I am a little confused as to why I have not received an email to track my order yet...I placed an online order yesterday for a new phone and it's still saying the payment is pending yet I haven't received any tracking email and it would be nice to know that my order is being processed and your not just with holding my funds thank you...I am paying that money for my new phone, I would like to receive it now thank you
Do I just have to accept being screwed over?
A little background story, my mother and I were on a joint plan when I was younger and still living with her. We decided to split up and went a cricket store to get that done. The rep there messed up and switched our phone numbers (did not realize this until we started getting texts meant for the other person). We went back to the cricket store and were told we werent able to change it. Now I've had an account under my mothers name for the past 3 years.My current issue is:I have insurance through Asurion and trying to replace my broken s8. They are now requiring me to send in a copy of my mom's drivers license in order to approve my claim. Ok, thats inconvenient since she lives out of state. I get the copy of the driver's license, send it in, then Asurion tells me they wont accept it because its expired. My mom has an unpaid $1500 ticket from 2013 she absolutely cant afford to pay, so she cant replace her ID. She doesnt even drive anymore. Asurion is telling me the only way I
Phone service no longer working.none of our phones will dial out and hasnt since june 1st
We are on the 4 phone plan yet none of our phones will make calls and jasnt since we paid the bill on june 1st.We've called multiple times about it & jst get another wk that they will be fixed.Its been over a month an we still cant call out so if this issue isnt resolved soon,come Aug 1st,we will all leave cricket.Wich is sad because i was on cricket for 5 yrs an never had any issues before but this is totally unacceptable,paying $115 for phones we cant make calls on.
Address verification problem - cannot order anything from Cricket
It would be great if Cricket could make address verification optional or skippable like most websites. I want to upgrade my phone but I can't order anything online from Cricket because my address isn't in the USPS or whatever other database they verify addresses with. I have a PO Box with one zip code and a street address with another, that's just the way it works in my location. I only get mail at the PO box, FedEx and UPS deliver to my street address with no problems. I live in a ZIP code served by PO boxes and so my street address for one reason or another is not in the database. My credit card address matches my street address. On most other sites you can just click something like "I acknowledge that you did not validate my address but proceed anyway". Customer service over the phone couldn't help me, they couldn't even update my profile account address to where I actually live simply cause it doesn't verify. It's a real place, been living here for several years! Please help and/or
Not getting calls and texts
I can make calls and send texts but I am not receiving calls or texts on 2 different phones /lines on my account and I have 16 days left before my next bill. It seems to happen mostly when my husband and I are in our house. Every once and again We will get a few texts in a row or a call but then it stops for about 23 hours for around 4 days now. I called cricket and they have no idea. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours. They had me check my volume. Really I am not showing a call coming in at all nor do I get missed calls and texts. They checked the tower nearest me and said it's fine, had us switch or SIM cards then switch them back, went through a few setting things, and it's the next day both phones/lines are still doing it. I have an LG phone and my husband's is a ZTE.Sometimes I'll get like 3 texts from 8 or more hours ago. Please help!! Any ideas????
Very rude and disrespectful
I brought my number over from another company. I was told I could add insurance to my plan. Well after everything was done I couldn't add anything. This company is nothing but a liar and will say anything to get your money. I spoke with two supervisors who didn't care about what I was going through cause they already took my money.
Move a phone number to a phone I already own?
I am considering upgrading my current phone and want to then use my current phone to replace a phone on another line that is older and doesn't work very well anymore. Is that still considered an "upgrade" for the other line that would require a $25 charge, or is there a way to move it without any charges? I checked and unfortunately the old phone uses a larger SIM card than my current phone, so I can just simply swap cards.Thanks!
Ordered online no confirmation
I placed and order online earlier. It would take my address so I changed it and it said my card was declined. I checked my card and the money was taken out for the order but I have recieved no confirmation. Tried to call support and was told to call back tomorrow????? Help!
In June 12, I ported in a number from Sprint and ordered a sim and paid a month in advance for unlimited service. On June 13 i received an email saying my order had been SHIPPED and got a UPS next day air tracking number.Of course, UPS has no shipment from Cricket and only says it has had a shipping label number for four days. Four days?The Pacific Rim Cricket customer service is about as bad and inept as anything I have encountered in 20 years. So you have my money, You ported in my number. I have no sim and no service. UPS has no record of any shipment. Just freaking wonderful.
Phone Number Port Bug
I think I may have found a bug on your website for the Phone Number Transfer section.I've tried three times to place orders with Cricket and transfer my number from Verizon. Your website keeps asking me for the Verizon Account Number, Pin and last 4 digits of the SSN. Each time I placed the order, then order got cancelled with zero explanation.Today I got so fed up that I went into the Cricket Store, told the manager what's going on and he was able to get my phones and my numbers transferred with no problems. The difference is that they only needed my Verizon Account Number, Pin and ZIP CODE, not the last 4 digits of the SSN.Therefore you guys need to change your website so instead of asking for the last 4 digits of the SSN, it asks for EITHER the last 4 digits of the SSN or the Zip Code.Hope that helps.
