Out of country, whether WIFI calling is still free?
I am visiting my mom in China now. My plan is the $30 per month - 5 GB plan. (The plan was purchased in the USA ~ 3 years ago. I keep use it for more than 3 years now.)I try to log in my bank accounts on my laptop to pay bills. But the banks require me to input a code send by text for verifications.I turn on the WIFI calling and I did receive the texts from my banks in the USA.I wonder whether this is free? If not, how much it cost?It takes more than 24 hours for my cell phone be able to receive the texts from my banks in the USA since I turn on the WIFI calling. Some banks told me: “Your Online Banking account has been locked for security reasons. To unlock your account, please call Online Customer Service at 1-800-XXX-XXXX.”I wonder whether I can use my cell phone (a US phone number) to do the WIFI calling to my US banks from China? If yes, whether it is free?I also have several voice message in my cell phone. I believe they were come from my banks or credit cards in the USA recently
Personal Information Theft By Owners/Employees
I just wanted to let y’all know that there is a possibility that the owners/employees at one of your Cricket Wireless locations has been stealing personal information from your costumers. The address is: 3841 Veterans Blvd Ste 102 Metairie, LA 70002.I got my info stolen a while back and a few days later my info was used to open accounts outside of Cricket Wireless. One being Verizon Wireless while using all my information they asked me to provide out loud while there were people in the back room listening. This could all be a coincidence but I have been hearing bad things about the owner and his wife working together to do these things and I just wanted to let y’all know so it does not happen to other people. I already filed an identity theft and fraud report to both the police and the credit bureaus so it is all sorted on my end but I don’t want them to get away with doing things like this. So I am giving you all the heads up.Thank you

This is the second time that my service has got suspended because I got paid after my service was due and I've had to pay more than what they asked last time it was $20 I ended up paying $50 this time and it was $15 and I ended up paying $40 when do I get my money back
terrible service in north central FL
I live in north central Florida, Archer, bronson, chiegland, williston areas... I cannot have a phone conversation at pretty much anytime without dropping or extremely poor quality, hearing every 3rd word. When I contact support I'm told they are having issues in area, but this is over a year now! I'm over it. Anyone seeing same issues? I'm using an A52 5g... (phone is fine)
what if my mobile number has been stolen？
Since last week, I have been frequently receiving phone calls from unknown phone numbers, and the callers claim that they have a missed call from me and want to know why I called. I told them that I have never called them before, but someone sent me a screenshot of their phone showing a missed call from my number.However, I have never dialed these numbers. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? What is going on? What should I do?
I need help getting my refund.
I bought a phone last summer with Cricket. I used Affirm to make monthly payments. I received the phone and didn't like it. I never used it. I promptly requested a return. I sent the phone back in the time allocated for a return. Since then, every time I call Cricket asking about my refund, it seems that there are many excuses. I've been transferred to different departments and sometimes back to the same department that I had already spoken to. Now, I'm still paying for this phone through Affirm because they have never contacted by Cricket. The last time I called Cricket, I was on the phone with them for 2 and a half hours. When I was supposed to be transferred to Affirm through Cricket along with the representative from Cricket to clear this up, he was no longer on the call. This was supposed to be a three way call to confirm the refund. As of today, I have paid 296 dollars. Now do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. This is ridicu
Strange acting and threatening Cricket employee
On 3/5/2023 we visited the cricket store at 5141 O St, in Lincoln, NE at about 350 pm. It was right before closing time, since it closed at 4pm on Sundays.We asked to buy an older model (cheaper) iphone to replace a broken (and very old, 6s i think) phone on our plan. The man working there provided us with a phone (iphone SE), and when we asked how much the phone would cost, he told us, but did not state that it was a "bundle" price, so we assumed it was the cost of the phone.Nonetheless, he gave us a screen protector and case. And so we asked if that was included as part of some sort of 'welcome package' for the phone? And he said yes. He did not give us a choice of what phone case we might want, and did not give us the box for the case. He never told us that it was a "bundle" or gave us any choices about having a "bundle" vs. just getting the phone.Overall, we were conscious that it was after closing time by the time we were done, and grateful for the employee being willing to help u
Why can't a person cancel an online order online or after office hours?
Last night I ordered an upgrade phone to replace my existing one -- a 6 year old LG.When I ordered, I mistakenly chose the wrong $49 Samsung upgrade phone. I tried to find a Cancel Order button on the website, but found none. I tried to call Customer Service, but it was after their office hours.This morning, I received a shipping confirmation from Cricket. I called Customer Service, who told me I could order the correct phone, and that when I receive the incorrect one, to return it un-opened and un-activated, and I'd be credited the associated costs.After talking to CS, I tried to order the correct Samsung online. The order page still showed $49 for an existing account/upgrade, but in the shopping cart, it appears as $189.I called CS a second time, and was told that even without receiving/opening/activating the incorrect phone, Cricket now views the wrong phone as the official one in my account, and I'm therefore ineligible for the discount upgrade on trhe correct one, and that this i

My wife recently joined cricket. She also shortly thereafter was diagnosed with cancer. Needless to say our finances turned upside down but she qualified for a free service from Q Link. We found out her own unlocked phone was locked by Cricket. We are about broke with the medical costs and need her phone unlocked to transfer over. We have tried everything with customer service and no response. She is going thru Chemo now with a Bone Marrow transplant in a couple weeks. We really dont need anymore headaches now. Can someone help us get phone unlocked?
After upgrading my phone
Hi, I recently upgraded my iphone to a new one (iphone 11).The package was delivered with a new sim card as well as a new phone, so I put the new sim card in my new phone. Following the instruction, I tried to activate it online, but it consistently failed to find my order, showing an error message like “Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later.”My new phone looked to work well without activation, but I found that iMessage and FaceTime were not activated on my new phone and the text message was still sent to the old phone. Could you help me to solve this issue?
Hello can an employee please help with a return status? The phone was received back by cricket warehouse on Tuesday and I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What is weird is that instead of receiving a Return Received Confirmation Email, I received a CANCELation email….which makes completely no sense to me. Call with a problem was transferred to Warranty… Asked to speak to a supervisor, supervisor came on line asked for my account pin number. I asked why he would need that. He hung up. Called back, finally got another cust serv person. Asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a supervisor. After taking with her she was talking to me and just hung up.And it was a problem with a new phone I purchased. It crapped out. I got it running again and then it would run a app, it was just Uber, the only app I use on my PHONE. I use my phone as a phone not a multi-media device, I have a computer for that and a tablet. My phone is my PHONE.So, now I guess I write a letter to corporate but I doubt that won’t do any good. I would change carriers but I don’t have a problem with the service, just customer service.And the store I purchased the phone wouldn’t do a thing either as the screen had about a millimeter scratch on the screen in the upper right hand corner and would exchange it.
i need to know if my account is active i lost my phone
I lost my phone about 6 months ago and had auto pay set up and money keeps getting deducted from my account from my debit card so I believe my phone is still getting actively paid up to date if so I need to kno how I can get another phone and sim card to replace it so I can get.
