I have been using Cricket for almost 5 yrs and overall have been very happy with the coverage and service. I do not understand why as a loyal customer I do not get the same prices on Phones as a new customer. Is Cricket encouraging me to get a number from a different carrier and than port it in to get these prices??? Help me out here guys. Your marketing genius can do better than this. I am currently looking to upgrade my wife's phone.Fred Whitaker
It's been two weeks since I added a line to my account and was supposed to receive my line in one business day and after relentlessly calling no one seems to know how to resolve this issue and on going to the store in person the guy there was just soo rude and asked me to get a new phone..All I need is another line for my other phone which is working perfectly fine and a cricket phone for that matter. So can someone please help me resolve this issue or maybe it's just time to find another provider who can meet it's customers needs..
What I have now:Line 1 with Phone ALine 2 with Phone BLine 3 with Phone CWhat I want after:Line 1 with Phone D (New)Line 2 with Phone BLine 3 with Phone CLine 4 with Phone A (Previously on Line 1)Do I need to fully complete and activate the upgrade on line 1, then come back and select "Bring my Own Phone" for the new line? Can it all be done in one shopping cart transaction?
When you read the unlock code rules it states "The device you want to unlock has been active for at least six (6) months of paid service." Does that mean you need to be a Cricket paying customer for 6 months or you have to actually USE the phone for 6 months??? I HATE HATE HATE my phone. I have been a customer for 11 months now and keep switching back to my old unlocked phone because I hate this one so much. So I am not sure how much I have actually used it. I wanted to sell it to help pay for a new phone and I think it's worth more if it's unlocked! Thinking of cutting all ties with Cricket at this point as I am soooooo frustrated! Anyone know for sure how this rule works?
I set my phone down a lot, but when i go to pick it back up, there seems to always be some sort of advert on the screen. Now, ive checked and stopped all events running in the background, yet the phone still does it. Kind of annoying, and puts strain on battery life, especially when youre working and cannot manage your cellular phone 24/7, as the screen lights up when these ads pop up, and it wont turn off unless you dismiss the ad.Why is this? I pay you guys for service, i pay for my cell phone, yet, you guys still find it necessary to run ads? Like, just now, whule typing this post, an ad popped up for "Wish" i dont need Wish, i dont like the app, but itll keep on doing it over and over again. Its relentless and annoying. Its making me very dissatisfied with your company.

I have 2 lines on my account. I had 1 phone stolen. I reported it. They screwed it up so many times I kept having to call. In the end they reported my not stolen phone stolen. They actually never reported the stolen phone stolen until I called again and then they put both on stolen. I tried telling them that this one wasn't stolen, they told me to wait 2 weeks while they tried to get it off the stolen list. I did, and when I contacted them again they said it couldn't be removed, my phone is now junk and cannot be used on any carrier. I was told there was nothing they can do but I can upgrade and get a new device. Yeah, thanks. So cricket pretty much stole my phone.I got to say, I like Cricket a lot. I recommended them to a few people who now feel the same. But man, when you need customer service you're screwed. I haven't tried in person at a store though. So yeah, any ideas how to get my phone back? I have pictures on there of me from years ago before Cricket stole my phone. I can
