone replaced. It arrived on 10/10/2019. I activated it the day I received it. After a few hours I attempted to make a call and send a text when my call was rerouted to cricket wireless. This it continuously happened for 4 days. On this day, 10/14/2019, I’ve had to have my phone line unsuspended 3 times before noon. During the several times I spoke to customer service, I explained to them the problem. At first, they said my service was suspended because I didn’t turn my damaged phone to the insurance company, so as a result they put my phone on the national block list. I called the insurance company serval times and they informed me that they don’t have the power to put numbers on the national block list, only the service provider can do that. They also informed me that, me not sending the damaged phone immediately is not necessary because they want me to have time to see if the device is faulty and to get my i

How do I get cricket to make things right

I recently placed an online order and ported my number. Cricket sent it to the wrong address so they advised me to call FedEx to have it sent back before it got delivered because they could not change the delivery address. I was told I would receive a full refund for everything so I could replace the order online. I have been fighting with customer service on the phone now for 2 months and they keep saying that they can not do anything for me. I paid $119 and I still have no phone, no service, and the number that I ported was my number for my business so my customers can't reach me. Wtf is wrong with cricket. What I am getting told pretty much is that I wasted $119 dollars and gave my number to them. I'm so pissed that I'm going to seek legal action because cricket STOLE MY MONEY.

Hey there. You guys locked my phone for 6 months without being upfront about doing so. I just reviewed every cricket location within 200 miles and let EVERYONE know how sneaky you guys are.
